This place is a scam. Do not come here.Let me see if I can help you out and clarify how you could have made it better. I asked you to remove "one" paintless 2 inch size dent.If you would do what your customer ask you to do instead of rambling. When repairing this dent you do not have to remove the fender lining to repair this dent or the other 2 paintless dents that are "smaller" than this one.This was repaired by another "reputable shop" for a fraction of the price.If you want to do something for "free" be a better owner/manager/employee to your future customers and do not charge them for unnecessary labor."Scam"Bless you and I forgive you.

AutoDent is the best auto body shop I've ever been to! The owner, Stew, is so friendly and knowledgeable. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy with the work done on their vehicles. I recently took my car there for some repairs and I was blown away by the quality of the work. The team at AutoDent is truly talented and I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work. Thank you for making my car look brand new again!

I have used Auto Dents twice now. Once to repair door dings on a car I was selling and second, after totaling a brand new car. I could not believe the quality of the repair on the door dings. Mr Taylor is an artist with PDR. I was able to get above blue book value on my car because it looked so amazing. The second visit was a different experience altogether. After my accident, Mr. Taylor advised me to have my car towed to his shop and he worked directly with the adjuster. He was an advocate for me when the insurance company tried to offer me bottom dollar for my new car. Thank you Stew. I have since recommended Auto Dents to my co-workers and friends. I am a fan of this friendly local business and will use them again!

This is an outstanding business! I have gone to Auto Dents several times over the last few years. Sometimes I had hail damage, occasionally a fender bender, and I have also have had minor work done such as replacing a door handle, window lock, and outside mirrors. It didn't matter how large or small the job was. I was always treated courteously and professionally, and the jobs were completed in the same time frame that I was given, without exception. I went there today for something minor, but Stewart, the owner, took the time to check out several options for me. He sets a great example for his employees, who are also friendly and professional. I give this business the highest rating possible and recommend it without exception. You will not be not be disappointed!

Never would I recommend them. I went to get my car repaired an they ended up losing and breaking my Left side window panel. And the top piece is impossible to find that fits my door. So I have to buy an entire piece that cost $100. They offered for me to come in an they fix it but I don t even live in Oklahoma so I can t just come back for the repair. The window should not of been broken in the first place!

I have never been so disappointed in a business as I have been in AutoDents. Not only was the owner, Stewart, evasive, he also treated me as if I'm an idiot and could not possibly understand what is involved with repairing hail damage. I have had hail damage repaired in the past and I have, myself, worked in an auto body shop in the past. AutoDents had my car for nearly a month to repair hail damage. A month!! I was treated as if I weren't important, the owner, Stewart, was unwilling to tell me what parts were needed when he told me that he had to request a supplement of $500 from the insurance company to cover the parts. He also refused to tell me the full cost of the repair when I told him I wasn't asking what I would pay but what the TOTAL COST of the repair would be. Several times I was told that I would receive a phone call regarding the expected date of completion and yet had to call back myself after waiting for 7 days one time and 5 days the next. My biggest problem, however, was that after telling myself and the insurance company that they would have the car ready in 10-14 days, getting approved for 16 days by the insurance company, it has now been 25 days and the car will not be ready until tomorrow. In the end, it has been a wholly unsatisfying experience dealing with this company and you can be assured I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them! I would expect better from a local company who is in business to repair hail damage and would prefer that people not go to the "fly by nighters" who come to town and set up a tent after a big hail storm. My first experience was with an out of town company who had set up in Oklahoma City several years ago and I wish I had gone back!

As a family of 5 with three teenagers, we have had several opportunities to utilize AutoDents. Fortunately, "Stew and his Amazing Crew" have always done a fantastic job. I call them artists because i am amazed at the quality of their work. Hail dents, tornado damage (yes, tornado damage), fender benders, etc. Nothing stumps them. I have sent several friends there and they are extremely happy as well.
