My son and I have had the pleasure of working with Kristin and Charlie since we bought our 2021 Bambi. Stopped in to the new business to say hello and obtain a quick diagnostic check and we ended up purchasing a vintage 1970 Airstream that we will soon be designing with and customizing for a pop up business! I reached Kristin about 30 minutes before they were closing shop for the day. I explained our predicament, and she and Kobe graciously agreed to stay until we arrived so they could at least take a look at our trailer. We had a blow out on the I-40 and the tire debris caused major damage to our water tanks and frame. We were astonished by the level of attention and kindness we were shown at this shop. It made a huge difference on a day that could have been totally devastating. They stayed another several hours to do the repairs that were possible without ordering parts. They both had a strong passion for Airstream and shared a ton of knowledge with us. I can t begin to convey the amount of relief we felt by being in their care. You know when sometimes you feel like angels are looking out for you? This is how we felt on Saturday. Thank you Kristin and Kobe. I don t know how many times we can thank you, but it won t be enough. PS we re still thinking about that 67 :)

Thank you again to Kristin and Charles for taking such good care of us and our airstream. They helped me through a troublesome refrigerator issue last year and a leaky water heater this summer. If you are anywhere near the OKC area and you have an airstream that needs attention, be it a warranty issue on a new unit or general maintenance or repair, you owe it to yourself to give them a call. Top notch work and customer support.

We have a work trailer that needed maintenance as a 200+ lb. generator needed to be placed on the hitch area. Long story short, the work was seamless and they were very open to what we needed to properly operate the vehicle for our work needs. Most importantly, their customer service was well beyond the normal expectations. Kristin was a joy to work with and we would recommend to anyone.

Kristen and her team were first rate in their support of our warranty claim. There was attention to detail and quality work from beginning to end. They worked with us on our claim ahead of our visit so the work could be executed quickly and efficiently once dropped our rig off. Minimum time was important to us as we are full timers.

I had a significant problem with the electric awning not opening or closing on our brand new 2021 30 Int l Serenity. Zip-Dee denied any warranty, repair or replacement. Camping World, who had recently purchased Airstream of Oklahoma also denied the same! Through the extreme hard work, efforts and relationship Kristin has with the Airstream mothership. Airstream provided a full and complete replacement for our awning! She and her team are fantastic! They ve even traveled from OKC to Tulsa on a Saturday to walk me through a few operational questions I had. Excellent service and very, very knowledgeable on everything Airstream. New or old. I strongly recommend Kristin and her team!

I recently received service on my Airstream Interstate at Airstream Restoration and Repair. This is a new business started with the owners and former employees from Camping World. The owners were carry over employees from Airstream of Oklahoma when Airstream of OK and Camping World merged. They were invaluable assets at Camping World and the only reason I drove from Tulsa to OKC to have my Airstreams serviced by them. They had the ability to prioritize Airstream service requests over other RV s, so this was huge for me to get faster service than the standard 2+ weeks quoted by the service dept of CW. I have CW a chance to service my Airstream once they had left, but that service dept is a shell of itself once the Airstream team left, and I will never step foot in a CW again. I m so glad they made this move. Kristin and Charlie know their Airstreams and all other makes and models too. But Airstream is their thing. You can tell this is where their passion is. Everything they undertake is done with the utmost professionalism and care. They can get you out and back on the road and enjoying your rig faster than anyone else out there and worth it for me to drive 100 miles one way to have mine serviced by them. We had problems with Hot water in our 2018 25FB Flying Cloud Airstream and the response and work from Airstream Restoration was exceptional. They have earned my business for life. We use our Airstream 1-2 Times a month, between April and October, to go on long/Short trips because I'm a busy physician who needs to get away. We liked having a "Portable condo" that can go almost everywhere. Thank you again for your great service we can again take hot showers.Sevice Hot water and tank, Mobile service
