My car got pulled off the track inside a car wash from faulty equipment and AAAA wreckage was there within 20 mins and able to get my car out without any damage from the tow. The wrecker was so professional and kind throughout the whole process. He truly went above and beyond for the company and I will never use or recommend anyone else other than AAAA wreckage. I believe his name was Chase, and I can never thank him enough for all his help, kindness and professionalism.

I had an emergency that required moving 2big dump trucks . I could not find anyone to do it. I finally AAAA WRECKERS and they were wonderful even though it was late and already dark . They had 2 wreckers there and moved both my trucks at the same time . The guys were as sweet as could be. Even when the gate wasn't big enough they were patient in letting me get the tractor to pull up the t post so we could make it wide enough to get into my pasture . I can't thank them enough for helping me out . Fantastic. Thank you so very much I will be needing you again I have more trucks to move.

Chase was a miracle worker for us, and so helpful and pleasant! Even told us to the gas station in the rain in a storm! Would definitely recommend!

I had an altercation with a light pole in a parking lot and AAAA Wrecking came to my rescue when a call to another service and multiple friends failed. The dispatchers were extremely nice and quick to respond. My driver; Zachary; was kind, informative, quick and above all he was mannerly! That's something in customer service that is difficult to find these days. I'm so glad the other guys referred me to AAAA and if I should need services again, I pray I don't, but if I should they will be getting my business. You guys have a good one in Zachary. My car was running when they towed my vehicle. I had run out of gas and was 3 minutes away from station. 20 minutes later when I returned to my vehicle it was unreasonably taken to the tow yard. AAAA wrecker service didn t expect me to locate my vehicle as soon as I had (same day), so when I went to retrieve my vehicle they gave me a hard time, would not release and denied my civil liberties they extended before to others.The next day I returned with updated information and they released my vehicle. I did not receive my vehicle within which the same condition they received. My car wasn t running. It had been broken into, parts removed, personal property stolen and broken dash, glovebox, back seat, broken windshield and no consideration for the damages. I sustained by their vices.The staff is not very professional or customer oriented. They need to be put on in your corner, licensure revoked and thrown in jail.

On 4 July2023 my truck was breakdown right next to the TA in Oklahoma City, OK, i was worried about the holiday not to find Towing Company, I was so lucky finding AAAA Wrecker Service, Customer service was answered the phone call right away and within one hour they send me Kevin, thank you Kevin and all the team and Happy 4th July.

I have NO Complaints with this company. In fact, I would like to give them a rave review. They were dispatched through my roadside company on Monday and my appointment was scheduled for 11a the following day. They were coming to pickup my motorcycle, and then take it to the motorcycle repair shop. They arrived a few minutes after 11a, loaded my bike and had it at the shop in a timely manner. I don t believe the entire process was longer than an hour or so and my bike was carefully & safely secured. The shop was not too far from my house and I arrived as it was being carefully & safely unloaded without incident. In addition, the driver was very friendly and professional. I could definitely see myself personally using them again.

These people are very rude! They said I didn t park correctly so they towed my car. They told me if we brought the insurance and title and $230 I could have my vehicle. I came back with everything they asked for and made extra excuses not to give me my car. Also, the man slammed this sliding thing into my leg because I was telling my mom where my title was located in the car and had a horrible attitude. I hope nobody else has to deal with this horrible and unprofessional business.

Great service, quick pickup, and took care of us. Son left wallet in the vehicle. Zech & Sharee took care of us and helped us get my son's wallet after a stressful crash. Thank you Team!

First tow experience and i would say disappointed but that's to nice. I'll just add onto the "so good" reviews they have already. They were the only people that got a hold of my car and only had it for a day and during that day they managed to take something out of my car that was worth more than what they make in a day or two. I called and the lady answered, I told her my property had been taken and all she said was they will check the cameras tomorrow. So basically this happens so much with them, 1. They have there answer so quickly and 2. Why would the cops still use this crap company. She said call back tomorrow. I'll be there. Just wanted to say ur welcome to whoever stole them, because u can't work for anything u just rather steal from people that are already having a crap day and actually work for what they have. Your parents taught u well. Only reason they got a 1 is because I couldn't give them a zero or negative.

