I just gotta say Jeffery Wright the sales manager here is amazing! He went above and beyond helping us ladies with strapping in a massive 125-gallon aquarium and stand in the back of our truck, usually our husband's are really good about taking care of this kinda thing but it was a mother/daughter morning and we weren't thinking obviously. He was very helpful in helping us figure out which wratchet straps and even kind enough to put them on for us. Thank you again Jeffery!!!

I was shopping for electrical parts for a lift. Fits on the back of a pickup truck. They had everything I needed and much cheaper than O'reilly's and a better selection 5 star all the way.

Went in to have a battery change done. I was met by sales associate Colby. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and very eager to satisfy the customers needs. His customer service and listening skills are above todays typical standard.Prior to speaking with Colby I spoke with manager Frazier who was very negative in our encounter and you could see the frustration in his body language and hear it in his voice. Colby was delegated to interact with me. I voiced my concerns about Fraziers and my conversation, Colby listened, apologized, satisfied, and thanked me for coming in all while being able to answer other customer questions as well. Very high remarks for Colby.

This AutoZone on south 89th between Western and Penn these guys are not that friendly. I had to exchange brake rotors and so I got ripped off because instead of doing the whole brake job to get the discount the guy didn't even say much about it. So this was the 2nd visit of the day, the 1st one the store manager tried telling me that my Veteran tax exempt card needs to be updated because it was issued in 2019. He said they re-issue them every so often...it was very awkward and disrespectful. Looking at my receipts, I would say they didn't give me the Duralast brake special...

I told the guy what I needed, and he told me it would work for me 30$ lug nut remover. Turns out i couldn t even use it. I go to return it the very next day. And they won t let me return it. So 30$ wasted and they had nothing to say and no way to help. They take down your information so I don t see why you can t return an item at all without a receipt. Should figure out a way. It s ridiculous.

I stopped at this location on 2/18/23 that evening and the 2 guys didn t really want to help. I told them I needed to replace a headlight and they stood there looking at each other and the older guy returned to his phone. The other guy was like okay. I asked if it was was easy to replace the bulb and he just said it should be. Neither one of them offer extra help. He just told me the total, took my card, and gave me the receipt. Completely silent. Well I got it figured out thanks to my 13 year old son. Will not return to this location.

Holy smokes, went to this store to return a steering wheel cover as we figured we got one that was too small - but Chris took charge and wrestled the dang thing on in no time, problem solved! Freaking awesome service! Thanks Chris!

5-11-2023 I was caught in a bad storm and could not see so i stopped in for windshield wipers... no sooner than I get out of my car the tornado sirens were blaring Chris the manager not only helped me he risked his life to put on my wipers in a tornado warning just wind and rain he said. THANK YOU CHRIS!

They had what I was looking for but service was adequate. Seems the older gentleman who was working, was more interested in making a date with a woman who hanging out, then helping me. Seems to be a trend these days

Had to stop and get some power steering fluid. It was on sale which worked out nicely. Cashier disappeared and I had to wait several minutes extra. Normally you can stop in and grab a item and get out quickly. Service was better this trip. Employee was nice and answered my questions. Because he answered truthfully I up my rating to 4 stars.

Today, Sept 12, Sunday, I stopped in for a couple of quarts of engine oil...i knew what i needed...got it off the rack...went to check out...there were 2 employees...one guy on the phone and the gal discussing in depth different headlights with a male customer...I usually come to this store for quality and quickness and at least a HI HOW YA DOING...as a former employee I expect more than what I got...after a long 3 to 5 mins...and no acknowledgment of my presence....with no one else in the store...3 other customers came in...got in line behind me...the gal then noticed....stopped talking about headlights...I put oil on counter...she said is that it...when I'm spending a good 20 bucks...I don't think I should feel rushed out...she didn't count my change back from $100...before I could count quickly and put in my wallet...she was already asking for the next customer... 3 stars is for neat and clean store...I worked for AZ years ago and would have been called out for dis-ing anyone like that...I don't normally gripe when rating stores...but I felt insignificant when leaving...which rarely happens at that store...I hope that gal has better days and follows protocol better... THANX

Great people but company is trash. I went tried to buy something didn't have enough $ on my debit card. Total was 97.88 and I only had 54.00. they decide hold onto my 54.00 and still have released. Been over 2 weeks! Don't get in the zone GO TO OREILYS or NAPA!

The best thing about AutoZone is also the worst thing about AutoZone. their staff is absolutely wonderful and will do whatever it takes to resolve your question or issue. They will do this no matter how long it takes and no matter how many people are in line. However, If you show up and you're in line, you could be there for a very long while. And no one cares, because they're giving all of their attention to the person they're helping. If you go outside of peak hours, the experience feels very personal and catered. They have consistent staff with the throw knowledge of their products. They're also very helpful, they will install windshield wipers or batteries for you and the store even has tools that you can borrow to make small repairs yourself in the parking lot. They have a decent loyalty program as well, which just requires a phone number. It tracks all of your warranties and returns, which is great if you are a self-taught mechanic who likes to turn wrenches, but buys the wrong part with some frequency.

Run, they never want to finish the job they started IF they start it. I asked for them to help change my light bulb because I'm a woman. They didnt want to help you could tell then they sent me on my way with it loose and wiggly. I go to western

I needed a taillight bulb and had no clue how I was going to replace it. The clerk came outside, showed me were it was, Ans showed it is replaced. I was able to buy the correct buld, slide under the truck, Ans replace it myself. I felt like a mechanical "Rock Star". Thanks Auto Zone.

I just went over 15 minutes before it close and Arturo was willing to help me even though it was cold and raining. He help me put a rear window wiper on my 2011 chevy traverse. I greatly appreciated the help.Thank you to Arturo. Management should be proud of how he handles his customers.

had my Fluid Film even though my store says they're out. I've been using retail apps all wrong. if an app says I can pick it up today, but have to go to different store, Im switching it up and going to the store that says they're sold out. if they don't have it, no sweat, it was otw ne way . If they do have it.. righteous!
