We dealt with a very unprecedented and frustrating repair situation with my insurance company for repairs of my VW. Sean, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. This situation was very stressful but Sean understood the impacts this had on my life and family and he went above and beyond to help relieve that stress as much as possible. When people actually care about the people they are working with, it makes a world of difference! In the end, my vehicle was repaired and the service was great.

I have been going here since before they became Bob Moore, Since they became Bob Moore, the service has been horrible, they told me I needed new tires in June along with a bunch of other things they said was wrong with my car. I knew they were trying to make money off me because I'm female. I called in July to set up a time to get the tires. I called for 2 weeks straight leaving messages with no call back, I went somewhere else for my tires. On the 21st of August I took my car in because my check engine light came on, a couple days go by and I get a text message not a phone call explaining to me I need a fuel pump $776.76, my visor that pops in and out of place would be $398.06 to repair, and I need a transmission flush for $539.83. I have an extended warranty that should cover the Fuel pump, so I called the advisor and told him this and emailed him said warranty. I would also like to point out the other issues they told me that was wrong with my car in June when I had my car serviced have now magically disappeared and the transmission flush is a new problem which I believe they hit everyone up at least once a year. Every time I go in they hit me for $2000 for repairs that need to be done on my car. Back to the real issue, we are now on DAY 12 with no resolution, I had to call them 4 days ago to ask about my car to which he said I never received your email, I then repeated the time and date as to which I sent it, he says yep, no I didn't get it, I then forward said email to him, Oh I just got one from you, oh the one I just forwarded to you? The one I originally sent to your email? If you didn't get it the first time how did you get it the second when I just forwarded it to you? Why am I having to call you? He then says Give me until tomorrow. I wait an extra day. I hear nothing, I call him, he says these things take time, you need to be patient usually 2-3 days, I said hmmm I think 11 days without a car is pretty patient, I understand, I will call you tomorrow. You guessed it no call today and now No One is available to talk to me, not even the service manager.

Overpriced service center! Wouldn't recommend taking anyone's volkswagen to this shop. Charged 480 for a headlight diagnosis, which they couldn't even pinpoint the issue! They charged me an additional 340 to remove my bumper. I am highly disappointed in the experience

Took our little girls 2014 Passat TDI in on 8/30 for a check engine light, they ran 1 diagnostic a week later and couldn t figure out what was wrong, she tried calling for an update and was hit with expenses for a second diagnostic even though we have the 4 star extended warranty. I call up there because she feels that she was mistreated during the process and get a completely different tone (I m male) I give the green light for the second diagnostic and am told results would be in a few days, another week goes by with no call or update so I call again and am told that everyone is out, it would be a few weeks. I call back the next day to take the vehicle to another shop and speak to a different advisor who tells me that our tech isn t out and they are waiting on the second diagnostic approval that I gave the week prior. I say we are coming to get the vehicle and miraculously the vehicle is in the middle of another diagnostic and is in pieces so it will be a few days before I can pick it up. I speak to the service manager about the issues and he assures us that the vehicle will get repaired and that he or another service advisor will keep us informed. Another week goes by and nothing, I call and am told I ll get a call back . Nothing. I call again today for an update (9/21) and they have to call me back . Nothing. I call back after an hour and a half and say we are picking up the vehicle and miraculously, you guessed it, it s being worked on and they almost have it diagnosed (WHAT!!). I let them know it doesn t matter we are going somewhere else but apparently it takes 2 days to be able to put the car together so we can t get the vehicle until 9/23. That is 22 working days from when we dropped the vehicle off and they still don t know what is wrong. Needless to say we will never do business with this location (Bob Moore VW) ever again and I strongly suggest that anyone who reads this follow suit. There is no excuse for out right lies or lack of communication. If your understaffed and over booked, tell us so we can make the best decision with a clear understanding and expectation on time. I guess it all works out for them they will still get a few hundred dollars for doing absolutely nothing and we will have to start again. Morale of the story, DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS unless you want to pay to be lied to and don t need your vehicle back anytime soon. Hopefully this review will keep someone else from having a similar experience or even better, hopefully they will use this review to QA their customer service and find a way to do business professionally. Wishful thinking I know, but here s to hoping.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car in for an oil change because I purchased from the previous VW dealership there and always had good experiences. Service was slow even with an appointment and I ended up in a different shop 24 hours later. I had *zero* issues before my oil change, and suddenly did after letting them handle my car. Missing Allen Samuels and moving my business elsewhere for now.

Do not trust their service department. They do not tell you about any fees for diagnostics, , even when your car is under warranty and then significantly over charge on parts. We were also told we could be taken care of at 7 AM and their mechanic doesn't arrive until 7:30. So if you're planning on getting to work in time make sure you make other arrangements.

Have never seen better service in any car dealership out there! Ever since Bob Moore took over, I ve seen major improvements! Anthony from Services was the most helpful worker when it came to my cars repairs and further questions about my car. Glad to see such a professional and friendly dealership looking to help its customers. Highly recommend coming here!

This place is wonderful. Not only are they professional, and most importantly provide excellent customer service, but they are always doing something in the community and they are always giving back. They partner with others and promote them and that s beautiful. If you need your car worked on or a simple oil change, they are trustworthy and get the job done. I had a great experience.

Allen Samuels has been the only dealer to service our 2019 Atlas w/72k miles. They have done a Superb job and dealt with a few minor recalls, regular maintenance, and a warranty situation. Requested factory scheduled maintenance ti he performed instead just an oil change and their recommended brake flush. This took 4 hours to be completed. Was going to not provide a survey at all cause I understand things get busy but constantly getting email reminders to do it every 2 day since service has me looking to take business elsewhere going forward.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took 5 days to change a starter, and whatever else they did. Mechanic was excellent, knew business also knew how to talk to customer. Asst. Manager at Allen Samuel's, needs to further his education and learn how to dels with customers, also needs phone skills, to deal with the public. If my extended warranty wasn't from them I would not go back again, I would go to a repair facility that treats its customers with respect.

As a female, I absolutely hate trying to buy a car. The experience is a complete nightmare. People always try to take advantage of other people. This dealership does not do this! I wish I could give them more stars. They completely exceeded my exceptions. I purchased a a silk blue 2021 Jetta. Absolutely love the vehicle. This is the first time buying a Volkswagen. Now I wonder why I haven t don t this sooner! The whole process was smooth. The staff was respectful and super nice. If I ever decide to upgrade or trade in, will definitely will be returning!!!!

Terrible customer service. No call back. No information on what the brakes would cost except in a very late text message. I had to replace the brakes myself. The manager did try and rectify the situation by not charging for the oil change.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change
