They charged me $199/tire for a General Altmax rt45 that sells for 140 and less everywhere else; they told me it would be an hour but I waited 2.5 hours; the tires were covered with dirt for some reason (see photos); the tires were greatly underinflated per the spec on my inside door panel (33 psi average and my car's spec is 40-42 psi). Based on this experience, not only will I never return but I am cancelling my AAA membership now. The only plus is that the front office was friendly but that was clearly a smokescreen for doing all the technical things you pay them for extremely poorly. Do not go to this business unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I had no expectations on receiving good customer service when I drove to this location. Not because of this location particularly or a bad experience with AAA, mainly because GOOD customer service everywhere seems scarce. My car battery died that I purchased when I had my AAA service which I haven't had for a year now. The two men working that helped me, replaced my battery for free, and it was extremely fast! It was so relieving & just easy.

Jan 19 Friday went in for a car battery test and decided to get a new battery. The employees are always helpful and nice. Since I've gotten an oil change and bought car insurance previously.

This does not even deserve a one star rating. The arrogance, ignorance and flat out rudeness of the lady that spoke to me was extremely out of line and uncalled for. When I addressed my issue with then lady she blew me off and gave me a lame excuse (and yes that is exactly what it was...a lousy excuse) about she and one other person being the only one answering phones and being short staffed. Instead of apologizing and addressing my issue she just managed to upset me even more. I do not care about your staffing issues. That is YOUR problem, NOT MINE so do not make it my problem by throwing it back on me. She obviously does not know what the term customer service is or she would have handled this situation differently. To make matters even worse, I have been trying to speak to a manager about this incident and STILL can not get a response. As far as I am concerned this business is a joke and has no care or compassion for how they treat people.

Because I got towed but it's was fast to tell me couldn't work on car just scan and plugin work no hard work my oppio just what's easy instead of customers need

Oil Change. For once I felt I was NOT scammed on my oil change. They were fast, very competitive in price (I use pure synthetic on my Honda HRV), and a tire rotation was included. Dave helped me out, he was a very pleasant guy. This place is immaculately clean, and as a member...you re treated like royalty with a great waiting area, free bottled water, coffee, etc. I will be a regular.

They have been great in the past. This time. They basically refuse to help me. Refuse to check what I've asked. Only telling me I put something in my car I didn't. Then I was trying to take my battery out of the car today and nobody helped me except one guy who brought me some tools that didn't work said he didn't have a ratchet and watched me try to make what he brought me work. Of course it didn't. I'm so irritated. I am canceling my triple card and I'm completely done. I can't believe this happened.

Great Customer Service! I didn t make my appointment correctly for fingerprinting so I wasn t in the system. She helped me fix it quickly and squeezed me in, even though she didn t have to because she was completely booked up. Thank you for your patience.

Had aaa tow my bmw in after roadside would not sell me a battery said it had to be replaced at their shop because they have the proper tools etc. well the screen went black and no horn after they installed the new battery had to bring it back the next day they decided to tow to bmw on Friday 5pm never offered a loaner never kept me posted as to what was going on if they don t want to change a bmw battery then aaa should tell you that upfront before wasting my time waiting for aaa battery truck to arrive wouldn t recommendService: Auto battery replacement

Went twice to this place trying to replace my car light bulbs I was charged almost 300$ and still having problems with the bulbs.never again.

Had $19.99 coupon, really didn't think that'd be all a normal oilchange would be, & it wasn't. Turned into $35.00, but still can't really do it for that myself, so I went with it. Great overall, & pretty fast. Normal recommendations, fluids air filters etc. But I just did the oil change. Can't complain.

Was at the place today for a vehicle inspection and I was in and out in no time at all and the technician was very nice and said I was good to go ... I ll be coming back there for all my automotive needs .... thank you all so much was kidding around with the technician about ignition timing and he actually got the joke we both had a good laugh turns out that s actually correct what she says in that movie I googled it to be sure .

