These folks are top notch! I was stranded with a shredded tire and they went above and beyond to help me. They let me park my car in front of the business the night before. They tried to get me a tire but the tire was an odd size. They could get it in the later that day but they let me buy a tire from somewhere else and they mounted and balanced it FOR FREE! They knew I was in a bad place. They were so good to me. Folks, you can't find that kind of character very often these days. If I need anything else, I will drive there regardless of how far away Iam. They are worthy of your business.

I started with suspension work at Anderson Automotive, ended up doing complete engine and transmission swap. These guys will tackle anything and do honest professional work along the way. They ll work on anything practically . Curtis and his crew great guys and care about their customers satisfaction. .

Can I give 10 stars? I won t go anywhere else ever! Toyota wanted over 3000.00 to put a new part in. This wonderful man said all it needed was something simple that he wouldn t even charge me for. And the hundreds to fix my sway bar, turned out to be around 20.00.You ll never meet a nicer mechanic or man than Curtis.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

I pulled in here one day with a car full of kids because my tire light came on and I didn't feel comfortable driving the rest of the way home. Turns out I had a drywall screw in the tire. The owner got my car right in. We walked across the street to get drinks while we waited. The owner offered the kids bottled water they had and when they didnt want that, even offered a vehicle to drove over, even though it was just across the street. By the time we walked over and back, the car was done. Tire patched.What impressed me the most outside of how extremely friendly the owner was, was when I went to pay he said he doesn't really take card because it charges him a big fee. The problem was, I didn't have any cash on me. It was only 10 bucks. He told me not to worry about it and he would cover it and pay the mechanic himself that fixed our tire, just remember them in the future for any needs. WOW! I can count on one hand the times someone has done that. Thankfully, my husband came by about that time, went and withdrew cash at the ATM next door, and we went ahead and paid the tire guy $20 just because of the sheer kindness they displayed.We mainly work on anything wrong with our cars as is, but for any of the things we can't do, we will for sure, 100%, take our vehicles here from now on. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Very highly recommend them for anything you need.

These guys were GREAT!! We had some issues with my son s car dying at stop. I called them and they said to bring it in without an appointment and they would get right in it and they did . Quick easy, best Service experience I have ever had. And by the way, I work at a dealership. I quit using the dealership s service department because it takes them 5 hours to do an oil change and I don t think they really do much to actually repair the things you need fixed. Won t say who for obvious reasons, but the guys at Anderson Automotive were GREAT! Will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

If you have any car troubles I couldn t recommend a better staff!!! They were beyond helpful even after pulling in after hours!! I got a flat tire on I-240 and I m so glad it happened near the Anderson exit because I was meant to meet these great people. They helped me change my tire and I couldn t be more grateful for their help bc I had no idea what I was doing and I was also in a company car so it was a whole mess haha thank you guys so much!!Service: Tires

Very friendly and personal experience - unusual these days for an auto shop. Needed an ABS sensor replaced and did EVERYTHING they could to save me money on the job. I was so impressed that they even cared. Both Curtis and Jerry are very engaged with the community and want their clients to leave happy and satisfied. I was so pleased that when I picked up my truck , I dropped off my wife's car for an alignment and oil change. I do not recommend went in for a $85 alignment brought it in they barely aligned it and said he had to tighten a few things then tried saying it was gonna be $300 and the Aligment still wasn t right do not recommend I will not be returningService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Anderson automotive is AMAZING!!! They Fix your car and in no time you're back on the road. They have GREAT customer service, it's all about the customer. Which you don't find anymore these days. From Curtis and John the mechanics to Darrel the office manager to the owners they are a GREAT bunch of guys.. It's a WONDERFUL place, I Highly recommended them if you need your car fixed.

We just happened upon this auto shop when my mom s van died on its trip back home to Arkansas. We were able to coast off the exit and into the gas station next door before we saw Anderson Automotive across the street. Curtis, the shop s owner, was very busy. It s easy to see why his shop is so popular his fine trade skills and southern hospitality surpass anything you ll find further inside the city. We were stuck in a pinch with two young kids in the van on an early Saturday morning, and Curtis stopped everything he had going on to get us fixed up. Bless his heart, he didn t even charge us a penny! If you are out in his direction, this is the shop to bring your car, truck, atv, side by side, whatever. He ll take good care of you. Thank you again for saving the day and helping us get back on the road.

I took a 2006 Dodge Durango to Anderson automotive spoke with Curtis the owner who said he could fix it. I had already had it in several shops and several mobile mechanics and still had problems.Curtis got it all fixed up runs perfectly drives great I couldn't be more happier! And his prices are more than fair.I would highly recommend anyone needing any type of automotive or tractor work try out Anderson automotive as they do outstanding work on vehicles for a fair price!

We took my fianc�s truck here to have his tire fixed. They fixed it but since then it has been making a noise. Took it around the block and turns out his lug nuts are LOOSE! They didn t tighten them back all the way and could e ended badly for us!Service: TiresService: Tires

I got my struts changed here. It took way less time then I expected and the price was absolutely fair. I'll be back to get my back struts done in a few months. I would recommend Anderson automotive to family and friends.

I was passing through on a cross country trip when my water pump went out, and I was prepared to be stuck here for hours, but they went right to work and I was in and out within an hour and a half. They did amazing work for a great price. I could not have asked for a better experience!

He's a very good mechanic, down to earth honest type. Does not keep you waiting for long lengths of time and does not over charge. Would definitely use again.

The man running this place has been in the business for decades, and is very kind and patient. They got our vehicle up and running and good time and for a good cough, with some extra a little maintenance touch-ups on the side. Will absolutely return for automotive trouble and prevention.

I called last Wednesday to make an appointment for an alignment. I was told to call back Monday. They were too busy to schedule me. So. I called back Monday. They would not schedule me. Said to come wait in line. Very poor service. I scheduled an appointment with Firestone.

Patched a tire for me without trying to sell me a new tire that didn't need. And didnt give me a bunch of box store policy with BS reasons as to why they couldn't repair it!
