Not only did this place double charge my wife for something they didn t fix but then the mechanic who was supposed to follow up with me never did and it was left to some poor dude who had no idea what was going on to figure it out. They even admitted to me on the phone they double charged when they shouldn t have. I would like management of some sort to reach out to me IMMEDIATELY so you can fix what you were supposed to THE FIRST TIME

Got a nail in my tire while on a lengthy road trip. I was in and out in 45 minutes! Very happy with how fast the service was and how polite Daniel was throughout the process.

brought my car in on a Friday and was told it wouldn't be fixed that day (rather than calling you have me bring it in Mon.) Then I had to call to check the status Monday it still wasn't repaired. Tuesday I received no call so I called and was told the part had to be located. I reminded him that this was the 5th day without my car and I wanted it fixed today. He did get it repaired Tues. Lack of communication is not good customer service.

The Bob Howard Service Manager did right by me on offering me a free oil change on my next vehicle routine oil change.Now, the bad stuff. Bob Howard Service Representative Micheal had talked with me prior on scheduling my vehicle wash/detail because of a worker leaving greasy hand prints inside my vehicle.When I got there (Bob Howard) Bob Howard Service Representative Micheal wasn't no where to be found. (Not surprise)But, Bob Howard Service Representative Daniel took care of my vehicle wash/detail as promise for the greasy hand prints.Thank you to Daniel & the Service Dept. Manager.

Double check there work after getting oil changed they didn t put my oil fill cap on luckily I always clean my k&n air filter after and found it

They always get my car fixed no questions other than " what happened now" all in joking matter tho. Very professional. Just gotta play waiting game sometimes on parts which out of their control.

Would be a zero if possible. Absolute scam between their online prices and how they try to change the prices once they have your car.

I brought my 2018 Malibu in for a simple tire plug. I called 3 hours before closing, they got me in, and I was out in less than 2 hours. I found this to be great considering it was a Saturday and kinda busy when I got there. Best part they didn t charge me for it! I am very thankful. I think I will now start bringing my vehicle here for maintenance rather than Firestone.

I took my Traverse up there twice for oil changes and told them there was a slow leak in one of my tires. The first time they just told me they didn't find a leak. A few months later, leak started getting worse. Took it back up there. Asked them to look at it again and asked if they didn't find a leak, to change the valve stem. Again, they found no leak and didn't change the valve stem, couldn't tell me why they didn't change it, and I didn't want to wait longer. I took it to Hibdon Tires Plus and they found a nail in the tire and didn't charge me for the work.

Got me taken care of despite difficulty with their call center in Houston scheduling things when they don t really know the availability. I m sure getting that system set up better would help the techs out a lot.
