HM Auto Center sets the standard for customer care.My wife and I were looking at cars at a few Dealerships and when we found HM Auto Center we were so impressed with the way they run their business. We were treated like family from the moment we entered the door, Ali was our salesman and George helped us take care of our test drive and cleaned the car upon purchase. We found a great Kia Soul and HM Auto Center was transparent throughout the entire purchase process.10/10 will recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you Ali and George for making this such an easy process.

I just bought a family car from them recently and they were so respectful and patient through the whole process and even worked with me on the price! There was a little bump in the road because my bank didn t let me finance the original vehicle I was going to purchase but they made sure to take care of me and find me a car I really like as well!! So happy with the customer service and overall honesty/genuine environment they have! Thank you Ali and George for the amazing experience!

Bought a 2013 Camaro 1LT beautiful car no issues except the passengers side air wasn t getting cold great they wrote me a check for parts and labor awesome right?1 hour down the road home the a/c quits completely they tell me it s the actuator!Next morning I ve not only got no A/C but now have check engine lights/Service tire etc. with absolutely no help from them. Do not recommend buying from this dealer ever!

You never know what to expect when visiting a used car dealership. The crew here from sales to financing were friendly and helpful through every step of the process. They were quick to answer any questions and were fair with financing for what we were getting. I'll update down the road but for now I can say I enjoyed the experience here.

These people are incredibly nice and honest. Up front with whatever small print needs to be said or read. Worked with us on a price we were both comfortable with. I will definitely be back when it s time for another car.

H&M sold me Ram pickup that had been wrecked, very badly repainted, bad camshaft and rockers, no ac, and no tailgate. Dishonest and total LIARS.they Lied about the condition. Well over $2500 to get it back to fair condition. Buyer beware. Check your vehicle out completely before buying..

If you are wanting to buy a car you should start here. From day 1 they were very welcoming and much more friendly and customer oriented than a traditional dealership. Ali and George both helped thru the process from beginning to end and went out of their way to make sure it was a professional, timely, and honest transaction. they answered questions, provided explanations, and even catered to my mom who was extremely anxious about everything. awesome selection of cars and very good people. i promise you, start here

yesterday i called on a 2004 jeep liberty as i was very interested in this auto. the owner / salesman was going to send me a walk around of the jeep running. all the pictures looked very good but a day later i did not get to hear it run. even though i am a distance away they did not seem to be to interested in my small request.

George and Ali have the patience of a Saint. I got a great deal on a 2014 Ford Focus. A few days later a hose blew, but I didn't see it. I thought the engine was blown. I talked to them about it (rudely) I wanted a refund. They paid to tow it across the city and fixed it. When I picked it up I tried to at least pay for the tow but they wouldn't take the money. Then I borrowed a cigarette and lighter from the owner and accidentally ran off with the lighter. These are good honest people and It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The sales experience was very low pressure and easy. Straight forward, and pricing for the vehicle was better than most, but not based on condition. Friendly and quick. Ensure you check the vehicle in a very detailed manner. The car I purchased needs approximately four to five thousand in work. A good conditioned example of what I purchased would cost about three thousand more than what I paid. Not actually a good deal. Missing seat belts, bad speakers, interior damaged, dents/chips/scratches all over the body.

Great experience. Great price. they made it real simple and quick. I m actually located in Texas so I bought the car without actually test driving it. They shipped it for me, it turned out to be everything they advertise, they even did an inspection before I bought the car, they took it to the Maserati dealership where it passed whit no issues. I even got a free oil change that would have cost me $350. I would definitely do business again with these guys!!

Definitely recommend going here if you are looking for a vehicle. Jorge an Ali where extremely helpful and even stayed a little late so we could test drive one of the vehicles. Once we decided on one of the vehicles they made the purchasing process very simple.

After spending all day driving around, and getting blown off by other dealers that were sketchy our last stop ended up being here before we quit for the night. They had the best prices around the area, had a great selection of cars, and by FAR the friendliest staff!!!! Was instantly in love with the car I picked out and bought it after a long test drive! And the cars they had on the lot for sale actually WORKED and turned over when I started them up! UNLIKE SOME OTHER PEOPLE DOWN THE ROAD!!! Would recommend these people for my friends and family.

Just bought a car here. Done over the phone. My son and daughter were at the dealer to test drive car for me and make the deal and drive it home since i live 3 hrs. away. It got done that day and Cezar is a good guy to work with. The owner was negotiable on the car and willing to do what we needed to do to get that car in our hands that day. Would recommend as a good place to buy. Good clean cars and no hidden fees and they help you get in the car you want.

We sold them a new suv and purchased an older f250. They were very friendly and helpful. Good customer service. They even went to the tag agency with us because we lost the title. They gave exactly the price we wanted and the cash back that we were expecting. If your expectations are realistic, then you will do well here!

Traded my car today for a Toyota Sequoia because we needed a bigger for the kids. Great experience. Maybe the best car buying experience I ve had. Navid was super helpful and made the process easy. Fixed some things on the Toyota and I left with a great car. Couldn t be happier.

I left my house today to buy a car newer than 2010 under 10k with the least amount of miles possible. Since i was determined to buy that day i went to 39th. I visited 4 places along that road, each very basic .. like very basic cars and multiple ...and each lot showed me things that were not in the price range or that i would absolutely not drive. selection seemed very thin. I stumbled across this place and immediately ran into Kevin ....Kevin actually understands people when they speak lol. Just one quick scan and Kevin showed me 4 cars all within the requirements and all seemed to be suited to my personality, as if he knew what i liked. I drove the cars, picked 1 and paid. The entire process took as long as I d wasted at the other places. They understood my needs, they understood style, and they made the process smooth and quick. Will definitely buy from again. Time is money and i hate when mine is wasted. Thank you for making it happen

Please do not go here. I bought a car from them, relatively new car, and it was oddly cheap. A 2016 for 10,000 cheap. I asked why the car was so inexpensive and they told me it was simply because they wanted to get rid of it. Now it may have been my rose colored glasses, but I wanted to believe them. Not long after, I took the car to my mechanic just to see what might have been wrong with it.The transmission was failing, and that ll cost me another 5000-7000 dollars.Now, I went to pick up the spare key I mentioned that I was going to take it to my mechanic and the man started freaking out saying that I didn t need to take it to the mechanic.Tl;dr I got screwed and they knew it.If I could give them zero stars, I would. But, all I can say is save yourself the thousands of dollars and don t go here.

Navid is one in a million good guy. He's honest to the best of my knowledge. He seeks lasting relationships with customers and not the usual "hit and run spirit" in the world of business. Auto Center has quality cars with great discounts.