Had to get my car out of impound after my nephew got pulled over. The young lady working that evening was very polite and helpful. She got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. She helped make make a bad day a little bit better.

my son just use them for his automobile and everything was good I have only used them for my commercial trucks, but if they are within 150 miles maybe 200 miles AAAA will be the one I call hands down, they are pretty nice people over there, and are good at what they do.

My husband was stranded in OKC with 2 flat tires on my car, and AAAA was assigned by my insurance company to tow my car early this morning, after the originally assigned company didn't show up. Very thankful that they were able to tow it down to Norman, where we live, since that made it so much easier to get new tires and pick my car up later! I made a few calls to the company over several hours (had to make some follow-up calls after the service was completed), and the lady was most pleasant and helpful every time. I definitely recommend AAAA if you're somewhere in OKC and need your vehicle towed!

Derek was great! We called Progressive for a tow & was directed to a different towing company at first who never responded. After placing my second call to Progressive they directed us to AAAA. Derek arrived in less than 30 minutes! Derek was friendly, helpful and professional. Based on our experience today I highly recommend this company!

Derek was awesome he went the extra mile for us when my girlfriend's jeep wrangler died. Professional and skillful he was able to put our jeep into our garage like we parked it there. Really helpful.

The people who worked behind the window were very friendly and polite. They towed my car from site of wreck and then to my home which was in Pott. County. They did not overcharge and the tow driver was very nice and delivered my car In a timely matter.

Terrible customer service from the front lady. She was rather rude and only gave us her attention when we mentioned about the reviews we read online. Way to make an already stressful situation more stressful!Really liked the guy who took us to our car, that guy deserves 5 stars! He talked to us like we were people.

This is one of the worst places I've ever been to, I tried calling about my car instead I got nothing but a bad attitude from some guy named D. I asked for the manager and he tells she's not in and hangs up on me. I call back and he says the same while he continues to hang up. I told him that ppl are going through a lot with their vehicles and we don't need his attitude either. I will never deal with this place again. I highly recommend a different place to go to if you can.

I woke up at 4:30 in the morning just so I could get my stuff out of my car before work and was there at AAAA at 5 am. I told the lady at the front I had to leave for work at 6. At 5:30 she told me she sent out the only driver who could let me into my car and that I would have to wait for the other one to come back around 6:30. This business is a joke. Do not use this Wrecker service!!!! They do not care about their customers, only the money.

Towed in my brand new car three days after I purchased it. On their inventory they stated it was scratched all over even though it was brand new in perfect condition. They damaged the hood and front bumper. My fault for parking in the wrong spot their fault for tearing up a new car and not taking any responsibility any lying. Don't give these Crooks any money for any reason.

I tried to leave my home with all of this snow and found out very quickly I could not go anywhere. AAAA Was dispatched and arrived within about 15 minutes. Brian Graves the driver, was quick efficient I knew exactly what needed to be done to get my car safely home. I cannot say how much I appreciate his professionalism in taking care of my car and helping me back to my home. I highly recommend this company for any of your wrecking and towing needs. IF THERE WAS A NOBEL PRIZE FOR TOWING . IT WAS 3 AM I WAS ASLEEP AND MY DRIVER CALLS ME SAYING THE UNIT JUST POWERED OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. SO, I CALLED AAAA EXAMPLING THE SITUATION. I WAS PANICKING BUT THESE MAN AKA HEROS WHERE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR WITH TWO TOW TRUCKS AND WITH WATER AND FOOD FOR MY DRIVER. HUMANITY IS STILL ALIVE. AAAA IS A+. PEOPLE THAT CARE. THANK YOU GUYS.
