Paid for an oil change and daytime lights to be replaced. I have a video showing the lights don't work, and they claim they have one showing they work. I was told my car needs a diagnostic. I needed to schedule an appointment because Saturdays are for oil changes. They didn't have a problem with putting 6 things to approve today and said nothing else was found wrong. How do I need a diagnostic if nothing else was found? They just want your money and to waste your time. I already spend 3 hours there. I don't know ifthey took pictures before my car was moved like they usually do, they just took my keys and told me to wait in the waiting room. Whoever changed the light bulbs probably put their grubby hands on it to cause it not to work. They were careless or didn't know what they were doing. The manager didn't even bother to come speak to me when I requested. No one did a walk around after it was done. They have gone downhill since moving.

A little difficult to get in touch with, but overall, they have been the best service center I have visited in and around OKC. Night and day from my experience with Boomer Kia service. They were quick and have a comfortable waiting area. Advisor went through everything with me and was not pushy on getting me to service the extras. Was very surprised on their prices, at least on tires. They beat out Discount Tire, Sam's, and Costco on their prices.

My husband took his car in for a new a/c compressor (not cheap). We asked if someone could come pick me up (6 miles), since he had to take my car to work. They said I would be given a ride, but at the last moment we were told they didn't have an address to send to.IMO, the service center people were lazy in not looking at his profile, and communication sucked because they have a way to contact either of us. I waited all afternoon for a ride that never came, nor notified they weren't coming.I gave them stars because it seems the repairs were as they are supposed to be, but the CSRs leave a lot to be desired.

Last year, my boyfriend took in his car to get his transmission worked on. They ended up having to replace the transmission with little cost, which we were ecstatic about! Earlier this week, we took in his car for some routine maintenance to a different shop and found that the transmission that was replaced came from the junkyard. Also, it was held into place with only TWO bolts, that the mechanic said were coming loose. There were leaks and cracks in other areas that were caused by the transmission replacement. We would not have known if he hadn t taken in his car for routine maintenance or if this current mechanic hadn t have been so detailed. Do not take your car here for major work, as they will probably damage your car in the process or possibly leave you injured! Who knows what would have happened if we wouldn t have taken it in!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told we are pretty open, just come in . I showed up ten minutes later and was told if I didn t have an appointment it would be awhile. This was not my first bad experience there but it will be my last.

Always a pleasure to have my 2011 Hyundai Equus Ultimate serviced here! A shout out to service advisor Jimmy! Thanks to the entire team there. Great diagnosis on an electrical wiring issue with it. Fast quick repair and resolution.

I am definitely not impressed with this service center. This is the second time I ve taken my hybrid sonata here. First time was for a recall service work and it left me feeling very underwhelmed. I thought maybe it was me, maybe I was having a bad day and didn t give them a fair chance. My car has now been there 2 days. I had a appointment and had the car towed up there plenty early and I never heard anything at the end of the first day. I called and the gentleman in service tried to tell me my car wasn t there and I might have called the wrong place. After a bit of a panic he found it out in the drive . No one had even looked at it and it hadn t even been assigned a Service Advisor. I was told I would hear from them as soon as it had a Service Advisor assigned. Trying to be understanding of them possibility being busy I called around 3pm on the second business day and it still hadn t been given a Service Advisor the lady in service said she would send a message to all the Advisors for whoever was taking care of my car to call me and again NOT A WORD from anyone. I called back at 5:30 (they close at 6) I was told by Avery that my Service Advisor is Vincent. I asked to speak to him so I could figure out what was going on with my car. Oh sorry ma am Vincent has already left for the day . The customer care and attention I ve received so far is NOT at all acceptable. Came here to have a recall done for my wife's vehicle. They had her in and out within about am hour. Solid experience. My last several experiences a few years ago turned us away from them for awhile. Glad to see they've cleaned up their department

I had an outstanding experience here yesterday 02/14/23. My Fianc�s 18 Tucson needed an oil change and a few other little things completed. Albert and Ashley were incredibly helpful, polite, and had outstanding Customer service! Would recommend this service center to anyone. Taken my car here several times. Very friendly and they do good work. They are not good about updating you tho. One time they decided to keep my car overnight but didn t bother to tell me. Still recommend tho.

