Unfortunately we are a victim of their usual scam. In the text they did not mention at all that they will start charging the moment we hang up the phone. It clearly states from the time they leave their shop and back we will be charged for labour. According to their invoice from where our truck was and where they are located its merely 20-25 miles. Yet they charged us 6 hours of labour even if thry needed to get additional parts, it doesnt take 6 hours of labour. To replace a brake chamber we had to pay $2156.38. These guys are an absolute rip off. Like to take full advantage of someones vulnerability. Its better to get things from Loves or TA atleast they are not a rip off or bas as these guys are! Its better to wait in the morning then to go with these guys. Might as well work for free because they cost more than what the freight charges are!

Absurdly overpriced. Tried charging me $1100 and they didn t even fix my tire 1 tire. It needed a rim which i told the gentleman over the phone initially. But instead tried putting a insanely overpriced trailer tire ($200) on a junk rim which wouldn t work and said i owed hours worth of labor fees for absolutely nothing. This company is the biggest scam ever. I wouldve walked to walmart to get the stuff to fix it myself if i knew theyd charge me that amount for a wheel replacement.

don't go to this place neverI changed an air bag which lasted only 150 miles, it blew up, exploded and damaged a tire.I talked to the person he told me that he was not going to charge because he did not do a good job and I always charge for doing all bad damage to my tires

These guys will rip you off and you can buy new Michelins at TA for Les than these guys charge for used tires. Any good reviews posted are probably the shop owners friends. BEWARE! You have been warned. Scammed me out of $1400 on 2 used tires.

O stars if i could. spent 15k on a new turbo. No idea if turbo is new or used. Truck still wont run porperly. Taking it back to rush peterbuilt. These guys are scammers, crooks, and steal your money. READ the reviews!!!

Should ve read the reviews first! Had a noisy belt and called these guys out to the house. They tried to charge $125 more than the quote at the end and whatever they didn t do didn t last 100 miles. Im currently broke down paying another guy to fix the actual problem. When I showed the pictures to the person who s supposedly managing this company he wanted to say I denied service and it s my problem. Then threatened to call his buddy at the DOT and run my business into the ground. Class from start to finish.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & modifications

Don t ever use these guys Got these guys to do a starter bill was 2400 first starter was bad ok it is what it is I pay the bill at 630 am when they finished at 430 he asked for pictures of my credit card and I d and a cc authorization form. I sent the the pictures amd told him i would send the form as I was busy. He said to do exactly that. Then my driver wakes up this joker stole my batteries and locked my truck with a air lock and he has been paid in full. Will not answer my calls or texts either. I wouldn t let him replace the batteries cause of the episode I already had and now I can t even get warranty for my batteries. I have tried calling multiple times in the day amd no answer.Service: General repairs & modifications

All I can say I had to read reviews I went there for only steering gear box leaking and they changed whole box I paid 3407$..now I have more problems .steering is turning to the left more than right and many warning lights popped out..they told me it is alignment but now I came to another mechanic and I asked alignment but he just smiled they were kind people but for mechanic it needs more than this

Been doing business with Daniel & David for several years. Nice guys that will treat you fair and will do a fine job for you. The guys do good work for a fair price (road calls cost extra). As an owner, you need to be fair with your mechanics and don't try to take advantage of them.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.. DO NOT USE THEM, THE TECH IS SLOW AND DOESN'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER... IVE BEEN SITTING HERE for 10 on a simple repair to my trailer and I call Ed them at 3pm and now it's 3am and I'm still waiting on this to do the billing... never again... use someone else..

Had a trailer lost a wheel. Transferred load and brought trailer into their shop. Estimated by phone to rebuild trailer 15k. Dropped some of what they wanted to do in. 3 wheels and 5 tires because I had them. Bill was 17k. Run from this place. No communication with the customer, can't talk to the boss.For your sake read peoples reviews. I wish I would have.

