I had to go back twice and need to go a third time because the alarm is still not correct. I have to drive 30mi to go to them because they said their system does what I need it to do. This is not correct. Then they disabled the kill switch to get it to do what they said it would do. I told them not to do this but it was done. I spent hours there at a time and it still not correct. I would not recommend them because they are not giving accurate descriptions of the product and what it offers. They are not listening to the customer and wasting my time and money to go there. I'm left with an alarm that is not right and do not have the time to make a third visit. This is utter nonsense.

Excellent selection of equipment and extremely helpful staff.I would definitely recommend Audio Extreme !I wanted a remote starter and security systemThe staff was very helpful giving me a breakdown on what they could do for me, the options and the cost were clearly laid out for me.I chose them to do the work because they had very good reviews and they know their business.My car is a 2012Holden Chevrolet Caprice police patrol vehicle, and sort of strange.They examined it and were confident that they could accomplish the task.AndrewJohnYesterday, 10/4/2022 they did the work and installed the Compustar security system with remote start, and DroneMobile service.I took a 5 mile walk while they did it, returning just as they were finishing up the installation and set up.It was a nice day for a walk.The newly installed system works great, and is simple to use.It is set up through DroneMobile on my phone via an app.Everyone on staff was nice, the install looks and works great and I'd definitely recommend Audio Extreme for their expertise in security and remote start set up.It even came with one month of free monitoring service.They took me through the process of using it, and were very clear.I also downloaded the pdf file for the system onto my phone to have it just in case I'd forget anything.AndrewJohn BoughterAll in all a very friendly, helpful, and professional group.Audio Extreme was an excellent choice for my car security, and I like the ease with which the phone application, the security fob and the alarm system integrate together.The remote start feature is very nice.The system is very unobtrusive yet highly effective.

Horrible experience guy sold me trash speakers that busted within 30 days they swapped them with manufacturer and tried to charge me! Same issue 10 days later and they tried to charge me again after I spoke to the manufacturer and they said it was free of charge. Will never use them again and I d advise any else to never use them. Current owner is a liar and crook. Audio extreme on 63rd are bogus and have horrible business ethics!!!!!

Terrible job. Badly damaged my 330i in the process, and speakers aren't even working right. Apparently, it isn't done at this shop, and they had to drive it somewhere else to get it done and damaged the front bottom bumper and driver side rocker panel. $300 gone down the drain with a sub that isn't working right along with another $500+ in damages. Would 100% not recommend this shop.

These guys are amazing. They did a killer install in my truck. Went to another place, and they said "what you want isn't possible." Took my business here and they made it happen with no problems. The install was fast and at a great deal. Will continue to bring my business here in the future for all of my car audio needs. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience. I listen to podcasts through BT in my vehicle on my commute to work. This morning my old stereo kicked the bucket. The guys had me in and out very quickly at about the same price it would have been to buy the equipment myself. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for over 20 years!Few years back was under different management but now the Owner has some of his own blood line back in and totally on track. Justin hooked me up with what he knows I need after I told him the Sound I wanted. 2022 Brand new 2500hd is Banging. He will shoot you straight and good reasonable pricing. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!!! Will be back with other vehicles to have systems upgrade. and have a install done in my side by side ATV

Prompt, expert installation at a great price. I needed a dual-camera dashcam system installed in a new car before a road trip, and they fit me into their schedule. I d never used them before and the shop looked a little rough, but the installer showed me photos of lots of exotic cars entrusted to them for electronics work, and I was sold. The result looks like a factory job. Highly recommend!

I was looking for 8g spade connectors and went to about 10 different places. I all the owner of audio extreme and he offered a bunch of different solutions and talked with me about it for a bit. He found what had to be the last few 8g connectors in Oklahoma and just gave them to me. He could've charged me $10 each but was extremely generous and helpful. I'd highly recommend anyone who is inexperienced in car audio to visit his shop to buy your equipment because the owner is probably the most helpful and knowledgeable audio expert I've talked to. If you read this thanks man I appreciate your help!

Great service! I has having issues with my factory system, so after troubleshooting, they found out one of the main components was shot... so they replaced everything and found that someone had ripped out the previous system. They not only fixed it, but they didn't charge me a dime extra! Full install in the matter of 5 hrs! Love it!

I recently purchased boat tower speakers, amp, and installation through Audio Extreme and they were great! First, they did not try to over-sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. They actually recommended that I wait to purchase more speakers to see first how I liked the tower speaker sound. After placing my order, they found out that the speaker color I wanted had a 1 month back-order. Instead of making me wait or get different speakers, they put on the speakers that were available, and offered to trade them out when the correct speakers came in free of charge. The speakers sound great, great prices, installation quality is outstanding. During the purchase, installation, and walk-through, they said many times "we just want to make sure you are happy" - and that I was. I would highly recommend them!

Called up Audio Extreme asking if they could install a stereo and speakers that were already purchased elsewhere. They quoted a competitive price and appointment the following day. They contacted me about any changes that needed to be made and were very knowledgeable. Dropped my car off, picked it up a couple hours later and it looked/sounded great. Everyone I came in contact with at Audio Extreme was pleasant. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the equipment I had installed from them. Next time.

