Devin French is one of the best salesman I ve ever had when buying a car. He was patient, understanding, thorough and a great communicator. Devin made our experience top tier 10/10. He was able to work with us and get us the price that fit our budget better. First experience buying a car and I don t feel like I got hustled. Update 6 Mar 2024.My wife shattered our backglass, so they repaired it for $875 and sent it back to us. However, when we inspected the repairs, it had a lot of flaws and things they could have paid more attention to.Ok, that's fine as long as they repair it again. What really set me off was that, as a dad of a 3 and 1 year old, I was shocked and pissed off to see that my kids' feet got cut inside the Sorento. I was confused about what they cut their feet on. Then I saw the big pieces of glass from the shattered backglass were still there. They did not clean up the backglass pieces... or if they did, they did a really, really poor job, which caused my kids to get hurt after entering the car. I then asked Don if they could do a detail or clean up the car because I didn't want my kids getting hurt. They already got hurt.Don't get me wrong, Cynthia is amazing still. This has nothing to do with her but the manager. So far, until my car was repaired and sent back, my experience was amazing as their manager Don Hill promised to refund me the price of their repair because of the flaw and my kids' injury, and also through text, told me that once I get my Sorento repaired again, this time at a Kia Dealership Foundation down here in Wichita Falls where I live because to be honest, I did not trust Bob Moore's repair shop anymore because of our experience. I got a quote and sent it to Don. He told me to send the bill after it is done. I expected to get the reimbursement pretty quickly, but after sending over 20~30 reminders through text, I finally got reimbursed after stressing about this for nearly 5 months!The point I wanted to make is that Bob Moore's shop did a poor and lazy job repairing the backglass of our Sorento. The guy at the shop is Kyle.My kids, ages 3 and 1, got their feet cut by the large pieces of glass that were not cleaned out.Lastly, their manager Don doesn't keep all his promises. But then again, it's a dealership right? Man I really liked them...My experience here was just amazing!Cynthia helped me purchase my 2023 Kia Sorento PHEV, and she was just phenomenal! She is so nice, kind, and bright. She always has a smile on and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to every single one of my questions and made 100% sure that I got all of them answered. She worked with me to negotiate a good price as far as my trade-in, monthly payments, etc. She went out of her way to talk to her manager, Dante, who is also awesome! They were genuinely good people. I was very impressed because you know how it usually is with dealerships... Cynthia followed up with me even after the purchase and even helped me on her days off! (Sorry, I didn't know you were off!)I could not thank Cynthia and her team enough. The car ended up having minor dings here and there since it was used for test drives and stuff before I bought it, but she promised to cover and pay for them and have it buffed up. Keep up the great work, guys! Thank you for the amazing experience!!!ASK FOR CYNTHIA when you go!

Recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from this dealer and had a great experience. Our salesman, Joseph Kelly, was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We also dealt with the manager, Don, and he was equally helpful. We would highly recommend this dealership especially because of Joseph Kelly!!

Went to Bob Moore, not even looking to buy a car. They were very patient and they let us borrow the car for a little tiny bit, so we could drive it around and get a good feel for it. Jennifer was amazing sales consultant. She let us drive multiple cars multiple styles until we found the exact one that we wanted. We actually came back late because we had the time wrong and they still let us come in and purchase our vehicle and we're very patient and calm.

Dev-the-Man (Devin), our sales consultant, was absolutely great to work with! He was personable, knowledgable, and most importantly honest and friendly. He made the experience for me and my husband enjoyable. (Yes buying a car was actually enjoyable) Even the sales manager and finance manager were great to work with. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased at Bob Moore. They are the only dealership we will ever purchase from again. Thank you for making a normally brutal process actually pleasurable.

Devin was the one who walked me through all my options and only showed me what I asked. Didn t push me into anything out of my price range which is always my experience with other dealerships. We went all the way from OKC to Bob Moore Kia Nortwest to purchase our new Kia Sorento because we knew that this dealership is backed by the trust behind Bob Moore Auto Group. When we got there, we were greeted by Darien, our Kia Advisor, who guided us to buy the right model that fits my growing family needs. Also the Manager, Don, was very trasparent with pricing. Bought a brand 2018 Kia Forte almost 6 years ago. Great service and sales process. Very happy with the whole process. Used service center for all required maintenance, and Nathan, my service advisor, was always proactive in keeping me set up and provided for. I highly recommend the whole Bob Moore Kia family.

