This place is so slimy! They sell trash cars, they lie and make things up, and everything about their business is a scam.DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!!!!!!! They will take your money, do bad business and will leave you stranded!

This car lot is completely trash Kevin and his brother Ron are very disrespectful. I m currently deployed overseas I bought a Chevy Impala with these ppl and I had to have United States Army JAG step in because they refused to give me the title to my car saying I owed them more money. Which I didn t not (I won)They add on extra fees to your car payment. They do NOT fix the car they use old car parts and tell you the parts are new. THESE PPL ARE ABSOLUTELY Terrible!!!!! I am currently retaining an attorney bc they falsified paperwork stating I owe them 14,000 dollars (Not at all true).

They are a horrible car lot they sold my mom a car that keeps shutting off in the middle of the street even on the highway and they really don t know what s wrong with it they kept it for 3 weeks and she hasn t had it a month and the same problem keep coming back up they never really fixed it . The owner has a nasty attitude and he knows he selling cars that don t work or haven t been moved or started in years . They even came to tow it without a tow truck these guys broke into the car and just took it with no explanation at all . AUTO PRO IS A PATHETIC PLACE TO EVEN LOOK FOR A CAR OR GET ONE . Don t go there save your money it a waste of time !!!! They steal your belongs as well !!!

Do not go to this place these people are crooks My car payment wasn't even late but I was involved in a wreck and it was towed to arrow wrecker they went and picked it up and now they will not give me my belongings out of the car My disabled plate my house key that was on the key ring of the car they're crooked do not go to these people if you want to personally call me I will tell you just PM me and I will go over everything with you

So I went to look at a few cars and no one came out to help me. On the cars none of them had what year it is and how much went inside and the salesmen was talking to a customer on the phone and it was on speaker and customer was getting upset and the guy automatically tried to get me involved asking if he s being loud I said I don t know walked out it s definitely not professional to get a another customer involved. As a manager I would never get my other customers involved just because you have a upset customer

Kevin & Ron have a fantastic way of doing business with people & are willing to work with you if needed all you need to do is have good communication & respect, let them know your situation. I've had a car from them over two years & the best part is they consider the car yours as long as you can pay & if any work is needed there's never a problem to help.

Kevin & Ron Are The Worst & Careless People I've ever seen I Got This Car 2012 Ford Fusion SEL They Knew I Didn't Know Anything About Cars So What They Do Make It Sound Like Ain't Nothing Wrong With Their Cars Trys To Get U In Them Once U Drive It I had The Since February 15 2023 Til Now It Already Having Problems But Obviously They Buys Em Fixes Em Upknowing they knew it was going to be a problem when someone drives it off the lot But In Reality They Knew If A Person Drove The Car It Was Going Breakdown Then They Blames The Problem On U For Messing Up The Car But They Knew It before the even Sale Em It Sounded All Janking Then I even Went AutoZone Try To Get A Reading On What's Wrong With The Car They Couldn't Even Read It Cause The Thing In The Car Was All Bent And messed Up Then Trying To Charge Me 2,000 For A Job They Had To Fix But Really Didn't Fix it They Rigged It up But They Been In business For Years Lol but it's Cool Never Ever Go To A Car lot That Con People Out Of They Money Periodt They knew they Sold Me a Limon Car Now Trying To Take Me To Court

This is a Great group of folks, willing to help anyway they can. This is the 7th vehicle myself and family has bought from Auto Pro. And we absolutely have no complaints. These folks try to take care of there customers. RON, KEVIN. just know we really appreciate all your help. Anytime we have an issue or question.

