Went ona weekday afternoon told the guy what I size I needed for two tires on the back. Drove to Hinton because that's where I live and noticed my traction control light was flashing on my dash about 20 miles down the highway. Checked the tires when I got home and realized they had put two smaller sized tires on. Went back the next day and told them they had put the wrong size on and the guy told me oh well he wasnt swapping them out because they're on commission and he didn't put the original tires on the day before. Now Im stuck with two wrong size tires I paid $90 for and my car won't accelerate over 60 mph and shakes uncontrollably.

So, I want to say this shop is a good place to swap for a used tire. However, my tire that I bought for $40 had a plug in it which leaked constantly. So, I had to replace the plug. Then the tire started leaking again from the stem valve. Since the tire has a thirty day warranty, I took it back up to Big H Tires and the guy that was helping me fixed the tire I believe, but over inflated the tire to 77 psi (44 max psi) which had me a bit irritated. Then the lug nuts weren t torqued to specs. I m a mechanic myself I just don t have the equipment at this shop. But, I d never do that to a customer regardless of the situation. I even paid him when I didn t have to. Wasn t cool at all. Otherwise, it s a pretty good place to get a tire swap.

I bought a $40 tire from here and not even 3 weeks later, It has several holes in it and I was stranded on the side of the road. I will never buy a tire from here again. I called about the warranty and the man told me I put fix a flat on it. A week after I left there it kept going flat and I have just been airing it up. After looking at the reviews I saw they have a warranty that they don t tell you about. The man that changed my tire did not even check for leaks at all. He was there by himself on Labor day when no other tire shops were open. He was rushing through everything. Overall a disappointment

I called on New Years, said they were open and had tires my size. Drove 30 mins showed up everything was closed and didn t answer the 2nd time I called. Bad customer service.

Called around to multiple tire shops this morning for prices and was told $20 for the tire I needed, $40 to mount it. Got to the shop that evening and was told no it's now $40 for the tire. Won't go back just on the principal that they lied over the phone just to get me to come in and change the price.

I do not recommend, I went in there to check a tire pressure because it was low. I told them if I need a new tire, I need one of the same brand. They didn t even listen, and they gave me my car back with the tire pressure not even matching and they were telling me I needed to get something else. Which I didn t, my sensor was working fine but they insisted I get it replace. They try to recommend me to tell me to go to Firestone! What shop will do that? That s another red flag. The manager was there and didn t even do anything. They see a woman by herself and didn t think she knew any better. I will definitely not come back to this trash and I highly recommend you don t either. Nothing but unprofessional workers who try to take advantage of people.

Bought a tire 2 weeks ago and it was bad went back to get another tire because the guy said if I had any problems in 30 days bring it back and get another tire and then they said no so I wouldn't recommend going there and it's a nasty tire shop and I will never return there again 80 dollars for a tire down the drain

This place is great, I had a nail in my tire and he changed the tire and I didn't have any money at the time so he let me pay him later. Best tire shop out there!

30-40 dollars for a new tire . Nicest men around . As a woman going here I felt safe they weren t creepy no weird looks or questioning, just helped me .AND RHEY ANSWER THE PHONE .

They scratched my rim and tried to hide it and gave me rim backwards so I wouldn't see the damage. Immediately flipped the wheels and seen they damaged my cadillac wheel. Literally ruined my rim. I wish I could post pictures because it not a slight mark. It damaged. Like they scraped part of the rim off and still had audacity to try charge me !! Would not recommend!! they have all type homeless activity going on there like if it was chill spot for them

Called and was told it was $40 for a used tire; went down to the store and they told my husband it was $45 and they only took cash not card which it doesn t say on the website and they don t tell you over the phone. So then we had to pay a $5 atm fee for the atm there which could have been avoided.

I had a GREAT experience with Micheal and Brian. They were very professional and treated my tires; rim's with absolute care. The price was very reasonable!! I would definitely recommend you check them out.

