This place is GHETTO!! I saw an employee named Darien arguing with a customer and kicked him out just for asking him to look up something the PC catalog. I'm NEVER going back to this location after what I witnessed !!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to the manager that was working by his self this easter sunday me and my husband bought some windshield wipers we could not figure out how to change them to save our life this young man was working alone and still took the time to help us it only took him a couple of minutes to change them but he took the time for us and he was very busy he was so kind to us i would just like to say thank you and i will not shop anywere else ever. This man needs a raise in his pay he was so busy and he found a way to help everyone with a smile we need more people like this man

I ordered a part when I called the store they said that it was there I drove across town got to the store the part was not there they told me that I could pay for it at the location I was at but pick it up a couple of miles away at a different advanced when I got to the second Advance Auto Parts the guy search the same shelf for 5 minutes told me that he does not think the part is there search the shelf for another 5 minutes ask for help then the two of them concluded that there was not the part on the Shelf where it was supposed to be so I had to go back to the first advance to get my money back for the part that they didn't have that they sent me across town to two different advances to get and I still left empty-handed so I went to O'Reilly's it was on the Shelf in and out no questions no stress

I am a 50 year old woman and I go to advance Auto 3 times a week to charge battery and get small items but today I went and the worker or so called woeker I told him I had two battery's that need charged he told me to bring them in well I am 50 year old and 110 pounds the batyerysare very big I have never had to carry in my batteryi was lucky Nother man was there and carried them in for me I can't believe that man my

Although I ordered online with in stock status, they didn t have in stock and I had to drive around 3 stores in okc to pickup all the items(It was 1.5hr extra driving and extra gas.) Their online purchase system is sucks. Don t forget to call them and check their inventory before you go to the store.

My husband went to Advanced Auto Parts on SW 29th to buy a tail light bulb tonight 9/13/18, when he go back in the van he was going to call his mom but he couldn't find his phone, a silver Samsung Galaxy s8+, the screen is cracked and stuff. So he went back inside the store to ask the employees if they had seen it there were no other customers there, the employees told him no. So he though maybe he forgot it at home, he haf no reason not I believe them. When he got home it wasn't here so we used the "device locator' to search for it The locator showed the phone was at the auto parts store he had just left, that was about 8:50pm by the time we made it back up there they were closed. I attempted to call to leave a voice message but there was no VM option. I contacted the coperate office and spoke with a very nice lady, I told her all we wanted was the phone back and we would file a report, or press charhes. You better believe IllI be up there first thing tomorrow morning. I can't believe that in this day and age someone one would be stupid enough to think we wouldn't be able locate it. I am pissed, why steal someone's phone you have no idea what's going on in someone's life, what if that phone was the only way someone had to be reached in case of emergency or for work.

They always order what you need but if you have trouble fitting it they are not too helpful. I suppose they may get in trouble for saying the wrong thing. They didn't even offer me a Chilton book to purchase or maybe a website that I could refer to. Maybe they can't ,but the people at AutoZone are much more helpful.

I bought a car battery a little over year ago And it went bad, it s still under warranty supposedly, but I m not coming up In there system so they can t do nothing for me even though the date I purchased is on a sticker on the side of the battery that they put on there.

Purchased a starter with a lifetime warranty however went to this location and they needed to know what location I bought it at so they could warranty it by calling them ... Needless to say this is 2017 they should be linked via the Internet so now I'll have to go buy a starter at Auto zone they have lost my business
