Bought a new Titan truck 2 months ago. Went on vacation and battery was dead when i came back. Really weird when you have to jump start a brand new vehicle. Brought it for service and they told me a quick " there is nothing wrong"...After already wasting half a day by bringing it there I started jump starting it every other day. Fun stuff... Pretty weird for a battery that supposedly has no issues.So now again I am here and the battery failed. So it wasn't good enough to waste just 1 day out of my busy schedule to get the battery replaced, I had to come back here again to do the trick. So after all the hassle and 2 days wasted NO APOLOGY, LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED, NO BIGGIE...THANKS FOR WASTING SO MUCH OF MY TIME!!!

Set an appointment to get an oil change. Show up 20 minutes before appointment. Check in to find out it will be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. I drove from Blanchard to Edmond for an appointment. Why have appointments if you do not honor them. This is why I stopped going back to dealership in the first place.
