I expect the best service and quality when I go to a Toyota dealership but that has not been the case. They are telling me they are performing a "multi point inspection" but shortly after (literally a day after) my oil changes, on 2 occasions now, I have run out of windshield wiper fluid. One was really dangerous since I was on the road after a snowstorm and the amount of dirt on my windshield made it difficult to see- I couldn't clean it until I found a gas station in the middle of nowhere. If you are telling me you are providing service that you are clearly not performing, I no longer trust the integrity of this business and will no longer come back. I'm disappointed, as I wanted to use Toyota for my vehicle.

I called one week out to schedule service for my son s 4Runner. He works out-of-town so we switched cars for the day, and I dropped his car off for service at 12:30 PM. I had not heard from anyone by 4:30 PM, and after waiting on hold with multiple different phone calls which totaled about 40 minutes of time, I found out that they completely forgot that they had his car and no service was done on it truly inept. I am hoping that the silver lining to this wasted afternoon is that they have led us to small local mechanics who seem much more competent, are not always trying to sell you something else and are a better value.

I am very pleased with Bob Howard Toyota Service team. I ve been going to them since 2014 and I ve only had one negative experience in that time - it was someone new to their service team. I am able to let them know in advance if I plan to stay, and the longest I ve ever had to wait was 2 1/2 hours. They either communicate updates via text, email or pending the service person, will come tell me in person. They recommend services, which I have said both yes and no to. When I say no, there is never any attitude or pushing to change my response. There is always some sort of coupon or discount it seems. I will only take my Toyota here.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was scheduled and paid for oil/filter change and Toyota recommended maintenance which includes tire rotation. My tires were not rotated, I know this because my Front Left tire is a different brand than the others and it was still in the Front Left. Paying for services not performed is unacceptable. There is now a lost of trust between customer and service provider. Also, they informed me my hood struts needed to be replaced. Funny the hood was opening fine before, get my vehicle back and now oil is leaking from the struts. This place gives Toyota a bad name. I won't be coming back to Bob Howard.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

This place is terrible. I was gonna let it slide just so I d never have to deal with this place again. I should have answered the survey, too. But I should definitely let people know.Anyway, on June 27 I went in for a tire replacement. What they told me would be a few days turned to close to 3 weeks. In these 3 weeks, I didn t get any updates. They said they changed software, and my tire was in limbo somewhere.I tried calling and felt like I was a loan shark. I couldn t get a hold of the person in charge for my car. I had to email his manager to get an call back. I was trying to figure out what they were doing to get an answer or good estimate. But I got nothing. He ended with a promise to call me back in the morning and nothing.This isn t the first time they took way longer. They went past their mark by 5 hours twice. Once for a software upgrade that I saw typically took any other place 1.5 hours and another for a different tire replacement. So, I gave this place a fair shot, but this is too much.When they finally called and said it d be ready by Saturday afternoon, it wasn t, and I had to wait until Monday. I just laughed because I already expected. When the bill came with their 10% discount, you would have thought they d been working on it all that time. I had to take an Uber since they delayed it to Monday so that ate part of the discount. Anyway, I got my car and hopefully never have to deal with this place again. Now to see if I can still send my feedback to Bob Howard Group and Toyota.Service: Tires

I took my car in today for an oil change and tire rotation at 1 pm. After calling three times, I was told at closing that my vehicle was never serviced. Never again will I use them to service my Toyota

Worst experience ever. Read the reviews. The oil change will take all day. Also, they ll try to upswell you on unnecessary things. Their customer service is horrible. Save yourself the time and headache. Go to another auto shop! You ll be glad you did!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

June 21st had a scheduled appointment to get my front brakes replaced. Was on time but was at the dealership from 9-2! Brakes, plus a multipoint inspection should not take that long. Went back on June 27th to have left cv axle and sway bar links replaced. Paid for the parts on June 21st with my brakes. Had not heard from anyone so I called around 12:30 to check on car. Was told someone would call me back in about an hour. No one called. I had to call back and called about 3:30p. George answered and told me they were waiting on parts. When I started to ask questions George was rude, interrupting and didn't appear to want to help since this was not his ticket and my regular service advisor was gone. After asking several more questions he finally said he will go check with the mechanic. The part they received for the axle was the wrong part and they were waiting on the correct one to show up. I was then told my car would not be finished till the next day. I was frustrated at this time that a part I paid for about a week before was not there. I did hang up on George and had my husband call. George told him he was nice to me and sorry he couldn't do anything about my car. After talking with my husband further, he then offered a loner car only if it was not completed the next day. I was left without a car, with no communication from anyone that my car was taking longer than expected and then treated like I was a nuisance. I have been going here for years and this will make me go somewhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

