Excellent service, Billy and Steve are remarkable, courteous and friendly. This outfit is dedicated to helping the car owner, and while the dealers are 100% severely overpriced, this group here is equally skilled auto technicians who are experts. It also helps to be a member of AAA, I am very impressed with the way I was received and treated. Thank you AAA!!!!!

I never expected this type of service at a AAA facility. I normally service my GMC at Bob Howard GMC. I am astonished by the customer service and professionalism at this location. Thank you, Steve for making this experience outstanding . Great Job techs. Quick and precision service. (Flat Tire).

My 1981 T-Bird needed tire stems and they got me in immediately and were very nice and helpful and I am grateful for all the care they gave my car.The work was done fast and correctly.The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.Andrew John Boughter USARMY Retired

Fancy place, can t see it staying in business with weird policies like not mounting tires if they don t have brand new stickers on them, first and last time I ll ever stop here, was heading to discount tire anyways but road was blocked off, my money spends the same as anyone else s, I was dismissed just as fast as I walked in the door at least you got 2 useless tools leaning on their counter holding the place up. discount tire for the win.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rude guy at the maintenance desk making unnecessary comments when I was asking for a breakdown of my bill. So you can charge people $29.99 for a flat and over $100 for a diagnostic fee just to tell them to take it elsewhere but don t expect questions about it. I had already explained that I ve paid those fees at other places so if you can t fix the issue why charge anything at all. I was fine with paying but making the environment unfriendly and unopened to questions regarding the charges is unacceptable..Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Went here to pick up an Amazon order. I have all my orders shipped here. This place is the friendliest and most organized business i have dealt with lately! AAA is a great service as well and in my opinion worth the cost! If you have car trouble, flat tire, dead battery etc they come quickly. I highly recommend getting this service!!!

Customer service was great, and pricing was great.... However, There was no oil change sticker put on my car, The receipt i received showed my "millage in" and "millage out" as 111111- so makes it really difficult to track the next oil change. Also requested the "AAA Courtesy inspection" and i didn't receive any indication that it was done or that any thing needed to be done... The free tire rotation was supposed to be done as well and I have a hard time believing it was done because of some mud splatter I had on my rear driver tire, that stayed on my rear driver tire... Lastly, I went in the day before to set an appointment so that i could have it done quickly and it ended up being over 5 hours before I got the call to pick it up.Customer Service (Joshua) 5 StarPrice 5 StarTime 2 StarCommunication 1 Star

I ask myself, these days, "Why did I wait so long to start a AAA membership?" And I honestly don't have a good answer, because I should have joined as soon as I could drive! I just had to get work done on my car, and to say I was taken care of would be an understatement. I got my discount and thanks to being able repeat customer, it was a good one. I'll keep giving this shop my business, and tell people all the time to do the same.

Major issues when booking memorable Alaskan Cruise. A year ago we selected land view specific balcony rooms and were given room numbers at that time (adjoining and nearby rooms). 13 days before trip, received final packets and the rooms are not what was requested or paid for. Some rooms are no longer close and are on the wrong side of boat and different level. Travel agent has been unresponsive and incompetent through the entire experience. We requested another agent and were told we had to use her and couldn't change. When we called the supervisor, they didn t return our call. Travel agent failed to get insurance for one family when all were requested. She has ruined our entire experience for a very expensive and memorial vacation. Please contact me.

They fixed an issue with my vehicle the dealership refused to identify as anything but a false reading (it was because sensors needed replacing). They also identified some other issues, I should've had them do an oil change while I was at it.

We started originally looking for Home. Their quote was hands down the best so we went with them. 2 days before closing we found out our Auto also had to switch to them which was almost double what we were currently paying. Because of the home savings it was almost even so we went ahead and kept moving with AAA.We went through a home claim process and it was seamless and easy. I give AAA credit there for doing an amazing job. We did have an issue with the adjuster showing up on time but overall, from what we've heard, it went well.2 years (almost) and we sold that house. Premiums kept rising but we decided to see what they could offer again so we called and got another quote (directed to same agent) but wasn't as competitive and still the auto was much higher. Decided it wasn't competitive enough and didn't feel like paying for all the things they want to sponsor so we cancelled the policy with the agent and then with customer service. The following week we get billed again. Apparently we actually needed someone to send us papers to sign before it could cancel. We weren't contacted.Top it off even though we supplied new information to both parties somehow nothing was updated (address or phone). Found out 2 weeks later (because I called) that a check was sent to the old address. Again not contacted.There was just a lack of ownership in the process which made us feel as if we slipped into the Grand Canyon since cancelling. For us it only re-enforces our decision to leave this company. Now and days anyone offers road-side and rates are better elsewhere so nothing unique from what I can tell besides the brand name.

Booked an Alaskan Cruise with land tour through Terri Church. When I would make an inquiry it took at least 3 requests before she would respond. Was very disappointed with her customer service. Had an issue at the airport and needed her advice but was completely ignored. Spent a large sum of money on this trip and expected much better. Will NEVER use her services again!

I received a Trip Tik, Maps and Tour books from this AAA location. They were prepared very quickly and were very handy while preparing our trip. I joked with my husband that no one uses maps anymore. Well, we had to make a detour because of an accident and I was grateful for the physical map to help guide us to a detour. Wonderful service from the people working in the office.

Amazing group of people, I was traveling east and my truck came up with a check engine light. Customer service talked me to their location and the mechanics diagnosed the problem. They stayed after hours to wait for the part that got me back on the road. Highly recommend this location.

Had front brakes done on my Ram pickup. The price wasn't too high. They stayed in touch. The next day the brakes were squeaky. Took it back and they replaced them with ceramics at no extra charge. Very professional.

I have AAA insurance, we have had a couple of small claims. I have found their adjusters to be absolute idiots, you have to go through a couple of them and it takes a couple of months to settle up on a small fender bender because they try to cheat you out of a few hundred dollars, one time I had to get a lawyer and go after my own insurance company. I have had enough, we have a claim right now, and it is looking to be going to court too. After this, we are done with AAA, and will be going with USAA.

I have been trying to get a refund for my trip Since May 15, 2020. I have been getting the run around every time I call. Agent stated I would get my money back but now the story has changed. However, I can not trust what is being told to me. My trip was booked back in Sep 2019 for July 5, 2020. Very bad!!!!!!!

Came in this morning with a tire losing air. I usually go to a competitor down the street. The guys were able to get me in, diagnose a damaged tire and replace my set of tires. I'm on the way to lunch now!

The problem with your store on N. PENNSYLVANIA AVE., is that your cubicles aren't being utilized at all. I came in there to look for some Branson tickets, and had to stand up the whole time! That's tough on my back now.lol. I also couldn't see the ticket screen very well. I realized COVID restrictions are in place, but we still could have used a desk someplace. My guess is that you're only sanitizing twice a day or so. Mary did get me some info regarding tickets, but the date was missing. I will need to het back to her.

I had a nail in my tire and it was flat all I needed was them to plug it and air it up they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Granted it was on a Saturday, I didn't find out I had a flat until I was on my way to work. I ended up going to a mom and pop up the street. It took them less than 15 minutes.
