They're super honest, friendly, and really helpful. We've been slowly fixing all of the major issues on our cars with them. They've replaced a wheel bearing, starter, thermostat, and blower motor between our 2 cars. Each time, their pricing has been incredibly fair. The quality of work and time frame has been great as well. If you're looking for mechanics you can actually trust, this is the place to go. I've never had this quality of experience at any other shop. These people are top tier.

Quality mechanics and excellent service provide customer satisfaction here. You have to try it to believe it. I highly recommend you take your car here to find out what the problem is and get it fixed right. They will treat you fair and friendly. They are my new go-to auto repair and paint shop.

This place goes above and beyond for its customers and helps in every aspect that they can. I Have taken both my vehicles here and they give you an excellent breakdown in problem areas and what you can do to get it fixed. the guys here are all very friendly and helpful as well as funny, I promise you will not regret taking your vehicle here.

Tim and the guys at Automotive repair and maintenance were great, friendly and efficient. Traveling from Michigan to Arizona I was experiencing some issues with a noise coming from the front of the vehicle they diagnosed the problem as wheel hub assembly, which I had suspected they quickly fixed the problem and got me back on the road they did an awesome job and I appreciated it so much. I would go back again and also refer them to anyone I know.

Went above and beyond to make sure my car could run again. Customer service was top tier and this place is now my go-to, even though its a little out of my way. They did the job even when most other places refused or said they'd charge an insane amount and did it flawlessly.

My check engine light came on over the weekend. I called ARM first thing Monday morning. Tim said if I could get there quickly, he had a slot open. It was diagnosed and repaired by 11.It's a busy shop, but they have the ability to get things done. The waiting room is comfortable..Services: Engine repair, Computer diagnostics

After thinking it was just a A/C leak, I took the Armada in to ARM although it ended up being a much bigger problem They did us right!! They not only fixed the issue fast; working with my hectic schedule!! (Being 100+ degrees outside) They made it very affordable and didn t see a girl coming and drive up the cost!! I will NEVER take a vehicle anywhere else for service or repairs!! Oh and super friendly!! I am truly impressed and appreciative!! ARM is def one of the last businesses not trying to drive up prices in our economy right now!! I couldn t be more thankful!!

This team did amazing on my truck! I had a horrible experience with my previous mechanic who worked on my 2011 F-150 and did more damage than repair. I called Mike and Tim at AR&M and they assured me I was in great hands. I definitely was! They got my truck back on the road (and installed a new backup camera!) Automotive Repair and Maintenance goes beyond expectation to ensure customer is heard and need met. Takes full charge of dealing with insurance, lightening customer concerns. Can be depended upon getting repair done in a timely manner. And finally, for me in particular it was truly appreciated that when Tim, seeing that my car was disabled on the side of road, not only stopped to see if I needed help, but stayed with me safeguarding until tow truck arrived, taking initiative to see that my car was safely in shop and that I was driven home. Very grateful!

I definitely recommend coming here if you need your car worked on. The guys are honest, very nice and helpful. They do a great job every time I come in. My daughters car is older and has had issues and I ve brought it to them each time. Plus they have Netflix and massage chairs, which help pass the pass the time.

I took my Jeep in for an AC check on Tuesday afternoon, and they had my compressor replaced before 3 pm Wednesday! After a month of driving with no AC I'm finally comfortable on my way home from work! Awesome staff! I got my 2015 Chevy Cruise repaired here for an oil leak in April, while the employees were telling me about the oil leak they said they could go ahead and change the spark plugs. I agreed to let them change the spark plugs. I took my car home and it started misfiring. I took it back to Mike and informed him the car was misfiring (surprise, they never drove it to see the misfiring I was talking about) the mechanic and he assured me that it had nothing to do with the repairs; but that it was my catalytic converter and the car was safe to drive on my road trip. I drove the car 400 miles while misfiring and once I got back home I took it to a different mechanic who saw that one of the spark plugs was cracked. I got new spark plugs and went back to Mike to ask for a refund because not only was my oil completely empty after having the oil leak fixed and changed, and the spark plugs were cracked. However this shop refused to pay for any part and sent me to their warranty company, who in April was supposed to issue me a $160 check in place of my $500 I lost getting my repairs done here.BUT THE WARRANTY COMPANY STILL HADN T SENT A CHECK AND TOLD ME IT WOULDN T BE UNTIL JULY 9th THAT THEY COULD SENT A CHECK.This place absolutely sucks and has horrible work.I brought my whole family here for repairs before this and I regret that decision now.

