I was in town visiting my son and doing some minor work on his car and noticed a need for some more major work outside of work I could do due to lack of time and tools. Called the guys at WB and got a very reasonable quote and they were able to get the work done the next day. I'm very happy with the quality of work and customer service we received. Will definitely be back in the future if the need arises.

I've had my Jeep serviced here several times. These guys are always upfront and work as quickly and thoroughly as humanly possible. I definitely recommend them!

Got a used tire put on from someone in the city and they didn't balance my tire. So I called WB he said come in and he balanced it no charge!

Upon first glance, you wouldn't think much of this repair shop- but let me tell you, the staff and service here was incredible. They'll treat you like family and make it their mission to ensure your problem is fixed by the time you leave. Another thing I loved was that I was supporting locally as opposed to corporate chains that claim you need to spend 2x, even 3x the price for the same thing. I was with my friend while they worked on her car and just the customer service alone was the best I ve ever seen from a mechanic. They re attitude is phenomenal and Nick, Luis, and Felix are working they re butts off to help everyone who comes through. They focus on doing the fixes right the first time no matter how long it takes them and they talk with you through the process well. I am using them for future fixes of my own and I am absolutely recommending them to everyone I know.

Brought my own wheels and tires in to have them mounted and balanced. They said they could do it. The first tire went on fine, the second one was stretched so tight it tore the tire. Guy blamed it on cold tires but said he would make it right. They got the other two on but then couldn't balance them because they ran out of weights. They got one balanced and the weight fell off. Their way of making it right? They told me two days later to make a claim with whoever I bought the tire from and said the tire was defective. Now my replacement is delayed and my truck is stuck in the garage on three unbalanced tires and one mismatched tire.

I won t be ever coming here again. The guys are amazing and I ve been there multiple times and great work and reasonable prices. But time is not something they take pride I. Or their words. Called previous day to see if they would have time to do said work, they agreed. Brought it in the morning, told them I needed back by time they close. Was told no issue. I arrive and haven t done a single thing. Previous time took hour half almost two hours for an oil change and rotate tires. Just can t stand the unreliable nature.

Absolutely terrible place to get tires they don't know how to center wheels on hubs or torque properly if you get tires here then be forewarned your wheel may fall off. They won't take any kind of responsibility or make effort to right the situation they will tell you to kick rocks. So I got my new tires here and I am very satisfied with the service and the price. This is a local business and they do good work. Keep your money local folks go here for your next set of tires. Also they offer a 10% discount for first responders and 15% for disabled veterans. I m not sure about veterans in general I m sure it s 10% at least. I don t think that counts for the actual price of the tires because they don t get a discount on those. But the rest of the parts and labor they will give you a discount.

Very great people who work there. They definitely know what they are doing and won't try to rip you off like every other shop . The owner is honest and is a very good person. Fantastic, honest shop! My daughter was in OKC for an internship and knew no one. She picked this shop because it was close to her apartment. When the work took longer than anticipated, Nick, the owner, personally drove to OKC to pick her up after work and bring her to the shop. He was very kind to her and made sure her Jeep was 100% before letting her drive away. I would trust them with my vehicle any day!

My serpentine belt was stripping & I knew I needed to park it til I could get it replaced. Not knowing who to trust to get my car fixed, I spoke with a friend of mine and manager & Autozone who gave me the number to Nick & WB Tire. I went ahead and gave him a call on a Tuesday to schedule for Thursday morning and sure enough he was able to get me in well before I had to get to work. Replaced the belt in 10-15 minutes. Then found that my power steering belt was going bad, so got that replaced too, and on top of that they had the part delivered in only 10 minutes!I'm so happy I got the work done and didn't wait to do it....otherwise I would have spent so much in tow fees alone!Very affordable, very helpful & they treat you like family. Thank you Nick, Clay & Felix!! You guys are awesome!!

Nick the owner is an all around great guy. He explains the repair in depth and gives you the worst case and best case scenario before going through with the repairs. He was able to fix my 2009 Chevy Silverado for a great price and the truck runs fantastic. Take5 messed my car up so badly... These guys had no problem cleaning up their mess. I would personally recommend. 10/10 service. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of while my fianc� was out of town. Their prices are fair/affordable, and they work fast. They have definitely made a life long client out of me.

Any of my friends in the Norman area that needs work on your car take it to WB tire and auto! Nick and his guys are the absolute best! Took my car with no air conditioning to him at 12pm and he had my car done by 3:30pm and fixed what another mechanic here in Norman charged me a fortune for and didn t have the problem fixed and lied to me over and over! He took it in charges me WAY less than he deserves for the work and dedication he did to made sure myself and my kids aren t running in a hot car in August! Amazing experience.!They looked at my vehicle immediately and were able to give very reasonable price quotes compared to other mechanic shops. My van is 28 years old. I bought it a little over a year ago in Portland Oregon. I've traveled with it from Oregon to Colorado and from Colorado to 3 other states. I came back to my home state of Oklahoma and knew my van needed a few repairs. My left rear brake had just started grinding so I knew I needed those to be checked. I needed a spare tire. Wiper blades and an oil change. Found this place through Google. Seen 5 star reviews all across the board. Decided this is where I would go. This review is long but let me say. Nick, Felix, and Clay were all super nice, hard working, and Nick is a man of integrity, honesty, and a good business man. He doesn't give you the run around and he wants to get the job done correctly and in as short of a time frame as possible. He went above and beyond for me. He even drove me to MY choice of fast food for lunch and 7-11 to utilize the ATM!! He has the cutest dog named Frankie!! So if you need any kind of repair done on your vehicle. Brought my car in because my radiator housing needed to be replaced and I wanted my motor and transmission mount replaced, asked them to take a look and make sure nothing else was wrong with it. Let me tell you now I did all my business with the owner. Paid them to fix everything. Looked like they fixed the radiator, went to take it home after they said it was fixed and running great. I drove it 15 minutes on the highway before it started driving funny, my RPMs were all over the place (I also drive a standard) and when I got to my destination my car was leaking oil all over the engine. I called and had it towed back to THIS mechanic shop were they said they would fix it. After all, these people told me it was ok to drive. My car sat there in their parking lot for 2 months and they did nothing to it. My mom had to call several times trying to get the car back, the owner of this business blocked her number and she had to use my sisters phone to finally get in touch with them. Once they did they tried to tell her she couldn t come get it that day, she had it towed home immediately and it s been sitting in our driveway ever since. I haven t had the money to fix it until now and I m telling you right now do NOT trust these people. I absolutely cannot believe they got away with this. I spent all the money I had saved to fix my car and down the drain it went. Never made a worse mistake in my life.Service: Transmission

GREAT repair shop!! They're fast, honest, and won't "nickle and dime" you. Car wouldn't start and had to get it towed. The towing guy recommended this place, and I couldn't be happier. Got my car running again within a few hours! Highly recommend!!
