Adrian Velasquez M. Helped me out with my windshield wipers and he was so nice! Even with a busy store he took the time to help the customers out and then help me out. He was the reason I had a great experience!!!

I would give them five stars because the young man I dealt with seemed knowledgeable, friendly, helpful the reason for four out of five stars is they were limited on the product I was looking for possibly not high enough of demand, but it is the AutoZone chain of companies so you would think they would not be limited in their supplies

I went in this store looking for radiator hose clamps. They have all kinds of candy, toys, and miscellaneous junk that has NO place in a parts store, BUT SADLY NO RADIATOR HOSE CLAMPS!!!

I m honestly disappointed, I came in for 1 item only. The sir was on his phone , I didn t care for I use to work at auto zone! , I asked about OIL , he pointed to where I needed to go on aisle . I asked him to show me as in physically take me to item needed, he said it s over in back on first row. I ASKED TO BE GUIDED, for him to take me to aisle but stop and get in his phone! I m furious but I still ask okay which one? He points and says any of those ? THAT MEANS NOTHING TO ME, I m asking for your help IF HE DONT LIKE HIS JUST B HE SHOULD BE EMPLOYED ELSEWHERE!!! Rude I walked out . That needs to be corrected! Young and rude and disrespectful in my opinion is not a good look for auto zone

Was given incorrect part after they came out and view problem. No receipt so store credit which also I guess no apology and guessing game. Thanks we not return to AutoZone! Wanted an exchange for correct part no cash refund just for different

I looked up timing chain bolts and it said they had them in stock. And I call up there told him what I needed them for a 5.3 vortec he puts me on hold not even 10 seconds later he says we don't have themThis ain't the first time with 59th and May

Asked for a battery for my keys the lady at the desk grabbed a screw driver and tried to pry my key open on the side when there's clearly a screw to unscrew so now it's all scratched. Don't trust them just do it yourself terrible experience ruined my night

Had quite the experience after I had a diagnostic check on my vehicle. As I was getting ready to start my vehicle, it wouldn't turn-over. I tried a few more times before going back inside to ask for help. The employees came out & did the same things I had tried to start my vehicle.One of them looked underneath to find the starter & informed me of possible mishaps that could be wrong.I called for help.As my help arrived, the employees provided great customer care. Allowed us to use some of their tools, checked our starter & battery for us. They went beyond caring & helping & I am grateful that these 2 men were working. Our vehicle issue was resolved. We got it going & I thank them for helping us locate a battery.Awesome job, AutoZone.

Good service at this location, they would help you find what you looking for even if they don't have it. They help me find my blinker bulb online and gave me options on how to get it. Nice and welcoming people at this location.

I just needed to borrow a screw driver to put on my tag, but the nice lady came out and put it on for me and was just sweet as pie. I tried to get her to let me bring her a drink or something but she wouldn t let me lol. 5 stars absolutely!

I arrived at the store shortly after 8pm (they closed at 10p) to pickup a set of head lights and a rear wiper blade. I knew what lights I needed and knew the size of the blade I needed but not the numbers after. I walk to the counter there are 2 people working, a guy and a gal. The guy walks right by my and straight to the back like he was looking for something and the girl made eye contact with me but just stayed doing whatever it was she was doing. The guy then comes back after maybe 30 seconds and he's staring at his cell phone not paying attention to anything else. I finally get him to start to check my purchase. The entire time he's on his phone and is making no effort at all to attend to me. I honestly doubt I'll go back to this location based on the fact that customer service is not their thing.

The manager was not helpful. I needed a 28 inch belt. Since I didn't have the part # he didn't even try to find one or bother even to look.He expected me to go back home and get my phone and tell him the part #. If I can find it online I'm sure he could too.I went to Oriellys right down the street and they were more than willing to find me the belt I needed.

I'm so glad they opened this new Auto Zone by me, I usually go to O'Reilly's but I called to ask if someone could put my tail light in for me and they said no, I called Auto Zone and they said yes, I was so happy cause I don't have anyone to do this for me or the money to go to a garage to get it done. They were so nice, I'm only going to Auto Zone now, thank again.

People here don t know what they are talking about I asked if they had any jacks and the cashier didn t even know what that was and after I explained the thing you use to lift a car he searched for one and says they don t carry them. Also got my break rotor for a Honda Accord but they gave me one to a Honda Civic hoenstly would not go here unless you re looking for floor mats or airfreshners other then that there useless.
