Got a small problem taken care of at end of day. ThanksFYI kinda pricey for a five minute project.Nice people and job done correctly but I literally did the same job two days later for 5 bucks and change with 5-10 mins. Only thing that took me longer was the nut was farther back than the one I asked them to work on and it took a few tries to get a tool on it.It cost me $65. Again Job was done and done correctly but we won t take another car there ever.

Robert and his staff were very polite and professional. Robert went above and beyond providing me with details, I was not aware of to maintain my car in appropriate manner. I am new to Oklahoma City, and was looking for an honest, reliable mechanic, and I believe that s what I found with Robert and his staff. Great customer service and speed in getting my work done.They also called me to keep me updated on the repairs. My truck was finished after hours on a Friday and the manager met me at the shop on Saturday morning, while they were technically closed, so I could get my vehicle sooner. That's customer service!

I have a 2019 Nissan Versa S with a manual 5 speed transmission. The clutch and flywheel both required replacement. Robert, the service manager, was decent to deal with. The work (so far) is superb! The car is so fun to drive with a pristine clutch, and everything adjusted perfectly, it seems, for my driving style.

RUN! RUN! PLEASE take your vehicle somewhere else. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because my brother had used them before. I took my car in for specific issues and no check engine light on but running rough. They diagnosed something and said they repaired it. I didn't even make it home before the check engine light came on and started doing the same thing they claimed they repaired. Said to bring back then said it was something else and needed another part. More money and more parts with no solutions. All they did was idle my car to high to cover up the issues while I was there.They do free diagnostic because they can't exactly pin point the problem. Who has guess money. Robert talks real knowledgeable about cars and produces no real results. They are scammers. Go to someone more reputable even if it may cost more.

This business parks cars in front of the business in the street blocking a stop sign. I stopped in and asked the staff to not park there blocking the stop sign as well as half the street. Their staff member said the cars were fine and the OKC police didn't have a problem with it. When I mentioned the two vehicles outside that had not moved in more than 60 days I was told "those vehicles move daily." But he could not elaborate how the vehicles moved because they have no wheels or tires as well as all the glass busted out on the ground. If you intend to use this service station, be aware that your vehicle will be parked on the street, open to the public and frequently inspected by the homeless in the area.Staff is combative and argumentative. Thinks it's ok to park perpendicular to the street covering a stop sign

Total Scam. Don t go to this company, or at least Not This Location.Took my classic luxury car for what I thought were transmission issues since it literally stop going into gear to drive on their lot.1st problem here was I was told that they wouldn t even look at my car if didn t drop it off Only, was told this was the Owners POV rule. My car wouldn t turn over let alone drive off for me to take it elsewhere, so I had to walk home in hot, humid, & about to rain 100+ degree weather.2nd problem this was a 2 day job which took 10days.3rd problem 1st 3days they could have worked on my car they didn t because NO ONE Called me I was immediately lied to saying that a call was issued, but I nor phone service have any call log attempts. So when I called to see if it was done I had to give approval again to start working on it to find out what was wrong.4th problem a List of parts & labor never spoken about and Never approved by me to be done.a.They replaced & of course charged me for the labor & parts of Replacing my Already New Spark Plugs & Spark Plug Cables. If asked I would have told them they were new, but they should have been able to tell. Unneeded & Unapproved work.b. Exhaust was worked on, never told me, & I never approved for the Parts & labor which has nothing to do with a car turning over and driving.c. They ruined how my classic silent car ran. Now it s loud like a muscle car (It s Not supposed to). The list continues Again, I thought it was transmission problems, turned out as told to me that it was just my catalytic converter. So I approved at the beginning for the checkup to see if it was my transmission and to start working that day if it was 1). Then approved for them to do that Again, since they hadn t worked on it the first 3days because no phone call .$3010+ spent when it should have been a 2day job for $1000 or less because it turned into a 10 keep. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND, AT LEAST THIS LOCATION!

Big problem with communication and honesty!My husband and I drive our car for a living. When we're not driving, we're not making money. And we only have one.So we called Monday morning, 8/21/23, to ask Aamco on May and I-44 if they would be able to look at it soon. The are 1st come, first served, and they had a lot of drop-offs that morning. Robert told us that they MIGHT look at it that afternoon if we dropped it off, but first thing Tuesday (so 6:30am) would be better.So, that's what we did.My husband arrives a little before 6:30am on 8/22/23. NO ONE SHOWS UP UNTIL 6:40am. No apologies, only excuses about a long coffee line.He talks to the attendant, who I believe is still Robert from the previous day's conversation, and outlines everything we need checked and done. We are told that while there are still a few cars ahead of us, they will get it on a lift today and call us to get authorization.By noon, there's no call. So I call at about 12:15p.Robert assures us the car is next in line, along with one other car. They just wanted us to bear with them.They would call to tell us what they found and if we should pick it up while they ordered parts, or leave it if the job was shorter than expected. Just wait for his call.Welp. 4:25pm arrives. They close at 4:30pm. No phone call. So my husband calls. Come to find out, the car was never put on a lift, which they have to do for what we requested!We missed a whole day of work, which is crucial to us. We ask questions and hope for integrity in their answers.I don't need promises, just honesty. Are you too busy? Pretty sure they are, considering the 30 or so open tickets on their wall. But we gave them a chance because they said they would get to it.It's disappointing when we are upfront with our time constraints and not given an honest answer about theirs. It's almost as if they're not allowed to say no or refuse business.We decided to come get the car and take it to another location later this week. We can't afford to waste time, hoping someone will communicate clearly and honestly withWhen you take your vehicle to a mechanic, the amount of trust you have to place in then is HUGE. We've been deceived out of thousands of dollars, so we try to pay attention and communicate as much as possible up front.Good luck if you bring your car here!