I really want to give Bob Howard Toyota 5 stars. The buying experience was fantastic. Service while I had Toyota Care was impeccable. I moved and tried several closer Toyota dealerships for service and routine maintenance. And it just didn t meet the same level of service as Bob Howard Toyota. I decided it would be worth the drive to return to Bob Howard Toyota. I called and made the appointment for a routine oil change (usually takes 30-45 minutes and that s what I planned for). When I arrived the staff was friendly, like always, and the technician started talking me though the usual questions. Then tells me it will be about 2 hours for the 60k service. This is not what was discussed when I made the call and I wasn t informed that my vehicle would need any extra service. It s just not time I purposely planned on spending today. Had we discussed it over the phone when I made the appointment I could have planned to spend this kind of time at the dealership. I cancelled my appointment and went to a Jiffy Lube close to home and was in and out. I drove an hour commute to come to this dealership just to have my time wasted today. I hope it was a one off but I won t risk wasting my time a second time.

Bought my truck in 2014 from Bob Howard Toyota and have taken it there for service since (even though I live in Norman) because my sales guy Tony was amazing and the service under Mr. Crick was the best. Not sure who is in charge of service now but the last couple of times I've taken it I have left disappointed that they no longer do the extras like washing off your car -- But more importantly, and most aggravating is the way I've been treated and talked down to. I took my truck in yesterday for an oil change and they performed a rotate and balance that I did not need nor ask for. When I mentioned that I only asked for an oil change the advisor insisted I did ask for it. I let him know I bought my tires elsewhere and it included a rotate and balance so I would not have asked for that. He continued to argued that he did ask me and I agreed to have that work done. I finally had to say I simply was not going to pay for the charge as I did not ask for that service. He got visibly angry and stormed off like a child throwing a temper tantrum. He finally came back to let me know he "would remove the charge THIS TIME." It was extremely unprofessional. This is not what I expected nor what I had become used to from this dealership.

Worst service experience I ve had at a Toyota dealership. A simple oil change with an appointment 2.5 hours. Apologies are great, and I received some even with the this isn t normal for us excuse. But it s just not enough. It doesn t negate the amount of my time wasted. I won t be back, and I won t recommend anybody go there for service.

Oil change and tire rotation were reasonably priced and had no problems with any person. I was quoted for a headlight and windshield wiper replacement. It was going to be north of $100 for the headlight replacement that after watching a video on YouTube was going to take them less than 10 minutes. Part for my Highlander probably around $20. I was quoted at $60.00 for wiper replacement. Hard to trust a place when they quote you these prices on your first visit. Will have to find somewhere else to get my vehicle maintained.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I scheduled an appointment for oil change. Pulled into service, their were three cars ahead of me. I ve never been here before, I got out of my vehicle and asked one of the service professionals do I go into the office or wait. He said to wait that one of the other service advisors will be with me shortly. I watched him move three cars. A new car pulled up and they immediately a service advisor went to him and helped him. I ask excuse me can someone help me? They did apologize and say they didn t know I was here. He said next time pull up, I informed him I couldn t because of the three cars ahead of me. I said the guy told me someone would be right out to help me, he asked what his name was. Since I didn t know his name the service advisor treated me like I was lying.I know they are busy but I patiently waited for my turn then was treated horribly. I must say I will not come back here again. For anything.Service: Oil change

Bought a used Toyota Sequoia from them only to find out that when they sold it to me it did not have a master key to the car. (Found that out when I tried to have a new key made). The service guys told me that I would have to replace the the computer that controls the keys to the tune of $400 plus installation. They were totally unwilling to work with me to get the issue fixed. The customer service manager told me you bought a used car, what do you expect .Ended up taking the car to Jim Norton Toyota, and they were able to fix the problem for $128 (didn t have to get a new computer). So basically, I bought a used car, and Bob Howard doesn t care a whit about what happens after they have their money. And they will use you get even more money out of you later. Will never walk into that dealership again.

Extremely unprofessional. Arranged for work to be done under a recall, and after five trips to the dealer with appointments, I had the work done at another dealership. No attempts to correct this problem were made and would not even communicate back with me on the issue.

Had a 1:15PM appt today - arrived at 1:07PM - line of cars and no service techs/service reception people were in the garage/service area for a good 20 mins - I am currently sitting here in the waiting area with no word on any progress, blah, blah, blah......Jiffy Lube next time for these small services.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Bob Howard Service department is not about service or caring about you or your vehicle. Bob Howard Service cares about one thing, SELLING SERVICE whether you need it or not. There service department is comprised of mostly salesmen on commission trying to get you to spend money. I brought my truck in spent over $400 and got it back with same problem. Tried to have a reasonable conversation with service manager but he doesn't understand CUSTOMER SERVICE.