I have used these guys for a few repairs now, and they are always very professional with me. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion, even when the repair winds out being stupidity on my part ! LolGreat shop and i highly recommend them.Update : had my Infiniti Q45 in today for valve cover gaskets and spark plugs, the guys got it done at the price quoted and in the time promised, ans car runs great again ! I want to share a story about this place I have a 2014 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost that had the DREADED turbo coolant leak and a leaking water pump. Not an easy fix. Hard to access and takes a great amount of technical expertise and knowledge to do correctly.I didn t realize I had this problem until I left San Diego, CA on February 10th. I m active duty military and I had orders to move to Gulfport, MS by February 19th. I found myself in Moore, OK on February 12th to visit some family on the way. After 1300 miles of driving - the issue had gotten to the point to where I couldn t just keep topping off the coolant and calling it good. This place was down the street from the in-laws and I didn t want to drive it too far and risk overheating. So I chose AR&MI dropped off my truck on Wednesday morning, February 15th. Special shout out to Tim who was at the front desk, he was super kind, empathetic, and made me feel welcome to their awesome lobby!Tim originally told me that he would be able to fix the truck within 5-6 hours. However, once he discovered that it would take longer, he sat down with me and showed me the broken parts and described in detail what was wrong with the truck. Tim at one point even sent me a video to show what was wrong with my truck. Regardless of the inaccurate time estimate, I refuse to give anything less than 5 stars because it was out of anyone s control. Plus, delays are very typical in this line of work Name one mechanic that has a 100% track record for perfectly estimating project time frames and I ll give you $20. All that matters is that these guys were determined to get the job done correctly and they were communicative every step of the way.I picked my truck up on the evening of February 16th.. Tim and everyone who was working in the shop on the 15th and 16th stayed late to work on my truck and get it fixed. True dedication. 36 month warranty included. All at a fraction of what the dealer was asking.I am absolutely blown away at the compassion these guys had for getting me back out on the road.Tim and everyone else at AR&M, I owe y all a beer. Thank you.

Horrible experience with auto body repair with this shop. I would recommend you take your car elsewhere. They told me it would take 3 weeks to repair the damages to my SUV; they took over 3 months. I considered taking it somewhere else, but they ripped the car apart before receiving all the parts to complete the job. When I'd call for updates, no one could give me a straight answer; only more lies and excuses and pointing the blame everywhere else. After finally picking up my car, the job was incomplete, and they left the inside of the car smelly and dirty. Completely unprofessional, in my opinion.

I am just talking with my wife about the outstanding service I received. They were the nicest people I've ever dealt with; it was my second time using their services. I will be back!! So nice, professional, did not rush me, and gave me water / coffee while I waited in their very nice waiting room that has a tv and games for the kid's. Mike and his staff kept me informed of the repair progress. I highly recommend this repair shop.

We were looking for a new shop for our vehicle maintenance and we called them on a Saturday morning. They said they could get it in and get a look at it so we dropped it off. They found the issue( wheel bearing) and said they could have us done that same day. They actually stayed after hours to get it completed and back to us that same day. Put inside brake pads on one side and outside brake pads on the other side. Didn't replace rattle clips. Ruined our rotors. Lied about it being their fault and blamed it on kinked brake lines. Nothing wrong with brake lines. Refused to warranty or replace parts when we took it somewhere else.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair
