I am a 22 year old girl, I came in to buy oil for my car. A man helped me, but gave me diesel motor oil I told him that my car was not diesel and asked him for regular motor oil. But he insisted that they all work the exact same and that it wouldn t matter. After believing him, and purchasing the oil, something did not sit right with me. I decided to go to another AutoZone and sure enough a different man told me it is absolutely not the same, and he could not believe this guy would ve sold me diesel oil. He said it would have completely messed up my car. I am so glad I trusted my gut and not this place.

Well I went in purchased windshield washer fluid and left. Parking is plentiful. Got home and hubby already purchased a frigging gallon! So anybody need some un-used windshield washer fluid?

I came in to get a patch for my tire and the whole staff was extraordinary really helpful but a gentleman named John really went above and beyond actually came outside help me pass it when I was having trouble even went out of his way to go get his own compressor tell me Eric back up so I didn't have to use my hand pump I'll tell you what I live 30 miles from this location and from this point on I guarantee I'll just drive the 30 miles and come to this location never have I been treated so well in a auto parts store never really had a bad experience with AutoZonebut this one was just leagues above it's a shame I can only get 5 stars my actual rating is like a 10 out of 5 thanks again AutoZone team especially you John

Today didn't go well, 1st X I've came and someone had to tell to tell others to come helpThen was over looked by the guy who came to help, told him that we was 1st, but was ignored badly. 2 by now, but the Lady was very nice and still help us while helping someone else, Then had another guy to finish up with us.. 3

The customer service was great. We couldn't find what I needed on their computer, so the cashier took the time to look it up on his phone and figured it out and got me what I needed. Excellent job

I know enough about auto mechanics to be dangerous. Met Manuel Auto Zone's professional. He is AMAZING!!!! Knowledgeable and informative. Auto Zone this man needs a raise!!!!!!

They are rude !! They need all new workers !! They look at you like your a alien when you walk in and accused my boyfriend of stealing and that he doesn't do !! Close that store down or get all new workers!

They're always cheaper than O'Reilly to me not trying to downgrade no other business but when you have your AutoZone card you can always save a lot of money and get anyting your car may needs.

Everyone is always so helpful and knows what they're doing. My only suggestion is... Smile more! The place was packed and it almost reminded me of the DMV. A bunch of people, very solemn looking, standing in line to see someone who doesn't look like they want to be there. While they are very effective and good employees, a smile and a better environment would be nice. if you are going for efficiency, you got it. But to beat the competition, you have to be better.

I went during lunch to have a check engine test done. The store was packed, and there were not enough employees. The staff was struggling to keep up with customer volume, and the service suffered greatly. That being said, when I was eventually helped, the clerk was very courteous and patient. He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I would not recommend this location during rush hour times.

I came in Nadine Tate or a replacement plate for my back tail light. The associate was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable he showed me everything that I needed and even took the time to come out and put it on my car. Outstanding service and definitely the Oklahoma standard

It's an AutoZone! It has parts you need, sometimes. Nothing negative compared to other autozones, but nothing remarkable as well. Started at three stars, but the employees have always been great so four stars it is.

Excellence in customer care and concern. Roy saved the day! He not only helped us in the store but knew the right person to call to come and fix our problem! And the borrow a tool helped me get the battery off and the free battery charge helped get us right. Thank you again!

Huge, humangus, and biggest Variety of parts, monster warehouses speak for themselves, fast delivery, and quality of parts. One thing they master to perfection is. When price match is the guest to be honored, they won't mess with that. As a result a big client's business and expectations guaranteed.

This place made me nervous when I first stepped into it, it seemed shady and boy was it ever! Dropped off a battery that I was pretty sure was good, just needed a charge and they told me that it was bad and would not accept a charge. Rather than buy a new one right away I took it to O Reilly s down the street who promptly charged the battery up for me, and it was just fine. Do not recommend this AutoZone, cheaters!

I went to Auto Zone and ask for help what kind of refrigerant gas would recommend me to put in my car and they did it, now my A/C is working correctly, thank you German [that's the sales representative who gave me the advice what to do]

Always good friendly and helpful service. Regretably, waiting is the game if parking lot has many customers. they never seem to designate any one person on registers even just ONE would help. But ill Still be a regular as PLUSES far exceed one shortcoming

Same as always very helpful and polite staff and got what I needed and was gone before I knew it.like 4 minutes Max and I had to look for the kit. Awesome thanks for the wonderful service guys glad I chose your store.

This business fails in every way. Products are shady and the employees are aggressively rude. When I called corporate the acting district manager blew me off. I guess they don't need my business and I don't want yThier style of ethic. Plus the employees do not know anything about auto parts. Go to Bob Howard PDC i promise you won't be disappointed. Unlike this joke of a chain store. Please don't insult me your manger already lied to me. Now corporate acts concerned. Thier reply is Disingenuous!

I needed a head light, tail light and tag light all at once. Not only were they all in stock for my 14 year old car, Dave went over and beyond to install each and every one. Great sales and outstanding service. Thanks again Dave!!

Walked in knowing what I needed but since I'm normally ignored there, I allowed the lady worker to lead the way.She even installed the wiper blades (which ALWAYS give me fits!)Only problem was I found out later she hadn't completed the rotations the overflow reservoir requires.Updated after their reply saying they helped install battery but it was wiper blades, lol
