Name is Stuart. Great service here. I got two cars fixed here in a month. Friendly, fast, and they keep in touch. Most recently they did several repairs to my Hummer, and after picking it up, I had an issue with the transfer case replacement. I dropped it back off and they did the fix for free. Always will give these people business for repairs thank you.

I've used Becks for both my company vehicle and my personal vehicle several times. I would definitely recommend them. Honest prices and communication but doesn't pressure you with their recommendations. Will continue to be a customer.

I trust Beck s! We were on a road trip from Colorado and had stopped in at another shop to get our oil changed when the light unexpectedly came on. They informed us we needed to replace our brakes before driving home to Colorado. We decided to stop in at Beck s to get a second opinion and they test drove our car and inspected it, informing us we definitely did not need new brakes! Even tightened a loose screw for us that was leaking oil from when we got the oil changed free of charge!! Will definitely be returning to Beck s when we relocate here!

Place to go for most of your auto repairs. Classic car lovers! Parking can be a hassle. Over all the repairs I have had done are done with high standards. Prices are competitive with most Auto Repair companies. They will give you a up front estimate.

Beck's was the only shop I called willing to even look at my corroded brake lines to see if replacement was possible. Their estimate was accurate (actual cost was slightly lower) and my brakes are working great with the new lines. Next time my car needs maintenance I will be returning here.

I love this garage! Literally the only place I'll take my car. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I often fear I'll get ripped off by mechanics (which is unfortunately common). But with Beck's, they are completely honest with me and never fail to explain their working process whenever I ask. I love this garage so much, I'm literally reviewing before I take my car in today because I know they'll do well!Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

The mechanics here are very knowledgeable. I really like how well they communicate utilizing text and phone. The shop has a long history and it shows. They are affordable and very honest and upfront. They will tell you exactly what you need or do not need and do an excellent job. I had my axles replaced on my 78 Cadillac Eldorado which is very special to me. They flushed the radiator and transmission as well. It runs like new. Thank you Becks.

My mom was having problems with her car after driving to OKC from Ohio. I had never been to Beck s before, but we decided to take her car there. My mother was visibly worried about the situation as she explained it, and the guy seemed empathetic while he listened. (I thought that was very sweet). Fortunately, it was just a loose spark plug and they didn t charge us a dime. Beck s has earned my respect as an honest company. We will be back!

Great service and goes the extra mile.Took my son's car in and it had more problems than anticipated. The budget got tight and these guys went out of their way to get the car running without breaking the bank.These days it seems like most people are out to get as much money from you for as little effort as possible. Not the case at Beck's. Jeff and his crew are definitely doing their best to help get you back on the road with good service and mechanical work. Good people.

We have used Becks twice now and both times were with excellent results. Professional/ educated / very informative and did excellent work. Warrantied the part that we had installed/ dual cooling fan that failed after one year. So friendly and accommodating. Thank you Becks! We have found our new automotive shop. A little over a year ago I had to get some work done on my tires. From my understanding they had to align my tires and fix a wheel bearing on driver side. It was making a grinding sound constantly which is what prompted me to take it in the first place. However after it was "fixed" it would make the sound randomly. Me not know much about cars thought it must be something else So I saved up and eventually had to replace my alternator and batter when my car died. I ended up having to go to a different place because becks was closed at the time. I found out that the wrong size wheel bearing was put on causing over 400 dollars worth of damage. I wish I had found out sooner but please be aware that this might happen to you.After writing this review they reached out and there was a warranty. The part was correct but it was faulty. Becks fixed all the issues at no charge. They were so nice and didn't make me feel bad for anything.

I have a 1986 Grand Wagoneer and brought it to this shop for a long overdue suspension/steering update and a fuel leak.I could not be happier with the service I received and put full trust in these guys when I normally just end up fixing things on my own, but never have the time. It drives like a dream now. Go see these guys because I had a big, stupid smile driving it home. I was in Oklahoma City for one night from Kansas City and had an issue with my 2004 BMW 330ix losing about 60% power. After searching some reviews, I called Beck's first thing the next morning. Ryan told me he could read the code but was super busy and it would be a week before he could do the repair.I huffed and puffed down to Beck's Garage with my two dogs in the back seat. They took my car right in to read the codes and they noticed I had picked up a nail in my driver's rear tire and now also had a flat tire. The result of the code reading was misfiring on all 6 cylinders.Lucky for me, someone had cancelled their appointment that morning and Ryan was kind enough to take my car in for repair that morning, amazing!To make an already long story shorter . . . Ryan and his team at Becks fixed the bad ignition coil on cylinder 5 (yes they had the part) and fixed my flat. I was on my way back to Kansas City that afternoon without having to wait a week! Great service and great technicians/mechanics! Do not hesitate to go to Beck's Garage for excellent service. Thanks again Becks!