I made a review last week about them not returning calls. Since my review we have been contacted multiple times and got a service appointment immediately.I truly feel they were just busy and the unreturned calls weren't out of neglect. My van is my pride and joy. I love her so much and in truth I never had something so nice. Everyone is so kind and I don't feel pushed or rushed when I was there. I highly recommend Bob Moore Kia.

Nathan Powers is by far the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. He is honest, fast, communicative, and genuine. He doesn t try to sell you on services your car doesn t need. He always keeps me up to date on what is happening with my car and has even gone to bat for me with some warranty claims. My car always gets delivered cleaner than when I dropped it off. This guy right here with his level of dedication and service to his customers needs to be in charge of making sure other service advisors deliver the same Bob Moore level of service customers expect that he, himself, delivers consistently.The mechanics at this location are consistent, timely, and always handle my car with the utmost care. They always do more than what is expected and I thank them for always doing their best, even when they are busy.

Very nice, attentive, clean space. Unfortunately it took 2-1/2 hrs for an oil change and I was told I needed new brakes, (the brakes were perfect) they said the tires would EVENTUALLY need replacing, I learned the next day that the belt was showing thru one tire! It was literally about to blow!

I was OVER car shopping by the time I inquired about a new Soul at Bob Moore Kia. I d been to six other dealerships and was short-tempered but ready to buy immediately from whomever finally stopped fudging numbers and playing games.Darien was the first friendly voice to respond to my inquiry. She remained friendly and helpful, even as I impatiently told her I just wanted to know what the actual price out the door was on a minimally-equipped Kia Soul. We chatted briefly about my needs. The only thing I couldn t live without that the base model lacked was heated seats, so I also asked about having seat heaters installed.Timeline was one issue discussed, as they had more inventory coming in that would meet my needs if I didn t need the car immediately. I had some wiggle room on timing, so Darien put sales manager Don Hill on the line with me.Don talked to me about what I needed, what I wanted, and any preferences that would be added bonuses. I detailed my dealmakers and breakers and told him I was willing to wait for the right car at the right price.He had a 2024 Soul EX (top trim package) already on the lot. It was my favourite of the available colours (Neptune Blue, I d seen very few even in ads and hadn t seen one in person), exceeded my needs and wants, and was just gorgeous. But out of my price range.Don asked what was wrong with that one and I told him it was beyond perfect except for the price! I kinda laughed him off, thinking he was doing that salesman upselling thing. I couldn t get other dealerships to sell me a base model for the advertised MSRP of $21,670, so I didn t even want to know the real price on the EX with an MSRP of almost $27k!Then Don quoted me an all-in number on the phone for that gorgeous blue EX. I didn t really believe him. It was under MSRP and getting very close to what I thought I d end up paying for a base model with seat heaters installed at another dealership. I adored the colour. And I loved the extras the EX had, things I really wanted but would sacrifice for price.It was more than I d hoped to spend, but it was the first car I d actually loved. It was the Soul I d design if I could order it. I told Don (reminding myself not to get my hopes up) that if he d honour that price and get to a certain number on trade for my car, I was coming in immediately to sign paperwork.Less than an hour later, Darien greeted me immediately at the door and was a lovely hostess as I waded through the buying process. Don was friendly and a man of his word, honouring the nearly unbelievable figure he quoted me *without further discussion* and getting me what I needed on my complicated trade-in.Hands shaken and deal made, I was off to finance. Robert Ali worked with me tirelessly to get to a final package and financing I could live with (my good credit score is complicated by living abroad for 9 years, no car note or large loan in the US in over a decade). Robert and Darien have continued to be warm and happily available as I go back to them with questions.I was somewhat defensive and ready to be mislead throughout this process, probably short or snappish at times when I didn t understand something and worried the game playing was about to start. My prior experiences made me gun shy and quick to become adversarial. Darien, Don, and Robert sold me a good car (did a lot of research before deciding on a new Soul) at a great price and have been friendly, transparent, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Even when I was quick to question things and distrustful.Thank you, Bob Moore Team! I ll be back for service on my fancy new blue car. And I hope the service team are as excellent as you ve been.Updated to add:I ve been back for my first service, and WOW. I m moving to Norman soon, but I ll make the drive for my service appointments. High expectations exceeded by Nathan and his team!

