Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Kevin worked hard to make sure our trailer was fixed and we were back on the road with our food trailer. A big thank you to JJ for wrapping and replacing our damaged panel. It looks great! Thank you Tyler for your assistance and friendly conversation.If you need an RV or Food trailer / Truck repaired, these guys can get it done!!

Kevin and his staff are the best! My wife and I were looking at a very nice MH Kevin had on consignment. He bent over backwards answering a multitude of questions I had about the coach. He facilitated a conference call between the owner, himself and me. We decided not to purchase and I thanked him for his time. After a couple of weeks, my wife and i initiated the possibility of purchasing the coach and I again asked specific questions. Once again we decided not to purchase. During this whole experience Kevin and staff were professional, courteous and kind when we declined the negotiated price we set. This is the way to do business! Thank you!

We can't say enough how thankful we were to find Kevin and his crew! We broke down (literally) with our 5th wheel by Shawnee- nearly 1000 miles from our home in MN! Kevin was professional and compassionate when it was determined our rig was not fixable. He treated us like family over the next week while we figured out what to do. He was very knowledgeable on not only RVs but the warranties/insurances that go along with them. We can recommend, with confidence, this family owned business for any and all service and repairs! Needed some super steer parts installed on a ford f53 motorhome these folks stepped up and got it done. After contacting Kevin by e/mail with the job that needed doing and the time frame that I needed it . Kevin made an estimate that was very fair for what I wanted and also created a schedule that worked for me . Since I was on trip and had to live in the motorhome he made arrangements for me to park in their yard the night before in order to insure an early start the next day. The crew started work at about 6:30am and were done by about 1:30 Pm right on schedule. The entire crew were very professional and very friendly and accommodating. Anyone needing good work at a fair price contact AAA. Right after installation I drove 1200 miles to Nevada and what a difference the super steer parts did made. Much easier to drive and control the coach. If you need these parts installed AAA will do a great job.Thanks. Mike Jaynes

I recently had an insurance claim on my 2008 Beaver Contessa for rear end collision. All repairs were completed flawlessly. I couldn t even tell where the damage was. They are an awesome group to deal with. They were instrumental in getting my insurance to cover everything except my deductible of course and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Took our rig in for some maintenance and these guys knowledge of the RV world is unmatched! Kevin took amazing care of me, even advised it would be a good idea to take care of some other issues they saw that could result in bigger problems if not handled now. Hands down best in the biz and I'd recommend them to anyone with a RV!

I had the best experience with Brian and his crew today. Not only did they quickly and accurately diagnose the problem I was having, they expertly explained it and found the right solution all at no cost! I m on a cross country trip and was really worried about how to deal with my water issue, but their professionalism and kindness made my day and was a great way to start the new year!

We had a few repairs needed on our 5th wheel and had been told about AAA RV Collision and repair. We made an appointment and were very pleased with how the staff took care, ordered parts, replaced our hydraulic lines and found time to add a couple other things we asked to have done. We needed our fridge repaired, our warranty wanted diagnostic work from Whirlpool and the guys at AAA removed our fridge twice and put it back twice. They accommodated us above and beyond. We have more things we re having done our next time Thru, and absolutely plan to have these guys do the work we want and need.

We were just passing through Oklahoma and needed a small repair to our generator. These gentleman welcomed us and took care of us in the most courteous and professional way possible, and even helped us learn more about our generator's operation and configuration. Highly recommended!!

It started in the summer months when I spoke with Kevin on a winter project for a pay as we go. Okay let s talk I m the fall.31 Winnebago need a roof n interior upgrades.Fast forward to fall. I ve been calling and given the run around. Get this Kevin told me he had to get with shop manager.. Come to find out He Is the manager to talk to!Over the phone..Glad to helpWalked in and seen I was A Black Woman,their tone changed!No help work service for the black rv ownersNot just here but Motley RV too

