Service seems pretty professional, I had to renew my whole tire cost $88 plus tax, but make sure you come with someone with car that can take you home, otherwise you have to Uber back or wait at Walmart for about 2-3 hours.

Five stars for Walmart Auto Center on Classen. This WM auto center is prompt, professional and hardworking. I have had oil changes, tire repair and windshield wiper replacement at this location. I love driving up, because the attendant comes out assesses my car needs, gets my keys and I sit in waiting area or shop. SO convenient to be able to shop and have car serviced together If you need car service done give this WM auto center a try and bring your shopping list too.

I stopped at the stop sign and waited a couple of minutes for someone to come out. I parked and went inside and a lady told me I should have stopped at the stop sign and waited. So she made me get back in my car and restop at the stop sign. She did it to the next customer too so I don't feel singled out or lonely about it. The work was efficient enough. I feel all the employees should have more customer presence though. I probably would have gotten my oil changed too if they had asked me about it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AUTOMOTIVE CENTER!! I would get my oil changed by them every time I needed, but this last time they either did not replace the oil cap afterwards or they did but didn t screw it down. I leave the center with my vehicle and I m driving down highway 9 and the engine starts to heat up very quickly so I pull over and what I find is shown in the pictures, no oil cap, along with oil spewed all over the back of the engine and underside of the hood proceeding to flow down the hood and all over the front bumper. I called them and they refused to do anything about it, even something as small as replacing the oil lost or the oil cap. Again, I highly highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere, but if you take your chances I hope it turns out better for you.

Thank you, Sean! Great experience! Very efficient oil change without any unnecessary selling. Sean changed the bulb in driver s brake light without charge for labor and provided good instructions for changing another bulb. I would recommend this to my friends and surely come again.

Small nail in my tire. Was told by walmart autocare employee the tire could not be patched and would have to be replaced. Tire was inspected by Discount Tire and was within the safe range to be patched.

Great prices but the staff if terrible.There is no real service provided besides a 4hr wait for a flat tire.My car was on the rim and the tech came in and said "I don't know which tire I'm supposed to fix."I heard a guy who paid to have his oil changed come back and ask why oil was all over his motor because his truck is smoking.Maybe they should hire real certified technicians instead of just anyone

These guys did great.However Walmart has a phone and cashier station at this exit. My car took 2 hours because the dude working on my car was covering the register AND phones. Idk if they've told these guys they ROCK. I will. You guys handled it well and managed a smile withthe service. Despite your employer setting you up to fail. You rocked it!!!

They don't have enough employees your average wait for an oil change is 2 to 3 hours. I was forced to go elsewhere and found out they weren't using the right weight my car requires.

These guys were amazing. Told me to go to the place I got the tires from originally so I don't have to spend a crazy amount at Walmart...they could've easily made a good sale off of me for 4 tires. Then he (dude with the beard and beanie, didn't catch his name) put a spare on for me just 'cause he cared, and neatly put my heavy stuff from the trunk in the backseat. Went above and beyond...for $0. Definitely recommending and coming back here. Thanks, guys!

Have given this location numerous chances. They refused to honor a valid warranty on the tires on my car & today they refused to mount a tire with ample tread depth for my husbands truck because it was a used tire. They claimed it was because of alignment wear, but as I am more than qualified as a mechanic, I assume they were more interested in selling us a tire with a new warranty they would fail to honor. Skip this location & go to the east side tle.

Every time I go here there is someone trying to get out of doing work. I brought my new tires to this place and needed a patch. They refused to patch it saying it was too close to the outer tread. Bunch of bs. The only reason they could see the nail is because it was on the top part of my tire that was showing otherwise it would be so far in on the tire, it wouldnt be visible. I took my car and my tire to another place, they didnt even question it, they just patched it and sent me on my way.

The website says open on Sundays, but the automotive store is closed. Largest retailer in the world and simply cannot advertise truthfully. Phone rings then hangs up after 2 rings. Avoid 3651 Classen Blvd Store. Store managers also have no manners. Every other store I go to when I walk by an employee or the manager, I give a greeting and they respond. This store, I actually walked by both managers at different intervals, said good afternoon, no response. Walmart needs to teach these managers some manners.

I recently bought a new battery for my car at walmart, and they put the battery in for free. The downside was that it took 2 hours for them to put in the battery, and they weren't even busy. Decent service, but slow.

Don't shop here if you need something in a locked case it takes 20 minutes to get help. Will order online from now on

Dad s warrantied Walmart battery went out in car center s driveway, they made him call a tow truck to take it to the 12th street Walmart? That s -5 star customer service.

They lost my keys then tried to tell me I can't even look in my car when I'm standing there with a basket full of about 300$ worth of cash paided for groceries no food stamps !! Long story short they will jack up ur car and tell you a bunch of lies

Refused service because they didn't have anyone strong enough to pull off my lugnuts and didn't even have a socket to fit my truck and all i have are the factory lugnuts on my pickup.
