I won t go to any other valvoline simply because Raymond is the most helpful and friendly guy around! Went today and he wasn t there and I left a little disappointed. Engine light came on and I get paranoid so I pulled up, let them I know I might need an oil change and explained that my sticker said I was good but my light came on so I just wanted checked, they told me I needed one for sure so I obliged. After going for full synthetic (because that s what my dad said I needed lol) and being a little shocked that it was over 100 dollars the girl (Mikilah) was very kind and found me a little coupon which I agreed to. After some time I asked myself if maybe I had a leak since my sticker was off and asked the other gentleman (Frank maybe?) if that was a possibility. After looking at my sticker he apologized and said he misunderstood my actual mileage vs my sticker mileage and even asked the tech how my oil looked to which they replied good! . Little sad I still paid 100 dollars (that I didn t really have, it s a struggle out here lol) for an oil change I didn t need :( now they were swamped and mistakes happen! And of course I ll be back because I trust them but just kind of a bummer :/ also everyone despite being behind and visibly overwhelmed we re still so polite and kind and smiling!! I will admit I still handed them the ol bank card cause I have been running on 30 minutes of sleep today so I didn t have a lot of words plus I m not one to cause a scene and I m socially awkward and believe people are humans who goof sometimes. 5 stars still cause Raymond though :)Edit: I would just like to also clarify you should definitely still come here for the customer service alone, just maybe on a full nights rest :p

Had a scary experience with my tire rotation this morning. Was good to go, drove off, but immediately noticed a regular and somewhat loud knocking sound from my left rear. Quickly turned on Mercedes Drive and pulled over to inspect. Zero of the lugnuts on my left rear tire were tightened. Had to manually tighten all of them myself. Usually valvoline has friendly service and does a decent job, but the quality of work on my simple tire rotation was very poor and put my wife and I in a dangerous situation

This Valvoline is the best! Especially Raymond! He goes above an beyond for the customers. It's never a too long of wait here an they explain everything to you as they are doing it an don't do anything that your not comfortable with. They are always helpful when I have questions regarding prices. I highly recommend going to this Valvoline, you will be help with your visit!Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

My BFF sent me here to see Raymond and he didn't disappoint. He took the time to educate me on how the oil change process occurs. And informed me on every step. And the price for a synthetic oil change was nice. I will definitely be coming here from now on for my car services. I drive from Dallas and as large as the dfw area is nothing can compare to the care and world class customer service experience that I received here in Oklahoma. I will take that driver every time. Note. I have a fully paid 3 year free oil change with the dealership I purchased my car from however the customer service, education and information that I obtain when serviced here is unmatched and I will gladly pay for my oil changes. It's the care,respect of my time professional teamwork and appreciation for me and I'm loving all of it. Y'all go get your full service oil changes with Raymond and his team. This team makes the dream work.

Besides being over charged, I am now missing two valve stem caps. Seems like a nothing issue to some but it is the lack of attention to detail that makes me wonder what else did they forget.

I ve been there 3-4 times for oil changes and all had gone well. 5 Stars.Originally went in for an oil change and to inquire about scheduled transmission service.During a difficult consultation* it was agreed I needed 2 additional services (just scheduled maintenance).Services were performed and I was given my receipt. I noticed the transmission service had not been done, I wasn t charged but I was there for an additional hour and another tech agreed I would have been out soon had that not been overlooked.*The difficult consultation had to do with the communication skills of the tech. So hard to understand what he was saying. I will not call him out by name on the internet, if the company wants to pursue this, they have my info. IF I go back I will request he not be involved in my service needs.Services: Transmission, Oil change

RYmod is the best guy that I ve ever had work on our vehicle. We re in Oklahoma City and I will drive to Norman just to have him and his staff help me out. I love my experience at Valvoline! They are always so quick. They give you completely honest and helpful feedback. Don't try to oversell you either. Staff is always very friendly and make great conversationalist. Could not say anything remotely the same for Take 5 so avoid them and be loyal to Valvoline!

These guys are always incredibly fast and professional. I highly recommend them.Plus, they almost always have a sale going and they work hard to give you the best deal you can get! I m usually in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Such an awesome experience!! Everyone here was incredibly kind and helpful!! They answered all of my questions and helped me find an online coupon offer from Valvoline to help me save money today!!! I came in today and Raymond got me in immediately. He was very professional and checked everything possible knowing I was leaving for a trip, he told me I could get it all double checked later if I felt the need, or any valvoline. I ve been getting oil changes and transmission flushes at this Valvoline for years now and have been satisfied except for a couple times when they did things like: dropped a cap in the engine bay and took fifteen minutes to find it, spent forty-five minutes looking after they dropped a light bulb fixture in the housing of my rear brake light while changing it, and spent over an hour trying to change my high lamp, or third brake light after they upsold the replacement during a regular service. Then finally gave up and told me outright they cannot change that bulb, before trying to upsell me on the same bulb change the next time I went in for service. I had to inform them that they cannot change it as they forgot. All of that I forgave, but what I will not forgive is when they referred to me to OKC western ave location for full-service work. If you are interested in what they did to me there, please see my review on that location. All in all, I will never go back to any Valvoline, and that decision is quite an inconvenience to me given I m due for my regular oil change now.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

This place is hands down awesome.the technicians were brock,Alan and sterling.they completely changed my mind about oil changed my mind about places like this they checked everything even tightend up by lose battery terminals hands down good people and business

My wife and I have used Valvoline mini times over the last decade and they have consistently been a pleasure to deal with. The staff is always super kind and helpful, and they definitely are honest. If they are recommending something, it is because you truly need it. Every single time I have used their service, I have felt that they have gone above and beyond. These people made my week. I came in for a coolant flush, and since their service is normally so quick, they were so kind about this time taking a little bit longer, and my service didn t cost a dime. Personally, it was going to be really difficult for me to afford it that day, and they took all of the stress off. Great service, and so kind and understanding. I really cannot thank them enough. They gained a new loyal customer this week.

Will definitely be back! Gave me options on oil type and didn t try to up sell anything. Told and showed me that my air filter was fine. Let me know that my top break light was out and when replacing the bulb didn t work, let me know it was likely a wiring problem and didn t charge for any of the work. All of this was done in 15 minutes.
