I just purchased new tires here and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect tires for my vehicle without any pressure. The pricing was transparent and competitive, making it an excellent deal. Installation was quick and professional, getting me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality tires and exceptional service!

Had an amazing experience with G and team. The price was great beating other locations and fighting for business. They installed the day and time the said and in the time they said they would do it in, even redoing some work after setting shocks to my specified height. After not liking the ride he and his team told me to bring it back up to get it right. This was hours of work completed that they did not gripe about or try to schedule me for another day. Extremely impressed and will continue to do business here.

Place is a joke. Got a nail in my tire and I went in to have them fix it. The tire had a very slow leak from the nail. The guy put 3 plugs in the tire and it still leaked then he put a patch on the inside and it was still leaking. So now I'm stuck buying a new tire. I do not recommend this place. The girl behind the desk Allie was very nice only good thing about the place.

Great service! Came in to get my tire fixed and the woman at the front desk along with the guys in the back (Ally, i believe. i apologize if not correct) went above and beyond to assist me and everybody was SUPER respectful!

Went in because I got a flat tire- as a young adult girl I hate doing anything with my car but this was the beta experience i've had! They were kind and helpful and super quick! I was in and out and would highly recommend!!

Awesome experience! Went in to get a tire plugged, simply it was a loose tire valve. Real honest guys and didn t charge me anything. 10/10 shop, will definitely be coming back.

Great place! They hooked me up and the experience was even easier and better than I thought it would be. The guys are super awesome and helpful. I would trust them with any work on my truck and will definitely be returning!

This place was hands down the best place to buy tires. The owner was awesome and the guys that put my tires on was great!! This business was all around a great experience!! I will be going back there to purchase tires in the future. Thank y all for the great experience!! My son was very happy!!! Oh did I mention that the price of the tires literally beat any prices around, believe me I checked! When you have a teenager you learn not to jump on the first set of tires you see. Lol I did a lot of research!!

What a joke. Came in to get a screw taken out and repaired. Walked out and showed him which tire. They supposedly fixed something. While pumping gas i looked and the screw is still in the tire. Sat there waited 45 mins for nothing.

One star is too many stars. This used to be a great place when Sammer was there. Now this place and corporate in Texas is the worst place to be. They will cheat you given half a chance. There word is meaningless and their support is the worst. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Amazingly friendly staff. Should I need any future work done on my vehicle I will absolutely be coming here first!I ve been picking up SEVERAL nails from all the construction going on here in Norman and this crew has taken care of me completely for it. I m so thankful for their service! Wonderful group of people.

Was able to finance my 4 new tires with this company when Discount Tire wouldn't. my credit is 565! This is huge for us with Christmas just 22 days away. You just need a Physical Bank. The owner is friendly and is behind the counter. Go support new business with your next set of wheels,tires, alignment.

Went in to TT & the manager G was very professional and had his technician Tim check my 03 Chevy. Had truck aligned, brakes & rotors changed & had some drop shackles installed.Service was very professional, & G the manager had his team working to assist everyone that came in.Would recommend to friends & would use them again.

I took my truck to this shop because I thought my wheel bearing was going out but thought it could also be the front tires. They told me my wheel bearing was not going out but my front tires tread was getting low so they recommended replacing them. I went ahead and replaced all four tires. Just because my truck is my daily driver and I did not want a blow out with my 1 year old in the truck with me. I was still having the same issues as I was when I went into the shop. My husband was finally home and had time to look at my truck. When he started trying to take the lug nuts off with an impact they were not budging. He tried multiple different power tools finally wine off except it broke in half. My husband called the shop and was told that they torque on those were 150 which is way over spec. The spec on what I drive with after market tires is 130. My husband is a CDL driver and the specs for a semi is not even 150. We did call multiple shops to confirm the 130 spec and every single one including a separate Texas Tires told us anything over that was excessive. When talking to the manager he did not care about me as a customer at all. I asked him what was I supposed to do if I had a blow out and couldn t change the tire due to me being a smaller person. He said well I don t know because you have to have an air gun to get them off you wouldn t be able to change it. So I would have been stuck on the side of the road most likely with my baby and no one would be able to change my tire except a shop. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I trusted these professionals to look at my vehicle and be able to see a wheel bearing was in fact going out. That did not happen. I could have done this myself but instead I trusted them and that was obviously the wrong thing to do. Then putting a tire on way to tight to where if something happened I wouldn t have been able to do anything due to how tight they tightened the lug nuts. The manager did not care about any of that they are out to make money and not what actually happens to the customer. I would not refer my worst enemy to use this company. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Update we were told by the manager at the time that the alignments were free of charge we took our truck back there to get that done and they told us that wasn t a think and charged us $109 then when we got out to the truck there was a wet spot on the ground. My husband asked them about it they sent a technician out to look at it and they informed us it was the AC. Come to find out it was our break lines leaking because they were completely disconnected. And my husband lost all breaks going into work and come to find out the break fluid was literally shooting out onto the ground. I called corporate and they called the manager and they completely changed the story so it made them look better. They refuse to do anything and said we don t touch the breaks when they rotate and align tires. Our breaks are completely gone we have no rotors and we now need new break lines and tires because the metal break line was rubbing against the tire.

Got me approved and hooked up with some wheels, tires, and a leveling kit the next day! They have great deals for veterans and first responders! Being a vet myself I highly recommend this company for your aftermarket needs!

After an extremely bad experience with a previous tire shop, Texas Tires literally saved our day! They were quick, efficient and so nice! But most importantly, they were extremely knowledgeable!! I will 1000% be having all of my family and friends use them from here on!!

I was impressed with the crew and the ease of getting financing for lowering my truck, at first. I was blinded by how good my truck looked. Under the surface, not so much. The steering wheel was off center by almost a quarter turn. The front tires rubbed anytime I hit even the smallest bump and I had no turning radius to speak of. After a few months of driving, I started to see the inside of the passenger front tire was almost completely bald and the drivers side was almost as bad. I took it to a shop I trust, and they discovered the passenger side upper control arm had been installed upside down! There are other items the installation instructions from the lowering kit manufacturer stated that weren't done either. I wont bore you with that info here, I've already gone on too long as it is.The other shop fixed the upside down control arm and had to replace the ball joint. they then proceeded to finish the install per manufacturers instructions. I'm very unhappy with Texas Tires in Norman and I won't ever go back, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Priebe's Auto Clinic will have my exclusive business from here on out.The financing company fiasco is another story all together.

Samer, the store owner, is such a great, funny and helpful person. He took the information I gave him about my car and what I was looking for and he found the perfect tires for me. I m so happy and feel safe with how my new tires feel while driving. The guys in the shop did an amazing job at mounting and balancing my tires as well. I couldn t have asked for a better experience and turn around time. Thanks Texas Tires Norman!
