Great, friendly service! Jose knows exactly what he's doing. I worked at Discount Tire when I was 18 for about a year, and he does everything by the book. They didn't have the specific tire I was seeking, but then again neither did any of the 7 or 8 other places I went to in OKC. But they gave me a good deal on a tire the same size, just a different brand. It just needs to hold me over till I can get a matching one. Keep up the good work guys!

These tire places are all pretty much alike. They all carry a wide selection of tires for your car, they melt them and balance them, they repair Flats, and they have fast and friendly service. Tires are expensive, so it's good to find a place that sells for even a dollar less. But we all need tires, and this would be a good place to get some.

This was my first experience with Big Discount Tires and it was positive. Big Discount Tires did the installation on four (4) new Nexen 500N Plus tires that I purchased from another company on-line in late November 2016. Their service was professional, prompt and courteous. Jose Guerrero is the owner of Big Discount Tires and Automotive Services. Currently, there are two (2) locations in south Oklahoma City. 3200 S Robinson Ave and 5824 S Western Ave.In January 2017, I had my second positive experience with Jose's company at their 5824 S Western location. I brought my 2012 K5 Optima in to see if it needed a wheel alignment. Again, their service was prompt, friendly and focused. I was informed that my car did NOT require any alignment!My gut feel from the beginning told me this is a good, trustworthy, knowledgable group to do business with. Big Discount Tires offers more than tire and alignment automotive services. From what I can tell, Jose's business offers a full line of automotive repair type services.I'm sure I'll be doing more business here in the future. I would recommend recommend Big Discount Tires and Automotive Services to anyone needing these type of auto service!!- BIG DISCOUNT TIRE -GUARANTED LOWEST PRICES!!!!!

One of the stuff member literally ignored me, I supposed because of what he had to do to my car is for free when I bought all 4 of my tires with them. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend to go there.

Took my car there to be worked on they had it 3 days did absolutely nothing ripped me off for $90 if you see this place run terrible place

El due�o es un gran mentiroso y estafador y el se va a otro lugar pero deja su tel�fono para que escuche todo lo que la gente habla a mi me estafo con unas llantas que me habia dado credito y nunca mire ese credito porque me vendio las llantas como nuevas pero ya eran usadas hace un a�o es un tramposoOwner is a big liar and swindler and the is elsewhere but leaves your phone so you hear everything that people talk about to my I cheated with some tires that I had given credit and never look that credit because I sold the tires like new but already they were used a year ago is a cheater