When labor is $160 an hour and a part that takes 30 min-1 hr to install costs $70 comes out to a whopping $443, something must be wrong. Let s say it took the maximum 1 hour to install (according to google) shouldn t the max price be $230??? Are the workers incompetent? And if so, why charge $160/hr for labor? Why use the dealership for repairs if they are always going to ruthlessly overcharge? I recommend visiting your local auto body repair shop to support local business rather than this dealership who will certainly rip you off. I d give them 0 stars if I could and I will never purchase a Kia again.

From past experiences, I was not excited about having to go through buying a vehicle. That has completely changed now! My sales associate Joseph Kelley was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with me. Landon in finance was exactly the same! I m so happy I chose this dealership and I know exactly where I will be going when it s time to trade in my husband s vehicle.

Joseph was the best!! I inquired about a used vehicle they had on the website. Set a time to go look. Before the appt I had hesitations because of past experiences with other dealerships. I asked tons of questions (I even asked if the car was actually on the lot and it wasn t a bait and switch thing lol). He was very understanding of that and assured me that was not the deal. I had a hard time making it in when I said because of my busy schedule but I finally made it in and the pics and description of the vehicle did it no justice!! I am super happy with my purchase. Way more than I expected! No pressure, laid back (and even kinda funny) sales experience. When I m back on my feet to buy new again I ll definitely be calling Joseph at Bob Moore Kia!! 100% recommend! (I did just buy yesterday but still better service and best vehicle in 2 days than other dealerships I ve dealt with). If anything changes (I don t see that happening) I ll update my review. For now I m saying ..go see them and ask for Joseph!!

My favorite thing about bob moore Kia is when you go in to just look at cars, there s no pressure. I ve been to multiple dealerships just wanting to look and see what prices would be. Maybe I d get one, maybe not. I wanted to have options. And at any other dealership, I m uncomfortably pressured about buying a car. But when I went to Bob Moore Kia, there was no pressure. There was no rush. It was all just information I needed and I ended up getting a car from them. I ve had my car for a while now and I have no zero issues with it. Service takes a while on the oil changes, but they re thorough and do a full inspection for free and clean your car, which is pretty cool. I have never had an issue here.

We had been shopping around for a newer more reliable vehicle, we didn t want to go to one of them buy here pay here easy to get hard to payoff places, so I seen a Bob Moore billboard one day that caught my eye. We looked up the website and my wife started the application process. Her and the salesman William went back and forth all week. I wasn t feeling too optimistic about getting approved for the car we needed/wanted (bad credit) but William worked with us and so did the financing guy Larry. He was blunt and direct on what we could actually get. And I appreciate that. We didn t get the car we really WANTED but they got us in the car with everything we NEEDED (the want part can come later when our credit builds) Plus our payments are very reasonable. Thank you to our salesman William (the greatest tuba player Tennessee State ever had) and our finance guy Larry it was a long wait today but worth it. My wife and I really appreciate everything.. Thank you!!!