Great shop the staff and owner were very knowledgeable and very fair. The owner helped me with what I was trying to do and did not try to over sell me on things I did not need. They finished the work in a timely manner and the work was very clean. I would highly recommend this place for all your car stereo needs.

If I could give more stars than 5 I would. I came in needing my sterio tuned and the guy who helped me (come to find out was one of the owners) was absolutely fantastic. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing adjusting my sterio. The store itself is easy to find, fully stocked, and plenty of options to choose from. Customer service was great and freindly even was able to crack a few jokes. Definitely going back to get a sterio system installed in my other car. Great job, keep it up. There needs to be more businesses like y'all's :)

I have a 1965 Impala, it had never had a stereo other than the stock AM radio and dash speaker. I bought a stereo and speakers on-line, they did the complete installation, had to cut out in the doors to mount the speakers since it never had any. Did a clean install job and it sounds awesome!! I'm going back later so they can install a sub.

Visiting okc on vacation and during my drive from Florida my sub stopped working. Being on a deadline till I had to drive back Martin at audio extreme was recommended to me. They were able to get me in and troubleshoot my issues, found some bad wiring and hooked me up with a more up-to-date amp that worked with my simple setup and stock radio. Answered all my questions and gave me more info on why/how my system should be set up. A+ service

Life savors installers and I got mine taken out a year and 4 months early because of the covid-19. Was told if you had an interlock device in car for more than 6 months then you can go to DPS off of Martin Luther King and get it removed instantly. Good stuff and they audio extreme did that for me, removed my breathalyzer!!!

Everything about audio extreme is good people, courteous, generous and thoughtful. Most important part is all the guys are genuine down to Earth real people will give you the shirt off their back. I mean that literally not figuratively. Lol, I know because every one of the guys has given me the shirt off their back, truly blessed to work there !

The installs where always crap but I used to buy from here in the past the serves was great. Now the new sales people are rude and don't care about what I have to say on top of the bad installs.Three years ago I had a drop down TV Installed in my bran new suburban, when I came to pick it up the TV was installed in the wrong spot it was 4 inches from my face if i was sitting in the middle row. When they moved it back there was a hole in the ceiling. Two years ago I had a remote start installed, the first thing I notice was the wire to my off road lights was cut after. Then about 2 days of sitting the car would die so I replaced the battery and it still dies so I took it out to Nissan. Nissan had the car for 3 days and said we couldn't find the problem it may be the after market stuff. I took my car back to audio extreme and they told me no thats not a thing so I took my car to Car-Toys after 3 hours they said it was the remote start so I told him to rip it out. The car now wont die even after 5 days of sitting. Today I went in to buy Digital Design speakers the guy told me they were crap in the go with this different brand.

These guys are legit. They're honest and will honor their warranty. I only trust my car with these guys over the years. I've had 3 vehicles done with AudioXtreme.

Amazing customer service ! Did a great job on my custom box and hooking up my subwoofer, it sounds amazing, totally worth the price, and they re all cool guys in there!

I brought my car's CD deck to Audio Extreme to have a cable replaced. When I got it back I found the deck now malfunctioned every 2nd or 3rd time when opening, and within two weeks it stopped opening all together. Audio Extreme argued that this wasn't their fault over the phone but agreed to let me stop by to have their technician take a look. I explained to the technician that in the 2 years I had owned the deck it had never malfunctioned when opening. This problem began the day I last picked my car up from their shop. Both the technician and store manager argued this was just a coincidence and refused to admit they could've caused the problem, leaving me with a broken deck. The manager then offered to sell me a new deck for what I later found out to be a 50+% markup of it's warranteed price online.

One of the least professional businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 3 separate times in a single week they told me to come back a few days later because they don t take appointments, but somehow every time I would come right at their open time, they would have cars in front of me. I won t be back and I make sure no one that I know comes here for any services.

First let me start by saying i like to play dumb like i dont know what im looking for or know anything about car audio to see what the store has to offer.not impressed with prices. they quoted me 1050 for these items i am going to list with prices from amazon. please keep in mind i am not looking for install just out the door.2) Rockford Fosgate P3D2-12 Punch P3 DVC 2 Ohm 12-Inch 600 Watts RMS 1200 Watts Peak Subwoofer- $138 eachno box by the wayRockford P1000X1BD Punch 1-Channel Amplifier- $376that totals out to $652. i understand you need to pay your bills but they said they were giving me the hookup. from $1200 to $1050. And i highly doubt that included tax.only thing i liked there was one of the workers system in his car. and even with that all he wanted to do was show me how much better his was than the average. when i asked what he had all he really had to say was that he spent 30k on it. i wont go back.

Bought a NEW woofer from this place to replace a blown one. It worked for a couple of months. But I noticed a clacking sound. I removed the speaker and noticed the surround on it falling apart. The more I investigated it I realized this was a used speaker! The surround is so brittle it's falling apart in pieces. It's definitely seen a lot of use in the past. I can't believe it. All you have to do is push in on the surround and see all the cracks and holes that cover the entire speaker cone. And it's made from very durable rubber. Very disappointed and can't believe I was sold a used speaker. If you've done business with this company do yourself a favor and look at your equipment thoroughly. Check with the manufacturer and see just how old it really is.
