Came to get a spare & some hitch locks for our Big Tex trailer.. greeted quickly by the friendly staff and Parker went above and beyond helping me get the hardware and assisting me getting the spare on. Very good staff here including the lady who rang me up. Will be back!

Brought my trailer in for a list of issues caused by the abuse from highway 40, the main one being a broken leaf pack. To top it off I had a very tight timeline to get the repairs done. Allen, the service manager stepped up and he and his techs delivered a great service and even ahead of schedule! He communicated very well and everything was repaired better than new. Can t recommend this Big Tex location enough! If you need anything at all call and ask for Allen!

Big Tex Trailer is my go-to for anything trailer. I conduct business with Big Tex at least three times a month. They have excellent service & their employees are courteous & knowledgeable. I haven t any problems in my dealings with Big Tex Trailer, & as a result, I only do business with Big Tex Trailer.

I would highly recommend Big Tex Trailer World if you need a trailer. We were in the market for a specific trailer and had called many dealers looking for it. Tommy was helpful right from the start. My husband was pleased and told Tommy to order it. Months went by while we waited. But as soon as the trailer came in they called to let us know it was there. Then my husband was worried that the original price quoted would not be honored. Tommy honored that quote and treated us very well. Everyone at this dealership was kind, polite and honest. You just don't find this kind of honest and polite customer service much anymore. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I rented a dump trailer from here and the service was awesome. I ended up having a slight issue and the manager Tommy grabbed a crew member and met me roadside with everything it was even after hours. Melissa at the rental desk was awesome and happy to help anyway possible. I ll continue doing business here.

I was greeted by the store manager, Tommy we discussed trailers. He took me out on the lot showed me what he had an inventory found the trailer I want it.. The purchase was easy, and Jill was very helpful on completing the paperwork and answered all my questions.I d recommend big Tex trailer world and when I m ready, I will buy my next trailer from them.

I purchased a Big Tex trailer second hand from an individual who had purchased from Big Tex in Louisiana. I called trying to verify the VIN number as the sticker was chipped. Alan was SUPER helpful and tracked down the original purchase and called me back, with the full VIN number!!!!! Just like he said he would. Gotta love that people still care bout CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Alan!

Great customer service! I stopped for a lens cover for my running light. They pulled out a ladder and crawled up on my trailer to measure for correct size then installed it no charge for the part or service!!!

The head honcho and a service tech named Parker have hooked our company up with great service, products, and helpful insights. Jill was simply amazing to deal with. People can learn a lot from her on how good customer service should be. Keep up the good work and i am sure we will meet again. Thank you once again for the speedy checkout. The only place i will visit for my trailer needs. 3 hours drive from Texas was well worth it!! Dealers in Texas can learn a lot from this place as their customer service is way above expectation

I would like to just take a minute and thank the folks at Big Tex in Oklahoma City. I called with a problem needing to get a vin number on a trailer I bought back in 2013. I would like to say that Jill there helped me out more than anybody. Very helpful, very polite, and got back with me within 15 minutes. Once again thank you very much. Jay was absolutely fantastic. Very laid back and not a high pressure salesman. He was very informative and we ended up shooting the breeze for a long while. I highly recommend using jay Williams for anything you need at big Tex!