Sales was great but the service center has now had my car since 11/1/21 (it is now 4/14/22) and they said it isn't scheduled to be worked on until next week and would be done by end of the month. The reps are nice on the phone and I 100% understand the supply chain delays, but my Hyundai rep from the corporate office confirmed that the dealership has had the parts form my car since 3/14/22 so I am not understanding why no one can explain how my car isn't #1 on the priority list after sitting at the dealership for 6 months??? Also, they told me they've had no loaner cars available for the entire 6 months...Service: Engine repair

Went to test drive a new Hyundai Tuscon. Bummer was the one I went to test, was in the process of a car deal. Kinda like the housing market, cars are "flying off the shelves" too. Ok. Test drove another vehicle and it was better than the first. Decided to buy. Ali was my salesman. He wasn't pushy. He brought me a deal I won't do. After a couple of back and forth, we agreed on a deal. The dealer gave me more than I expected on my trade ( I think they really wanted my Audi Q5). Finance was awesome. Took a bit to get to finance, but once I was at that phase, I was signed and out the door in less than 30 mins.Bob Howard Hyundai treated me right. I hope my new car doesn't require a purchase anytime soon lol! But I would definitely recommend them

I drove to Bob Howard to buy a Santa Cruz, their website indicated they had exactly what I was interested in. They felt that a gouge was more important than a sale. Their price to me was more than $2000 over MSRP just 'because of the demand'.I did buy the very same vehicle at another dealership for MSRP. Bob Howard is one I would chose to avoid when it's time for my next new vehicle.

Kept my car for a month to do tests meanwhile telling me every day I called that they would have a diagnoses tomorrow until I finally talked to a different representative who gave a more straightforward answer. Finally the test finished, which showed that my engine repairs would in fact NOT be covered under my engine's extended warranty. Had to shuffle cars for a whole month just to hear that.

Incompetent to say the least. They kept my vehicle for almost two months and had to be forced to communicate with me AND the insurance company. They couldn t stay organized emails or calls and were dishonest with their timeline on multiple occasions. AVOID.

I had dealt with Jake in the past, who quoted me one price, and when I called to follow up with him a few days later, he claimed he never made that quote and got defensive when I insisted he did. His words were, "you're calling me a liar," if I remember correctly.Look here, guys, when you got a guy who can't speak with customers professionally or take responsibility even, it looks terrible on the business. I never called him a liar, but I did calmly explain to him that he quoted me a price he was claiming he never did, after only a few days passed from our initial conversation. That felt like a bit of a bait and switch, and the way he decided to handle things...well, it's safe to say we are out of here.Consider offering training to that guy to handle criticism better and take responsibility like a grown-up. It's driving off business.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We've been to this Hyundai service department as well as a couple others in the area and this place is much better. The service people are friendly (unlike other places) but also attentive to our needs. They cannot help you in anyway not providing with loaner car if they keep your car for a week. To change one small parts they will take forever to fix your car. You guys don't care about customer even in the dealership nor in the service station. You guys never do what you say. Like say couple of days takes a week to fix it.

Super friendly staff, quicker then expected work, left the car clean after and was able to get everything done under warranty on my 2018 Kona Limited 1.6T despite shipping and parts back time. Maintenance advisors where wonderful. Hoping to see Hyundai gain some popularity with their new N models! First car with them and so far it's been one of my new favorite coming from European makes.

I always try to deal with Jake(Service Rep.) at Bob Howard's Hyundai Service Dept.. He has always made sure my request are fulfilled in regard to the servicing of my Sonata. He's has a great personality as well as being a great professional!!!!!

Its not too busy in here. Came in because my window wouldn't roll up. Sadly, it costs me $700 to fix. I bought a whole car once for that amount. Smh. Still good service here.

I had a recall on my car which was a Santa Fe and I went in there to get it fixed good thing it was for free since it was a recall I very rarely go to the dealership to get anything done since my 100000 mile warranty is over with

We had made a 1:00 appointment we got there about 12:20 and it was after 2:00 before we got out of there and it was for a simple oil change