This shop was recommended by AAA. I had my truck taken there because it wasn t starting. They thought they knew what the problem and said they would not charge me if it didn t correct the issue. I was charged $292.92. My truck acted up 2 days after their repair but they told me it was in my head or that I didn t push the start button hard enough. Unfortunately my truck was back to not starting within ten days. Of course there will be no refund because they claim to have fixed one of the issues but they insist that the dealership fix the other issue so I had to have my truck towed home from the shop until the dealership was able to take it. I mean, it s doing exactly the same thing that it was doing when I had the truck towed in the first place so it seems to me they just took me for my money and didn t fix anything. Now I have to pay $100 for another tow to the dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went here for insurance over the phone. I think they moved insurance to another building so the people buying insurance didn't have to hear the pneumatic wratchets and air hammers when the service people were working. TAMMY cut my insurance rate in half and convinced me to keep my policy for the whole 6 months to repair my Insurance Credit Score.I am disabled and don't drive ever, I keep my car for emergencies like SHTF or evacuations. Havn't driven for 10 years. My landlord purchased the building 2.5 years ago. New lease required my vehilcle to have a tag (not a black tag like I have had since 2013) so I purchased 1 month of insurance last year. Doing so more than doubled my cost.TAMMY got my policy so low (probably forfitted her commission for me) just so I could repair my Insurance Credit. PS. she isn't the one that told me about insurance credit but lets just say, Insurance agents are some of the nicest and smartest people out there. You almost have to be a CPA and have a MBA to understand all the ins and outs and work arounds.Talking to Tammy was like a years worth of therapy. She kept me entertained while the policy was processing. I think she gave up her lunch hour to save me more than half. Progressive through progressive agents was between $600-$700 FOR 6 MONTHS (not a year, 6 months) it was $30.60/mo before they ran my DL#. Tammy got it to $31.20/mo. even AFTER she ran my drivers license number.Basiclly she gave me a (a bad driver policy like DUI/tickets) for a 100% good driver price. This lady was a pleasure to talk to with a voice like a angel, really interested in what I said and im pretty sure she just goes to work because she loves helping people.She needs to be a professor of work ethics. I never saw her face but not gonna lie. I'm crushing on her a little bit. My faith in humanity has been repaired for the moment. The world needs more people like her. Now I want to help someone out. If you see this, hope you have a kick-butt weekend mam!

I had my battery checked and was told it was good. A few weeks later the battery was dead. I took it back and was told that the negative post connection was not tight. So it was tightened back up and so far so good.

I went there to get fingerprints done at IDENTOGO. Everyone was nice particularly the lady in reception. I had no idea the sold suitcases and travel items as well. Clean and orderly site.

Although I do not like negativity, I'm about to be just that. This place, which I truly thought would be better than any other, was not. I am a female, and was treated, not only like I knew nothing about the mechanics of a vehicle, but like I also knew nothing of my own vehicle! They did not do the job well, they kept my vehicle, in my opinion, longer than what the job should've taken. When I finally was able to pick my car up, things were not put back together correctly, and it was running worse than before. Really, that's an understatement. Things started falling apart, breaking, things that I had no problems with beforehand, no signs or symptoms that these things were failing. So due to new problems, I had to return to the facility 4 times!! One of which they kept my car for a week! A week to replace a plastic grommet on the gear shift cable!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I really had thought they would be excellent but I was wrong and I was disappointed and bewildered at the snobbery of the employees as a whole, and the lack of care they have in their own work as mechanics, not mention the lack of care for the company they work for. I wouldn't want my name on a job done so poorly and incomplete as the one they did. Apparently AAA does not care. Greed has, yet again, claimed a company that once took pride in their work and what they stood for. Also, they are outrageously expensive! Please compare other places before deciding to take your vehicle or your money there, for any aspect of services they provide.

The experience was good overall.. definitely make sure you check what your paying for.. they charged me for wipers that they did not change when showed them the receipt they made it right.

I take my vehicles to AAA back home and today it was like they came with me to this facility.I'm forgetting names but Jason, Kevin and everyone else at the facility are great. Got us back on the road and the rig running smoothly.Love AAA Car Care. They do a great job.Thank you guys! It was great meeting you! Appreciate the save!

First car repair at this establishment. My diagnosis was incorrect - their diagnosis was less costly. They could have up sold to match my diagnosis but did not. I feel that this honesty on their part will continue to get my business. Fast friendly service, nice professional service rep - Ryan. Great experience.

The auto department is professional, courteous, quick, knowledgeable, quality work, dependable, fairly priced. I am going to check if there's a free air fill at AAA next time I go. I've been at others and they have them as well.

I would like to recognize AAA and one of their amazing employees for going above and beyond to provide me with the best care I could ve possibly received. Yesterday 10-26-20 I was working across the street from the AAA service and tire repair center when the weather started to get really bad. The roads were starting to ice over quickly and everyone was in a hurry to get home in time to avoid getting caught in the storm. I too was in hurry to load up and leave as quickly as possible. When I walked out to the parking lot I realized that my tire was completely deflated. In a panic I tried to quickly access my spare and get it changed out before conditions worsened. I struggled for 45 minutes in the freezing cold trying to release the spare from the undercarriage of my work van where it was kept. I eventually realized that this was to no avail because the cable mechanism was frozen and would not allow the cable to release the tire. In a last ditch effort to get help I called the AAA center across the street and talked to Kevin Lynch who informed me that the shop was closing in 15 minutes. I told Kevin of my situation and he immediately went into action trying to figure out how to resolve my problem.He asked me for my location and when I told him I was across the street he told me to just stay where I was and he would be right over to assist me. About two minutes later he showed up in his own personal vehicle, helped me remove my damage tire, and took it to make the repair. When he returned he went even further by helping me put the tire back onto the vehicle. When I tried to pay for the service he graciously declined and told me that I had already been through enough. I thanked him several times and told him people just didn t do stuff like this for each other anymore. He looked at me and smiled and said sure they do . I would love for this amazing man and this amazing company to get the recognition they deserve!!!!! AAA has gained me as a customer for life and I will refer them refer to everyone I know moving forward. Thank you so much Kevin and AAA for serving our community faithfully and being a company we can depend on when it really counts!