Bryan and Steven at Big H Tire were amazing and went above and beyond their call of duty! They're not only helping me with her helping an elderly lady home just lost her husband and had a blowout with very little to no money! This year's Thanksgiving was going to be very hard without the vehicle without the boys here at Big H Tire

This place is usually great but I ve encountered a problem. My son and I came Sunday and ended buying two tires. I was told that since I bought tires, then I can get the rim switched for free. I go back to switch the rim and they still charged me!! Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted the flat tire back. Then he didn t even check for leaks! This place needs to communicate with each other!

I honestly would give this negative stars if possible. Went there after work to get a new tired. Following morning woke up to it off the rim and found three nails in it went right at opening, 8 am, to get it fixed and no one was there called the number several times until someone answered was told some one was on their way and would be there any minute. Waited another 30 minutes and still no one showed up. place says they open at 8 was there until 9 and no one showed up don t go here. Don t care how desperate don t go there

While on a road trip with my daughter from Texas to Idaho I had two rear tires on my truck give out (bulge badly) just before Oklahoma City. It was 7 PM on a Saturday night and all major tire shops were closed. Most shops didn t open until Monday and that left us stranded for a day and a half. I searched online in hopes of finding a shop that may be open and I came Upon Big H tires. Online it said they were open until nine pm and I called and was sent to voicemail directly. I left a voicemail stating my situation and to my surprise within a few minutes I received a text message from someone at the tire shop. They said they were open and could help us. I gave them my tire size and asked if they had something that would work and after about 15 minutes they replied back and said they had four tires.I limped my vehicle to their shop which was about 16 miles away. When I arrived they were waiting for me and immediately got to work. After about an hour and a half I had four replacement tires on my vehicle and my daughter and I were back on the road. This would not have been possible had it not been for the great guys at Big H Tire. Understand this is not a major tire shop but a mom and pop shop that deals with used tires and takes cash only. But these guys are there for you late into the night when no one else is available. They came through when no one else could and truly saved our vacation. If you are in need of tires in a pinch please call and leave a message they will get back to you.

Brian was all around the most helpful mechanic I've used in years! Being a woman its hard to find someone in that industry that isn't trying to make an extra buck off an easy target. I was referred to him from a friend & for the cost of my brake pads being changed somewhere else I was able to get my brake pads done and my rotor and caliber fixed (once he pointed out that it was broke & needed to be fixed.) Had it not been for him I would've been broken down 5 miles down the road with an expensive tow bill on top of it. I can't express enough how much of a relief it was knowing I was leaving with everything done properly and not every dollar scammed out of my pocket! They rock! Ill use them whenever I can

The man helping us looked at the tire and just said "nope don't got it. Thought you just wanted service" and walked away. Extremely rude and didn't even check. Will not be back.

Amazing place! Cheap, quick and caring. I hit a pot hole and blew my tire right after Christmas and Brain helped me out so much. He really took care of me when I was in a bind. Definitely coming back!

Had a nail in my tire and I tried 4 other places and they all told me it would be tomorrow (Monday) before they could fix my tire. I called this place and he told me to come on up and he'd fix it. I got there and he had it done in 10 minutes and only charged me $10!! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!

Great customer service and the only place open on Sundays. Came in clutch for my dually work truck that needed tires on the rear. And, they took extra time to make sure everything was done correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Attempted to ask if they had a tire to fit my vehicle the guy shrugged and said I don't know. Ended up having them put an old tire from my trunk on. Poor customer service.

I had a terrible experience with this store. They left my friend stranded on the highway. I purchased a tire for her yesterday and after driving only 15 miles in the tire, the tire I purchased blew out. I called the store, an employee answered, i said i needed my friend rescued. The tire needed to be replaced for free and someone needed to go to her. He said i would be called back after he spoke to a manager. This was 12 hours ago and i still have no call. If she hadn t found a way to save herself she would have been unsafe on a dirt shoulder in her car all night long. Now my calls are being ignored. I would go in person except that i don't live in Oklahoma. I strongly advise against anyone using a store who would do this to their customers. I don't normally Leave bad reviews but i feel the strong need to protect other people from this happening. There were some good aspects about the actual origional fix. But the blowout experience was so bad it overshadows the good for me.