I went to get my transmission fluid changed and they call and said found another problem and fix and still changed my transmission oil with no charge..this is my new favorite car shop

The place is Fraud fraud Fraud! I was having an issue with my car making a loud noise. I had it towed here to Ammco. They kept it for a few days. I got a call saying it had been diagnosed and needed a transmission. The cost would be 10k and they even offered financing. The shock on my face (10k) for a transmission! The guy Stephen insisted that I let him fix it. ( he was very aggressive and demanding). However, I just didn t trust that because, I didn t have a problem with the car driving or going into gear. I had it towed to another shop and there they broke it down. No success. However, not giving up hope. I had it towed to a third shop. At that shop they put the car back together from it being torn down from the second shop. They diagnosed the problem right away. ( it was the starter making the noise). I m glad I took it to another shop. I would never use this place. They are crooks.

They will work with you. You can apply for finance if you can't pay it all when the job is done. They can do new or used. Explore all options. Robert will talk you through everything. Was leaking coolant and took to them. Had it almost 2 days.Never found the leak. Drove 10mi. and ran for 25 mins. Couldn't find it. Charged me $180 for drain and fill. Still leaked. My HVAC guy spent 5min on it and found the problem area was a leaking hose and a rusted screw.

Do not go here. They scammed me out of $2000. I came in for issues with my transmission and my car is still not working properly . They told me a price to fix my car it ended up being a break service and when I came to pick my car up, they changed the price to what ever they wanted to !! After we agreed on a price and I repeated it back to him before drop off and he told me I couldn t pick up my car until I payed the price.2000$ for break service !! or they wouldn t give me my car back I m suing !Service: Brakes

A/C went out while Temps were in the 90s and Robert was able to get my fleet vehicle in on the same day and get it looked at. Since it required a special type of refrigerant, he wasn't able to service it but offered the names of a couple of other shops I could take it to in order to get it addressed. He was very nice and professional. Would take my personal vehicles here for sure.

I needed leaks repaired on an RV that I am restoring. I was fully prepared to pay for a diagnostic, but was surprised to find that there was no cost to check it out. Great way to show what they can do for me...so I thought. I scheduled a time to drop it off and was told it would take about 2 hours. i dropped it off at the agreed time and didn't hear anything back for several hours, I drove by few times and all they had done was move the RV out of their way. When I returned they just told me that it was leaking really bad...um, no kidding that is why I wanted to see if it needed the re-seal service. He said that the reseal service probably wouldn't last 6 months and that I should just rebuild it. The transmission is experiencing no problems and shifts beautifully so I find it hard to believe an entire rebuild is really necessary, but he was really hard selling that rebuild and he is the "professional" so I was giving it serious thought because it is an old RV afterall.Anyway, what really pisses me off is that I JUST put brand new carpet in the RV and they got in with their nasty oil covered shoes with no protection and RUINED my carpet. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE GUYS. I was strongly considering just doing the rebuild because it would be nice to know it was 100%, but if you have no respect for my time and can just ruin my carpet like this, forget it!Extremely unprofessional...I would have been more than happy to pay ANY shop a $60 diagnostic fee to do a REAL diagnostic and not ruin my hours of hard work laying in new carpet.Service: Transmission

They had my trk for a month. Put 120 miles on my trk. I paid $4,661 cash for trans rebuild. Got trk back and the trans temp light coming on and shifting funny on the drive home from picking up from shop. Same thing I took it in the shop for. Except now it shifts before it didn't shift. Took back immediately. Robert hooked up diagnostic computer said trk needed a trans relearn because sometimes that happens with Dodge. Trk did that the whole time I drove. Took back today lets see how long it takes this time and what happens. I could of done it myself but I thought I could pay a reputable company and have no problems. Boy was I wrong. Biggest crooks out there. Do not recommend! Going to have someone else check transmission to see if they actually did all the labor and parts that I paid for. If not. Robert was AWESOME! Fast service. Great customer care. No BS. I came in with some questions about my check engine light and spongy brakes and he took real good care of me giving me knowledgeable answers to all my mindless ramblings about doing it myself. I appreciate him for that and I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore problems with my car.

I took my car in to get my wheel bearings and CV joints for both sides of the front replaced. They quoted me a price and one of my bearings was good so they knocked that off my bill. We had to wait on a part so they could out everything back together, which the part took longer to get to them but it was no fault on their end. Sam added a pound of freon to my AC for the mishap. NTM, trying to get a company to finance me took 2 1/2 hours. Needless to say, Sam and his crew are awesome and very professional. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me and my car!!!

these guys took care of us! We came in from out of state and had our timing belt replaced here and they had it done so quickly! We came in to pick our car up on Friday 30min before closing and they didn't hesitate to stay an hr past closing until we were able to get into our car. So friendly and treated us like family. Highly recommend this place!