March 2024 - updateThis shop is terrific! I try to acknowledge people who do a good job even though you don't want a jewel discovered by too many. In the RV maintenance world it is hard to find honest, capable, efficient service but these guys have it all. They consistently fulfill their promises in their work and delivery. After using them for a couple of years I would not go anywhere else.These guys are an exception in an industry that has a bad overall reputation. The customer service could not be better. They replaced a huge windshield on my Class A motorhome which is flawless. A asked last minute for them to do some other repair work while it was there which they did within the original time frame and delivered it all done to perfection. We ve used AAA RV and as always Kevin andEric were incredibly fantastic to deal with.The first time involved a warranty issue and they did an excellent job dealing with manufacturer to get problems solved. The second time we were about to leave time and developed a bad water leak and they got us right in. They had everything fixed and ready for us to leave in 2 days! What a great experience! While over 1,000 miles from home in the first days of a cross country tip, the RV presented with a water leak. I showed up at AAA RV Collision late in the day, unannounced. The service manager, Toby, immediately came outside to take a look and see what could be done. After a few minutes of diagnosing, he set me up with an appointment first thing the next morning.Eric, Jayjay and Toby got to work on my RV at 7:00 AM and after disassembling most of the wet bay, quickly diagnosed a worst case scenario -- a cracked fresh water tank. They took pictures and showed me the crack first hand. After outlining the options with cost and timeframe, we went with a patch repair that could be completed immediately and would get me through the trip, if not permanently.Even after completing the repair, which involved Toby practically crawling all the way through the bowels of the RV to reach a horribly inaccessible location, they had me wait until the patch had cured, then refilled the tank and checked for leaks. They didn't want me to be hours away if the repair didn't work, they wanted to ensure they got it right. And they got it right.All along the way, every member of the AAA RV crew was welcoming and friendly, even showing me some of the impressive and extensive repairs they were working on. And the final bill was more than honest. They had me over a barrel and while other shops might have gouged me, AAA RV did not.I would give AAA RV 10 stars if I could. And if my RV ever needs any major attention, I'm happy to drive 1,000 miles for these guys to take care of it.Thank you AAA RV. You deserve every bit of your solid reputation.

From day 1 things could not have been better. From paint repair, to new slide out gaskets, slide out room repair, etc. We had some paint damage and AAA made contact with our insurance company and got all that worked out for us. The whole team is professional and I can highly recommend AAA RV Collision Service for anything you need done.

We had an issue with our generator yesterday (Sunday). I called AAA at 7:30am expecting a voicemail, but Eric answered. I explained the situation and that we had another trip planned for Thursday. He checked and said, Absolutely, bring it in . I just got a call and it s ready. I was shocked to say the least and I appreciate these things usually takes weeks, but they really came through for me. Also, they re the most tech-savvy company I ve ever seen with their appointment and update system! I will certainly use them again!

My experience with AAA was top notch. Eric went above and beyond to get me scheduled in for warranty work estimates. I am a full timmer in my RV.When I realized we had scheduled over a holiday weekend, and I would be without my home for extra days, I called Eric. He, without skipping a beat told me to go ahead and bring it in, stating that he and Patrick would get on it and get me out the same day, so I would have my home back. Once I pulled into the yard, I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. Eric and Patrick both came out and got started right away. Before I left the owner came out and met with me. I am sure he is a very busy man. My thoughts was what a wonderful thing for him to do, because it most definitely left me with good feelings about leaving my rig with them to repair. I chose this place because of the reviews, now I feel the need to say all those great reviews were deserving of AAA Collision. Thank you so much, my friends for making me feel comfortable with leaving my unit with you and assuring me it will be in good hands during the repair process.

Absolutely will be using them from here on out. I run a mobile grooming business and they took care of me in 24 hours. Upfront honest explain the situation gave me detailed print out about everything. Very professional and clean. One of the biggest things I was looking for was record keeping and being able to plug my rig in overnight to keep my inverter charged. They were all of these things and above. I purchased a new to me Class A motorhome and needed to do some suspension enhancements to it. So I ordered everything I needed and my plans were to do the install myself as I had done to a previous motorhome but soon realized I m too old to do that stuff anymore. I discovered AAA RV Collision & service and explained my situation and Eric fixed me up. Installed everything for me as well as a couple other items that needed attention in a very timely manner. Eric also kept me informed of the progress. Eric and all the crew was professional and experienced in what the do. We are in the middle of a 6,000 mile RV trip with our 5th wheel. Our NorCold refrigerator stopped working in Oklahoma. We asked the full-timer RV'ers at the Tinker AFB FamCamp about whom we should see to get the refrigerator fixed. Everyone enthusiastically recommended AAA RV Collision and Service. Zac came out to our RV and troubleshot the problem to see if we could complete a quick on-site repair. Unfortunately, the whole cooling unit was bad. Roman at the front desk immediately took our information down and promised that they could help get us back on the road and Eric contacted our warranty and service contract company to get this expensive repair authorized. It took some back and forth, but Eric kept us updated and eventually called to let us know that the repair was approved and fully covered. It took only a couple of days to get the cooling unit ordered and delivered. AAA was very sensitive to the fact we were far away from home and even though they were very busy, they found a way to fit us in for the fix. When we delivered our 5th wheel for the fix, Kevin and his father/business owner, Ker, came out to say hello and to make sure everything was working out for us. They also expressed their company commitment to taking good care of every customer, especially veterans. My wife and I were so grateful to have found AAA and for their professional and honorable care. In an industry with so many bottom feeder companies who take advantage of their customers, it was very refreshing to find a company where the culture of the entire staff is to take good care of their customers! AAA RV Collision and Service is a true diamond in the ruff...We will never forget how well they took care of us in our time of need!