As a disclaimer, I have found in my past that purchasing a vehicle can be one of the most stressful things a person can go through in certain circumstances. Whether it's the feeling of being taken advantage of, the worry of whether you can afford it or just the amount of paper work that needs to be done. Car buying should be fun and exciting. That being said, I had low expectations when I ultimately chose to get a Kia and made my way to Bob Moore and that was all based on assumption and my past experience with other car dealerships.Arriving at Bob Moore, I was quickly greeted by a friendly gentlemen who determined why I was there so that he could point me in the right direction. After a moment, he brought me to a young lady named Darien. Darien would be the person I would spend most of my time with. She was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Me not being such a social person, I can be awkward at times with silence and an almost uninterested tone, Darien always made me feel comfortable and kept the conversation positive. She asked me some questions to determine the best fit and affordability in terms of what car would fit my needs. There was no pressure into spending more than I budgeted in my head. Not once did I feel like a sales person was trying to strong arm or guilt me into purchasing something I knew I couldn't afford. That was relaxing considering I had the complete opposite in the past at other dealerships. The small talk in between business didn't feel forced, it felt genuine. After a long day of working and coming into an unfamiliar place to make a big life purchase, it felt good to have another human to connect with that didn't feel like they only seemed to care because they wanted to sell a vehicle. Businesses could use more sales people like Darien to put people like me at ease who have had terrible experiences in the past from more aggressive and pushy people. Darien was great and I highly appreciate her approach and attitude she takes towards her job.After settling on a vehicle, price and expectations, I was whisked away to meet the finance manager. Once again, I had an unsettling nervousness inside of me. I've been down this road before and the experience was never great, but once again, I was wrong. After letting my guard down, I got to meet one of the most genuine people I have in some time. Rob is a fantastic example of someone who can finish the car buying experience on a good note. After a long day of work and the long process of buying a car, it was nice to have someone down to earth talk to you and make you feel like a human being and not a sales number. He was professional and knowledgeable. Even when I gave attitude, I was always treated with a kind and genuine demeanor. I could tell Rob was a professional. It quickly helped me relax. It was that point that I really decided that I made a good choice coming to Bob Moore Kia. After getting all the details done, papers signed, it was time for me to mosey on home for the night.A quick note, I failed to mention they even gave me a loaner so I didn't have to drive old pain in the rear anymore while my car was in route from another location. I truly appreciated that.Between leaving the dealership and picking my vehicle up, Darien always kept me in the loop. That same positive, friendly and calming attitude I experienced while there was also felt in all her communication I had with her while away from the dealership. She let me know when my vehicle was in and that they got it just perfect for me to pick it up.When I was notified my vehicle was ready to pick up, I was beyond excited. A new vehicle that I could afford that was 20 years newer. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Darien and she took me to do a quick look of the vehicle to make sure everything was up to standard. The car was perfect. You truly can't beat that new car smell. Darien went over features and answered any other questions. I truly appreciated the professionals at Bob Moore Kia and I look forward doing business with them in the future. Keep on keeping on!

Had a great experience Today at Bob Moore Kia! Joseph Kelley helped me with my Kia Soul purchase. I can t say enough good things about how helpful he was. He helped me to get the right car without any high pressure sales or upselling. He also was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained everything about the car in detail. I ll definitely recommend him tomy friends and family. He really does care about his customers even after the sale. I was definitely dreading getting a new car because of past experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience today with Joseph! The whole team was great including the new car manager Don Hill and the Customer service manager Kristin. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience!!

We had an absolutely terrible experience. We were told a 19.5k out the door over the phone after negotiations. When we arrived they changed it to almost 5k more when we pushed back they went down to 21,450 but would only take 15k down and make us do the rest in payments and would not just take 21450 cash and the "manager" said we wouldn't find one cheaper anywhere else. We ended up going to Kalidy and getting the exact car for the 19.5k out the door. I'll never look at Bob Moore anything again.

I have always had the best experiences buying from Bob Moore and my recent experience here with Larry was just as amazing. He greeted me immediately, was so kind, straight to the point of what I was wanting and handed me the keys to test drive. He didn t pressure me for a credit application and was very open the entire time about the entire process encouraging me to shop around and get the best deal. He gave me his number for any questions and did not call me 20x a day with a pushy sales pitch. He even came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. Give that man a raise!! Also thank you to Preston in finance for working with me and making the process just as seamless!! Can t recommend Bob Moore enough.

I have been bringing my car in to this dealership for maintenance for about a year now. I have had nothing but great experiences and brag about my service advisor - Nathan - to all my coworkers. He is attentive, informative, and always kind. I ve also used the shuttle service several times and all drivers have been very friendly. I highly recommend.
