I was charged $240 to swap TPMS from one set of wheels to another, any other tire shop charges $60 to $80. When I asked how much it was gonna cost me from the get go I was made understood $240 in total, That including the alignment which is $150 when I showed up to pick up my truck they charged me $390 for TPMS swap and the alignment. This place is a scam, save your money and go elsewhere

they wanted $800 to fix my alignment plus the actual $125 for the alignment so over 1 thousand dollars. this place is a joke, went down the street to another shop and they charged me $89. they said nothing is wrong with my suspension. This shop 405 is greedy and want to do more than 1 repair compared to the service you actually need.

BEWARE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. I WENT IN FOR ALIGNMENT. THEY GAVE ME 3.4K BILL SAYING I NEED NEW AXLES, SHOCKS,SPRINGS, WHEEL HUB, RACK AND PINION REPLACEMENT, TIE RODS ENDS THEN I WAS ASKED TO PAY $65 FEE. MAN UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! I WENT TO THE CHEVY DEALERSHIP AND THEY CORRECTED THE ALIGNMENT NO PROBLEMS. THE DEALDERSHIP MASTER TECH SAID I DID NOT NEED ANYTHING, I COULD DRIVE THIS TRUCK ANOTHER 100K MILES NO ISSUE. VERY MIND BLOWING THAT THIS SHOP REALLY TRIED TO SCAM ME. I FEEL VERY DISRESPECTED! 0 STARS I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE $65 THEY GOT ME FOR, IT MORE ABOUT MORAL AND RESPECT.

I had a terrible experience so I had freshly put new front end suspension on my truck. I put new upper and lower control arms with a brand new struts on both sides and my tie rods are also new. So I go in for an alignment expecting it to get done but they didn t even try they just looked at my truck and didn t do anything at all. They told me that I needed a new CV Axle and new tie rods when I don t. So I didn t get my truck aligned, and on top of all of that I get charged $65 for a Diagnostic Fee that I was not told about before I asked for an alignment. I would not recommend this shop to anybody terrible service and does not get the job done.

Get my new wheels and tires and the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful i would recommend this place to my family and friends to get there stuff here they do have a good display of wheels and tire

Purchased tires for (3) vehicles here and we get (3) Free rotation on each vehicle and flats Free.

Great pricing with benefits. When you buy a set of four tires you get 3 sets of free rotations and balancing. To keep tires thread longer lasting. I love the Nexen brand because it comes with road hazard warranty. You can't go wrong. They can offer you different pricing on brands and let you know which is better.

This sweet family owned businesss went above and beyond for us. When we went in we were so undecided, they were super patient and didn t make us feel rushed or obligated to buy. They were quick with our service and very appreciative of our business!! I highly recommend them!

The customer service was great and so was my new wheels and rims... 6-25-21, They let me in a tight schedule to rotate and balance my rims, before my road trip to California.. Awesome People..!!! Best Prices $$$ and nice Wheel/Rim Combos..

We were in and out SUPER fast. They have a super comfortable waiting area, work very fast, and are very reasonably priced. The ladies up front were the sweetest and I won t go anywhere else from now on.

They are helpful but they tell you that your car will be ready certain day and it s not so you have to wait an extra day

Pulled up and there's another car in front of me sit there waiting for that car to be finished and then another car pulled up beside me and instead of finishing my car he went to the other car and finished it and left me just sitting another 45 minutes out of my busy schedule totally unprofessional