Do not ever ever ever use this place my husband got sick and went in the hospital in December they anytime anywhere had replaced the starter on his truck and told him he could store his truck there anytime he needed the owner contacted anytime anywhere about storing the truck. Anytime anywhere said that that was fine that we could store the truck in their yard they even gave us the code to their key lock so we had access to the key to the gate so that we could get to the truck so we get there today to try to remove the truck and some guy who says he's the owner shows up and starts demanding money and blocks blocks Us in so that we can't leave and demands that we pay him $400 or we can't leave with his truck. It's within his right to start to charge storage fees however we called on several occasions asking to pay a storage fee and we're told on several occasions don't worry about it don't worry about it. Then today when we try to take the truck we get blocked in and they demand that we pay them $400 or we can't take our truck after we've called several times about paying storage fees this was a very very shady

Buyer beware with anytime anywhere truck repair.Very fast talking hard to pin them down on a real cost. After looking into it further realized they were charging for way more than they said on the phone. On the phone the owner said it would only be $150 per hour (a bit high, but acceptable). Looking into it more they charge $150 per hour from the time they leave the shop until the time they get back. Plus $2 a mile, plus $65 service call fee. Found another local company that charged a total price of $95 for everything.

Nov 17 I called for road service. Person answered the phone he said we charge $ 150 per hour from leaving and back to shop and $65.00 for call and 2 dollars per mile. Whe he get there he didnot had actual softwhere to check it. He said all codes are inactive. He charge me digonist fee 175.00. Total 750.00. Truck stop aagain after 30 miles. They are just robbing money.

Was told there s $150 per hour shop fee. Had a $30 part to swap at their lot. Took him 6 minutes to swap chargers a new shop minimum of 2 hours. Was charged over $100 for a call out fee in their parking lot. Then the part wasn t even installed correctly. Over $500 spent and 3 hours waiting. Would NEVER go there again. These people are totally scammed. My driver called them told them that truck is degraded. Their told the driver that they can fix it so they came only do a Regan and charged me $920. That s insane and out rage price. I m going to report this business to BBB. They are threatening my driver that they will impounded my truck if the bills isn t paid. These people will rip you off without a blink. Stay away from them Drivers.Service: Exhaust

After someone messed up my ignition trying to steal my truck, they towed it to their shop and got it back up and running. They even coordinated some interior repairs while waiting on parts. It took them an hour to show up and they were only 9 miles from me and I paid for that hour. $150 an hour for tire service is a ripoff plus extra $65 Miscellaneous that was not explained. Would not recommend. I flushed $1034 down the drain for a trailer tire that should not cost anywhere above $500. They did not disclose that they charge a minimum of 2 hours until they showed up @150 an hour. God damn.Service: Tires

Our a/c went out on our Peterbilt. The service tech immediately wanted to replace ALL parts. 9 hours later and all parts replaced except the compressor, still no air. Tech went home and was supposed to show up the following morning to finish job, but he was a no show. Ended up going to Loves to put in a compressor. Do NOT use this facility and waste your money!!Service: Air conditioning

Spoke on the phone (AND RECORDED THE CALL). The owner said "We charge $150 for a service call with a minimum of an hour." Doesn't tell you that they include the time it takes to drive TO YOU and FROM YOU in the hour. So if you're 30 minutes away, guess what, you just got charged an hour drive time, plus the time they spent there (a minimum of another hour). Record your conversations with this liar.Re: owner response:You do realize that actually is worse... right?Also he didn't mention the $65 call out fee or $2 per mile charge on the call either. More hidden fees. Yeah it's on the invoice... that is given after service performed.

Call out to look at my truck clutch only to adjust the clutch and say it needed a new clutch brake. After 2 hours put clutch brake on only to tell me it needs a new clutch. Mechanic should have told us from the go that it need a new clutch and not run up the price on us. Really paid $885 just to adjust clutch. Mechanic was nice but price is way outrageous and they didn t even fixed the problem. What I paid I could have gotten a new clutch period put in. Also driver made it to dallas and what the mechanic said he did he never did it. The mechanic said if he would have done what he said he would had to drop transmission. I m calling the bbb service in the morning

Had a very good experience with getting my tractor back up and running from this company. They were all extremely professional and easy to communicate with up to and including explanations of repairs needed and performed. They worked with my schedule as well and were fast and efficient in their work. They come highly recommended by me and my company!!! Thanks again!

Do NOT use this place!! It was 10 degrees outside and our trailer brakes locked up on us. Called him and he was the only one available and now I know why. $250 an hour with a two hour minimum, $2/mile, and $65 callout fee and on top of that, they charged an additional $300 for heater rental when all they used were space heaters! Ended up with a $1k bill just to release brakes and not one time did the owner tell me that they charge any rental fees! This place is a joke!Service: Brakes

Great Owner. Took care of an issue I had that wasn't resolved, paid for the parts I needed and I was not charged twice or labor. Knowledgeable mechanics, Informative. Small enough, you also have privacy from the crowd of many customers. I will be using these services again and spreading the word.