Have you ever heard someone say it s hard to find a good/honest mechanic? Here s my experience below. Judge for yourself.Brought my wife s 2014 mustang with only 46k miles on it in for an AC hissing sound she noticed on 12/16/22. They diagnosed the problem as a leaking AC compressor & told me that a replacement kit (compressor, condenser, & expansion valve) to get it fixed would be nearly $1,800.00 (parts $846, labor $732, fees/taxes $192). Shocked at the price but went ahead & authorized the repair as I though it needed to be fixed & did not want to put it off. Got the car back & everything seemed to work as we did not hear the sound now but on 12/30/22 my wife told me she didn t feel like the air was that cold so we popped the hood & found some green fluid had leaked into the plastic oil cover pan (pictures below). Took the car back in & they now diagnosed an AC high line leak & want me to pay another $170 to replace this. I really do not understand how after just having the car & paying nearly $1,800.00 for AC work, I now somehow have a different part on the system leaking. For $1,800.00 the entire AC system should be checked for leaks everywhere, which obviously did not occur after replacing AC compressor, condenser and expansion valve. Who knows maybe all along it could have been the AC high line leaking that was the only problem? $1,800.00 vs $170.00. Instead I got to pay both bills. At a minimum if I owned the business I would not charge my customer again for something we missed initially. Seems like this shop would rather take the easy route & just replace everything instead of a good diagnosis. I think my cost could/should have been much less with a proper diagnosis. This would have earned them a customer for the future but unfortunately making more money seems to be the top priority instead. If you have an AC related issue I would recommend trying somewhere else.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair

How about a great review for a company that didn't actually do anything? Right!! My Silverado was making a terrible noise, so even though I'd never been to Beck's before, I took the truck to them. They were, after all, highly recommended.A few hours later, I got a call telling me that I had an exhaust leak, which they were not able to repair. They gave me the name, address and phone number of a muffler shop they thought could make the needed repairs.I asked them how much I owed them for this diagnosis, and they said, "Nothing!"They could have charged me for whatever time they'd put in figuring out what was wrong, but they didn't. That's called integrity. Lots of it.I'll be back the next time I need serious service.

We had a car that was somehow driven to the last drop of oil. It was nearly hopping while sitting idle and was like teaching someone how to drive a stick shift when taking off. I literally thought I was going to have to replace the engine. They preformed a 3 step process to cleanse the engine, changed the corroded plugs and more than I can remember or understand. I took the car in at 8:00 AM and it was ready the next morning. GREAT service with an amazing attitude and a real appreciation of the business is truly hard to find. I don't look forward to car problems, but I look forward to doing business with Beck's when I do.

The staff at Beck's Garage is great (Cole in particular). They evaluated and gave us an estimate for the work needed on our old truck for free. Beck's also did not charge us to do an abbreviated inspection of a car we were considering buying. They were very patient with my father while explaining the many things that could be fixed on our old truck. They spent a lot of their time pro bono helping us- both in looking at our cars and in discussing with us what work was a safety issue and what was optional.

We have had great experiences with Becks. Professional and fair consistently. It is a little out of our way, but we go there because we know that they will be honest. We took our truck somewhere closer to home and got an estimate for an expensive repair that turned out to be something quite small that Becks took care of for us.

I always get consistent , complete, and fast service from Beck's. There's no waiting for days for your car to be worked on. This latest time, my car pretty much left me stranded. Turns out there were multiple issues contributing to the problem. After getting my car towed to the shop, at the very end of the day, they quickly got to work the next morning diagnosing the issues. These folks know great service, and they consistently deliver it. I have complete trust in their work.

Visiting from Colorado, my Jeep engine started overheating and I was extremely apprehensive of taking my car anywhere in fear of the stereotypical auto mechanic experience. I appreciated how quickly they were able to take my car in and give text message updates throughout the day so I knew exactly what to expect on time. Luckily an easy fix, these guys had my car out the same day. Great quality work and truly incredible customer service. Recommend A+.

I can't say enough nice things about the folks at Beck's Automotive. My first visit, I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in that morning and got my oil change done in the same day. They were courteous and nice, and it was actually cheaper than taking my car to Jiffy Lube.But the icing on the cake was when I got in my car they had left a hand-written thank you note. You can't get much better customer service than that. I will definitely be taking my car to Beck's from here on out!

Had my car towed in for engine trouble. Instead of turning the car on and seeing what the issue was, they just put oil in it. Then when I come to pick it up I m told no charge. Go out to turn my car on and it makes the horrendous sound it made when it broke down. I m immediately told just by the sound that the engine is ruined and to top it off I need to come back inside to pay for the oil. Just a few reviews down someone had a similar issue as mine and it sounds like they took the time to look at it and actually fix the problem! Even if my problem wasn t fixable I would ve hoped someone would ve actually taken the time to look at it. I don t know if it was because it was Friday and they just didn t want to deal with it or what, but based on all these reviews I was hoping for a better experience. Now I have no idea what s actually wrong with it and just assume I have to get a new car.

I was very Impressed by the staff and owner here @ Beck s Garage.I had a flat tire and was trying to find out if it could be patched.From the person who initially answered the phone, the young man that came outside to direct me where to park when I called to ask where I should park. (I am from Fl and not familiar with the Area).I checked in and assumed I would have a long wait.I was wrong.The Gentleman who took me to explain my tire was to bad to patch, winded up being the owner Jeff.As a woman who has absolutely no mechanical knowledge, it s easy to feel you maybe taken advantage of.Not here.Jeff Beck actually showed me the points of concern and expressed more concern for my safety if he patched it.Cool decor and down to earth folks.I asked how much I owed them for looking at my tire. No charge !My Husband is here working a few weeks a month.I told him to recommend Beck s to the people he is working with who live here in OKC.I also highly recommended Beck s to a Manager at Sam s Club where I went to get new tires.He said he was looking for a new Garage after his mechanic took advantage of his elderly female Church Member he referred.I hope he is now a customer and continues to recommend Beck s.Thanks Again Jeff and Crew !

I have used Beck's four times for minor and major repair. Each experience was excellent. The repairs were completed as promised and always under the estimate. I have an older Cadillac that still runs like new. I trust them to tell me if and when something needs to be done. They never try to talk me into anything unnecessary.I don't get these people who left the negative reviews. No business is perfect every time, but I haven't had a single bad experience with Beck's. My car loves them, and so do I.
