They will screw you over any chance you get. 17 year old son took his truck over to be worked on. $500 later it is worse than before. They also kept the part he took in when they said it wasn't the right one and charged him for another. Now there is a boost leak, wires cut, and multiple other things. When my husband called and questioned it, he was cussed and told that they only took a part off that is not even part of my sons truck. Stay away if you want your vehicle to run when they are done.Update: truck is even more messed up than we thought. Fan drive was cross threaded and new mechanic was unable to take it off to fix this places screw ups. Ended up having to cut it off with a Sawzall. New seal that was supposed to be replaced had been cut and messed up which is why the truck was still leaking oil.

I came in on a Saturday with my horn not working. They got me in immediately and had me on the road within an hour. They were super nice and polite and it s just so awesome to have a working horn again, especially as my teenager is wanting to get their license this week and the horn has to work in order to take the test. Thank you so much and really recommend them!!

Worst place. Had my step son come here to get his brakes fixed and bleed. They replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced. Even there was oil all over underneath it. Never again not even professional.

My car wouldn't start...dead battery...I called..said would be by in little while...I waited all day...NO ONE every showed up...but that's ok..Their LOSS...I had to buy battery...Now I'm due for an oil change and I need new set of tires...IT won't be THERE!!!

Terrible service by ignorant technicians. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Highest prices in town and the worst service by far. Got an alignment and they didn't tighten any of the adjustments. Then wouldn't help recover the vehicle. When I took it back and demanded an explanation they did another alignment that was worse than the first.. No refunds and no responsibility taken for their POOR SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED. Also, I think it's worth mentioning that anyone I have talked to about my experience there has had a similar one.

I've used their services allot the past year, they work with a local towing company for when your broken down, then just add the tow to you service bill which is very helpful in a pinch

Worst place I ever been to in my life! Never again. Went in there to get my car fixed and they screwed it up. Paid 1,600 for my air conditioner to get fixed and they didn't know how to work on a prius even though they said they did. Joe is a con artist. Plus my radiator was even broken when I brought it to them and they claimed it had. A whole in it bc a screw went through it. Well jokes on them bc they guy before that diagnosed it never seen that in there. Only reason I went here was because they seemed to think it would be cheaper and they could help and now my inverter is ruined! Another 1,000 or more!

Absolutely terrible service here. My vehicle had been overheating so I took it in, when they were "finished" fixing it it was well over what I was quoted. Well after driving it around it still overheated and felt bogged down like it was not getting gas. So I took it back this time they had to put new water pump and radiator on, which I am not sure why that wasn't checked the first time they said they fixed it but hadn't. Well when I got it back this time someone had busted one of my headlight casings and a few bolts were missing so now it rattles when I drive. Total feel ripped off buy this place very unprofessional when you get your vehicle back and stuff is broken that was fine when you took it in.

The worst mechanic I ve ever been to. I asked for a quote on all of the damage done to my car and they only did the underneath. They said I had the wrong part so they charged me an extra hour of labor. Then I came to receive my car after it was finished, I drove it to town and started smoking like crazy. I popped the hood and the radiator hose was disconnected and the hose clamp was gone. Which is weird because all they had to fix were the struts. Now it even worse then when I took it in to get it fixed. Oh, and I was charged WAAAAYYYYY more for labor then I was quoted originally. Please, do not waste your time or money here!

Just a bad experience !! I really needed some help with my car and I got a very high estimate.... Anyway they were supposed to call me back with a time and price because I decided to only have what I could afford fixed first. They never called.... just left me with a broke down car. Thank goodness I found a wonderful place to take my car... Ladies beware of this place!!!

Wow! For starters, this place was able to get me in right away, which is unheard of. Had a ton of work that needed done and without me asking for it, did the work without charging me taxes since I'm a veteran. Very friendly, excellent service and great pricing! Will be doing all business with them in the future!

They are fantastic. they worked on my 1974 Ford F-250 Ranger and its running so much better. I'm very pleased and will be going back there for any work I need done.

We were driving from Missouri and had car troubles arise when we got into Oklahoma and oakcrest was open. They got us taken care of fast as possible we were there for an hour and we went back on our way! Thank you Joe! We will be back! Such friendly staff!

I bought a truck from there off of Craigslist there thought I was buying it from an individual well that s how the title was filled out went to get it tagged and was told I need the title notarized so I called oak crest and asked for the guy who sold me the truck and was told that guy doesn t work there and the number that I had for the guy off Craigslist apparently isn t the same guy who s on the title of the truck. So I ve had a truck just sitting for the past year that I can t get titled. If anyone knows how to get ahold of a Tim drain from Miami please reach out to me that s who s name the truck is titled to and I would like to figure out what needs done to make my truck legal to drive

Not happy at all took my truck in for a fuel pump and it cost me $700, after getting my truck back the fuel gage didn't work, call for help and it was going to be another $500 to fix it, won't go back again
