Hired a mechanic awhile back that totally messed my car up , brought it to these gentlemen here at a2z and completely did a 180 and my car was running as good as when I got it! Everyone was wonderful and welcoming I am HIGHLY pleased with this wonderful place .

I give this company five stars! I am very picky when it comes to anyone working on my jeep, but when I found this gem of a shop I knew I was in good hands! They are fast, efficient professional and friendly! They are very knowledgeable. The service was outstanding! They really are a one stop automotive shop! I love supporting small businesses! Im not the type of person to leave reviews but i have to with this one. This was/is terrible customer service Insurance fraud against my car was committed at this shop by JR.. he claims he returned the money after we had already settled a plan with the owner. this is something ill have to call my insurance about to double check.. this is just one of the issues that showed their unprofessionalism. Insurance fraud is obviously illegal at any level. This was thousands of dollars worth.. spent on JRs personal time. (Which he admitted to)I could sit here and go into all details of the multiple issues we ve faced the past couple of months within this shop, but I m just going to say that this is absolutely not a trustworthy shop and they will over charge you on anything you bring. Even labor they claimed to be done (and that obviously got paid to be done) was not completed.. which resulted in the vehicle to continuously break down leaving my partner and i very confused and in unfortunate situations because we were being lied to.I recommend getting a second opinion from another shop to make sure you re not paying ridiculous amounts of labor and would also recommend to be in close contact with your insurance company because JR claimed to not even know my vehicle or my partners name to our insurance company.. which he had talked and met with him multiple times for going on 2 months now. Just ridiculousness through and through with this shop. 1 star is still too much.

I went in to get my serpentine belt put on my car and they told me I had major oil leaks so then they went along with the "repairs" $2387.56 later I still have oil leaks ( they told me they replaced all the seals) and they can't help me because I don't have a receipt. I asked if the man can look it up he said it's on me to find it but they will be happy to take the car I just will have to pay again.They have good personality great talking skills but as for services no don't go here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

They lied about what they had fixed on my car such as the oil Leake and coolant hose replace fluids oil change and coolant then they said my motor was shot I had my car tow from their shop to and diagnostic auto place there was no oil in the car or coolant and nothing had been fixed.Very un ethical

Doesn't produce a final invoice for the problem but instead an itemized parts invoice. Issues appear to be not confirmed fixed by staff and diagnostics seems to miss several issues even though full diagnostics were requested. Differing information was also given about parts availability and part that was "out of stock" was found online easy for purchase and delivery the next day by myself.Some issues were fixed and staff seemed in a good mood though.

Came here about a month ago to get my front hub bearing on my driver side done. Started back making the original grinding noise about 3 weeks after getting it replaced. Was on the way to another shop only for my entire wheel to fly off my car. I really wanted to give these guys a good review. However I'm left without my car. The bolts snapped off due lug nuts having too much torque on them.

They found my problem with my truck and fixed it fast. I was expecting to wait a week but they finished in 2 days. The final price was also reasonable as I was anticipating something higher. Good place.

Great auto shop, they fixed the AC in my van quickly (although it did take a bit longer than they anticipated) and for a fair price. Highly recommended.

JR and Luis were helpful.I own a 18 Honda CR-V and while I was out of town I had them service my car for the usual maintenance as well as inspecting for a AC issue my car was giving me.Everything since then has been amazing.Definitely coming back and have even sent friends their way.

Great customer service knowledgeable staff and quick service I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here personal and commercial. The waiting room is nice cool they even offered a soda or water. I promise you will not be getting pressured into services that you don't need or are overpriced at all. While you wait they even own The car lot next door that has a range of luxury vehicles SUVs and trucks perfect place to wait at your time while your vehicle is getting serviced.

Really great people! Service it s amazing took my car to them after a mechanic told me my car won t start no more after lots of parts were changed. Every staff member is honest and talented mechanics. Always there to help me out and my parents. We will always go to them. I have bought 2 cars from them and will buy my next car from them. I bought a car through happy auto sales. When I test drive it it was here at One stop automotive. I can't say enough good things about this place. Not only did I test drive my car from here but they were finishing up the work they were doing to it when I arrived, while I waited the folks from happy auto came to me at the shop to do the paperwork they entertained my daughter and gave her pizza and drinks. They also fixed the power steering issue on my husband's truck and put two newer tires on it for a phenomenal price. I have recommended at least 4 people since then and it's only been 2 days. If you are having car problems this is the place you want to go. Junior and his staff are awesome!!!

A few years ago I was needing a car and I didn't have a lot of money. These guys had a Acura MDX that they had just put a transmission in that was in my low price range. I was kind of worried since transmission problems are a big job, but I didn't have enough money to be choosy so I bought it. I drove it for 6 months before selling it to my neighbor who drove it for at least 2 years before trading it in. Since then I have had several car repairs done by them, always to my satisfaction. A lot of people like to blame the mechanic when something else goes wrong with their old car after being worked on. Human nature I guess. These guys are good mechanics, not shady quacks.Service: Auto engine tuning

Ben at the tire shop was very helpful and got all my issues resolved in a timely manner. All staff was super nice I will never go anywhere else for my tire service. Love this place!

Took my car in to get my mass airflow sensor fixed due to my check engine light being on and they replaced it with a generic one that s lasted all of two days before my check engine light came back on for the exact thing they were supposed to fix. I took my car back for them to tell for them to tell me everything s fine. Come to find out they broke off a huge piece and tried to fix it with a bigger screw. Shady and terrible service I do not recommend and I DO NOT know any former employees because that seems to be their reply to reviews that are not 5 stars.

After I purchased a used vehicle from Cars R Us, I drove across the street to get One Stop Auto to serviced it. Most people don't like going to an auto service center. But, from the moment I walked thru the door I was treated special.Although other cars/trucks were being serviced, J.R. (the owner/service mgr) and the mechanics almost immediately attended to my vehicle. They replaced a tire, checked the fluids and ordered hood struts.I returned a few days later and they replaced them as I watched them interact with other customers. They were so professional that I scheduled an appointment to have my other car serviced. This Family owned business is Professional, Polite and Cares about customer service. I'm recommending it to everyone reading this review. Mr. C

These guys! Professional, courteous, friendly, fair, eager to earn your business. These guys have bent over backwards to make sure everything I needed was addressed. Zee has made my life so simple by handling several requests that I have asked for, he did them quickly and always made sure that it was exactly what I wanted and needed.