We called five RV shops on our way through the area to see if we could get in for some emergency repairs. We had just purchased a used camper and while traveling cross country to get to an evangelism training program we needed to reach in just two days (1650 more miles to go!) realized it was having problems, including a broken air conditioner, and a smoke smell like something electrical was burning. AAA RV Collision and Service was the only shop that I called that was willing to work us into their schedule. They were extremely helpful. They helped us go over the entire camper to let us know if there were any other issues with it. They fixed our air conditioner, wheel bearings, put a new tire on, found where the smoke smell was coming from, and fixed our carbon monoxide monitors, as well as showed us other issues that we could work on later but weren t required fixes to finish our trip safely. Ker, the owner and his staff of mechanics (numerous mechanics helped us), were so kind and helpful!! We can t thank them enough. We found every person there to be very sincere and helpful. We prayed before calling this shop, and know God sent us to the right people, we were able to get back up and running the same day!Services: Tires, Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

I drove my RV from the west coast to have a few items repaired before the warranty expired. My RV dealer was too swamped to even look at my RV for 4 to 6 weeks. AAA RV Collision and Service came highly recommended by my RV manufacturing company. The following morning, AAA RV promptly repaired all of my warranty issues. They also pointed out additional items that needed attention and fixed them too. When I picked up my RV, they thoughtfully turned on the generator to cool my coach. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and professional. My experience with AAA Collision and Service was simply delightful in every way.

AAA collision helped me immensely with my insurance claim on my RV. When the insurance company did not pay for all of the damages, AAA supplemented the insurance company and expedited the process. My RV had extensive hail damage that caused leaking issues. They were able to get it all replaced. They got right to my project. They began on my project stating it would take 10-14 days and were done by day six! They found all of the damage and replaced everything, working with my insurance company the whole way on my behalf. You cannot find a more professional and personable business than AAA. The workmanship was phenomenal to go along with unparalleled communication. I d recommend ANYONE to use them for any of your RV needs. These are great, family oriented people and it s obvious they take pride in their service.

As we were traveling from Michigan out west to California we ended up going through Oklahoma City and we needed some work done on our RV. We ended up looking around the area and found AAA RV Collision and they had multiple good reviews so we decided to give them a call. Well it s a good thing we did because we received the best service and hospitality we have ever encountered at a repair shop. We decided to get our slide out seal replaced but they did not have my specific kind on hand but was able to order for next day delivery. Due to this we needed to stay another day in the area so they offered for us to stay on their lot with 50 amp hookup. I HAVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED THAT ANYWHERE ELSE!! Other than that the service was wonderful and the associate are very kind and generous! I also had a wheel center cap that was moving around while I drove and making a god awful noise that they took care of for us as well while we were there. If you are looking for great service and fair pricing and you are in need of work in the Oklahoma City area then look no further than AAA RV Collision!!

Kevin, Ker, and the AAA RV Collision team are the insurance claims experts! My RV required some major structural and fiberglass reconstruction after a collision. Using their service expertise in working with the insurance company, the repairs were done correctly and expertly. They went above and beyond to ensure the paint blended and matched when the insurance company wanted it done another (cheaper) way! Veteran friendly. I had some service work done as well and I will be using them as my regular shop in the future. I highly recommend them!
