I got to ADR initially because it was the closest repair center near me with great reviews, so I decided to try it out for my hail damage repair. Jefferson and Brian are very friendly and professional when it goes from handling paperwork to actually repairing my car. My insurance agent was giving them a hard time on processing my claim, but they are able to keep it professional and provide me timely updates about the situation. When the car is done from the repair, it is amazing how they are able to fix the dents and make my car look brand new. I had a great experience with the ADR team. After my car was damaged in a hail storm, I brought it in to get fixed and was not disappointed with the results! Their work was perfect. Awesome crew in Hudson, WI! I brought my vehicle in after hail damage and was impressed from the first phone call. Brian took care of everything and kept me updated. When I went to pick my vehicle up, it was completely spotless and you would have never known my vehicle had hail damage a week prior. Absolute Dent Repair did a remarkable job on my car from the Hail Damage not only does it look brand new but they detailed the inside for me so the whole car looks brand new. The staff is very efficient and professional. The turnover time again was amazing. They had my vehicle done in two days. Absolutely no complaints I would refer absolute dent repair to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired from the Hail Damage.

My girlfriends car just like many others was completely wrecked after a recent hail storm. After talking to countless shops and getting subpar customer service with each of them we finally settled with a different shop and had an appointment booked. Each shop we spoke to made it very clear shes just a number to them, and tried every trick in the book to try and get her to sign with them on the spot. After Rick of the ADR team seen her car in her works parking lot a couple days later he spoke to her about their services and what they could do for her. When she got home the first thing she told me was how nice Rick was and how he didn't pressure her into anything or try and talk her into any services on the spot, just politely gave her some information and that was it. After talking about it that night it was very clear we were going to cancel the appointment with the other shop and get the ball rolling with ADR. The whole process with them was smooth and easy. When she went to drop her car off all of the guys at the shop were super friendly, and helpful answering all of her question. At no time did she feel like any question she had was a dumb question. They even showed her first hand exactly what goes into fixing each dent so she knew exactly what to expect. During the whole process after she dropped her car off they gave her updates each step of the way. Even going to bat with her insurance company and fighting to make sure her car was perfect when insurance tried to lowball the damage. It took ADR less than a week to get car from looking like a golf ball to looking like a showroom vehicle fresh off the production line. The other shops were talking about needing at least three weeks. To top everything off they even detailed her car, talk about going above and beyond for your customers.I cannot recommend these guys enough, after our expirence with ADR we have already a couple friends moving their appointments over to them. If you're looking for hair repair look no further, ADR is the team for you.

I worked with Jeff on getting my car's hair damage repaired after a bad storm. Went through ADR to get the hail damage on my car repaired.They did a perfect job. You literally cannot tell it ever had hail damage and there was over 200 dents.Very positive and helpful team at ADR. They will treat you like family.Highly recommend their service.Cheers!Service: Body & Trim

After dealing with the tragic experience of hail damage to my 2020 Toyota Corolla w/ 1,880 miles. I was really nervous shopping around for a body shop to do the repairs, as there were pop up shops everywhere after the hail storm that weekend. Usually you know someone that can refer you, but I didn't, so I did my research, read my reviews, read ratings. The couple times I searched online ADR always popped up first, reviews were top notch. Jeff was pleasant on the phone and accommodating with my schedule to look at my car. He explained in detail what would be done. He and Brian and other staff's customer service was 5 star, the shop was clean, they took care of all insurance communication, my experience was stress free and car was done when expected, looked brand new! I couldn't of asked for a better group of gentleman or company to work with. Thank you Jeff, Brian and team for such an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Jeff and his staff at ADR Hail repair treated me and my car with the upmost respect from Day 1. The process was seamless between ADR and my insurance company. They made sure my insurance estimate was accurate and reflected the quality of service I deserved. I picked up my car and it s looked just as new as when I got it. I had about 15 or so dents in my car from a bad hail storm back in June 2021. My hood needed repainted as well. The crew took great care of me and even got me a rental car. All I can is Absolute Dent Repair was fantastic!!! Jeff communicated well with my insurance company and made everything smooth despite my insurance company's reluctance to care of me. He advocated for me and got the insurance company to cover everything. I recommend ADR to anyone who needs expert paintless dent repair.

Very nice and friendly. I had got hail damage from a storm we had. And it only took them about 3 days until I got my car back. And it looked brand new I would recommend them for sure.

Friday evening I saw their add on Facebook so I emailed them right away.They called me within five minutes.They showed up Saturday morning and repaired three small dents in my door.I was very happy to say the least.The gentleman was so nice.I would highly recommend ADR to any one. .