Wasn't a bad place at first. But when I lost my job and started a new one my paydays go switched and I asked them to work with me on it. As to not have my car repo'd. Well they took my car right before I went to pay them. They gave me my car back after I paid my payment told me that because I hadn't missed a single payment until that point that they wouldn't charge me a fee. I ended up trading the car in for something else later on. The dealership i traded it to paid off the car. And then next thing I know Kevin is calling me for a repo fee saying he wasn't going to give the lien release to the dealership until i paid it and.brought them the car back to get their gps tracker off it.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. We were buying a truck from them which broke down within a week. The day of the payment was due they called yelling saying that they are going to come repo the car and our payment was late. Just a bad place all around. Highly do not recommend

Poor service with cars that aren't dependable. went through 3 in the first 30 days. just sayin, be careful if u decide to purchase or finance a car from this dealership. The owner Ron Hockett is a liar and will say whatever to put you in a car. if you need financing there are 100s of buy here pay here places to approve you. I don't reccomend this one.

SCAM ARTISTS - READ THIS AND SAVE YOURSELFTHEY PREY ON THE POOR AND QUICK DECISIONSThis place was recommended to buy a truck by a work buddy of my boyfriend. 1500 down or a trade in for the downpayment, then their cheapest truck was 225 every two weeks on a three year note.When we asked how much the total was the owner asked if we had graduated high school and if we could do math. HE IS COUNTING ON YOU TO DO THE MATH INCORRECTLY. He then told us the truck was around 16k all included, and that would be correct if you calculated the total by assuming 4 weeks to a month for 36 months (3 years) AS MOST PEOPLE DO.Here is how the math actually goes:-THERE ARE 52 WEEKS IN A YEAR-if you make a payment every two weeks, that would be 26 payments-225 X 26 WEEKS = 5,850 YEARLY-5,850 X 3 YEARS = 17,550!!!!!!!17.5k NOT INCLUDING DOWN PAYMENT FOR A OLD TRUCK WITH ALMOST 200K MILES ON IT, AND THAT WAS THE CHEAPEST!!!

Auto pro is a great place to get a car. Ron the owner is a good guy who works with you on down payments or repairs. I had got a car from them and they worked with me even when I lost my job. If u need a car and don't have a lot of cash...come to auto pro and ask for kevin...he is kool too.

I have been a customer for a few years now. They Ron & Kevin have really been good to me. They're easy to work with and have taken great care of me when they didnt have too. Im on my 4th vehicle Ram Truck with them and paid cash for one. And will go back for a teenager thats now driving. I cant say enough go check them out........Lovin my Ram..

Thought I was getting a great deal found out the hard way I didn't lesson leer. I ask the sales rep if there's any existing problems with the vehicle before I purchase seeing as it's as is he lied to me. Check engine light on, back Windows don't work, wrong socket in break light gotta replace while harness, side mirrors don't work(not to mention) one was glued on and they don't call back when they say they will. List goes on. Had problems getting my tags title was missing ud and dealer stamp and was a hassle to get my lien release. I live in Guthrie they're located in okc not a drive I wanted to make for unnecessary reasons.

maaaaaan, these guys man, they really just do it better. they ll work with you to get you into a car that fits you at a good price ! i ve been many other places but these guys are just good people. highly recommend

They harassed me when I broke my leg and i was 6 months pregnant even when I was paying them as agreed every month. I decided after threathing me to come get the car to let that happen because I was pregnant and couldn't walk and didn't want to be stressed that they would take the car in the middle of the Night and I wouldn't have a way to get to the hospital to have my son. I wouldn't not buy from them unless you pay cash so you don't have to deal with them. Just word of advice.

Worst experience ever Ron gave us 3 different vehicles and all of them broke down I would advise everyone to stay away. They finally gave us our money back after we called the cops. They are just bad business STAY AWAY.

Go spend your money with Auto Pro because it's the best place.Ive gotten two cars from them and great customer service with Lindsey.Even when I've had a hard time paying note they have helped me. Thank you Kevin Lindsey and Ron.And don't get hipnotized by them eyes of theirs,lol.

How could anyone leave a diabetic 50+ woman stranded. I recently call Auto pro because I had locked my keys in the key. I was told it will be $150 because they only have keys in Edmond. I don't have$150. My house key is on the ring. I have never been late or ask for an extension. I now know that customers service is out the window but at least common courtesy

Let me tell you these people are loan sharks and could care less about you as an individual. I bought my car from them an the repossessed it before the first payment. They also charge you 10400 for a vehicle with 220000.
