Terry is the kindest, most generous man! This morning at 19 wks pregnant and on roughly 5 hrs of sleep I drove my toddler to daycare only to have a flat along the way. Of course my daughter was yelling wanting to get out of her car seat. Thankfully we re about a block from daycare so I pulled over and walked her to school. Called my husband who came to fix it but realized we didn t have the specific lug nut needed to remove tires. We recently moved here and did not have any close friends or family to call upon for help. I remembered how kind Terry was from my oil change a few months back and decided to go by his office in my husband s vehicle to inquire if he could helps Not only did Terry offer reassurance, but he offered to follow me to my car and take the lug nuts off himself with his tools. Upon arrival Terry recognizes that the jack we re using isn t the right size and my spare is low on air. Terry offers to take my tire back to his shop, fill it with air, and return with proper jack to fix it all up. What a heaven sent!!! Throughout this time he is talking with us and giving us restaurant recommendations for the area, like I said we re new! He gets it all up and going and we tell him we ll follow him to office to pay for his service. Y all, he offers his support on our tough morning and says don t worry about it! This man literally is helping out of the kindness of his heart! As he leaves we learn the battery died from the hazards, seriously worse morning ever! After 30 mins we call it quits on our jumper cables and call Terry AGAIN! This guy has to be tired of us by now, right? Nope! He offers to come by, use his little device that boosts the battery up in 10 seconds, and tells us not to hesitate to call if there are any other issues! Kindly, he gets on to us for waiting so long before calling for his help again! Haha After a chaotic morning, crying from the hormones and stress of all of this, i can honestly say Terry transformed our day reminding us how generous and caring a stranger can be! GO TO TERRY S, you walk in a customer and walk out a friend!! All of our automotive services will only be done at Terry s Automotive! I couldn t be more grateful for Terry and his team!

This is the only place I've taken my cars to since 2007 ~ head gasket, brakes, water pump, timing belt, starter and other things. I have never been disappointed with any of the work. This is a no frills building, it's an automotive garage with good mechanics. Terry runs a very honest business, friendly with absolutely no arrogance or demeaning to women, very respectful.

My nephew needed work done on his car, and I was assisting him in finding a reputable place to have the work done. Terry was straightforward and his price was fair without unecessary cost. Integrity is hard to find now days when it comes to auto repair and the experience I had going to Terry's Automotive definately makes me happy to refer my friends and family. Thank you.

Terry and his team fixed my alternator quick. Fair price and efficient! You can trust Terry to take care of your car. I was standing talking to a guy who was also picking up his car. Apparently he has used Terry s automotive multiple times with good things to say. Thanks Terry!!!

Terry s a great guy who s been in business for some decades now, so you know he s doing something right. He has many loyal customers and deserves the 5 star review, but, the next time he gives the ok to someone to leave their car overnight, he should inform them about his parking situation they re already taking a chance by driving the car that has the issue to his shop, but then not being able to park it and having to drive it back home on a prayer? Still p d about it. Other than that. Overall good place and affordable

Alternator went fritzy on our 2012 Honda Odyssey. We called them first thing this morning, got a quote, and took it in.In less than 2hrs they had new alternator in, way ahead of expected turnaround time, and we were on our way. Terry and his team were incredible. Very friendly, great price, and solid service.We'll be doing all our maintenance and repair work with them in the future

So far we've had several great experiences here. They seem to be honest and have saved us money on a couple of repairs by not trying to sell us extra stuff.

Terry was extremely professional and very helpful. Came in the get a new alternator and the price was reasonable and the work was fast. He had my car for just one day and then it was back in my hands. I would recommend him to anyone. The drop off was easy and the pick up even easier. These guys are great. Out of about 5 shops I called these guys were the only ones that got me in same day! On top of that they are good guys and are very integral, they ended up telling me my repair was covered under warranty and I could get it fixed for free at the dealership. I will be back next time I have car issues.

Terry is THE VERY BEST! Very knowledgeable, kind, fair and top notch! Our whole family will always go there for any automotive needs! He does super work, charges fair prices, does the work needed in a very short time and even follows up to make sure everything is working great.

I would highly recommend Terry and the guys at Terry s Automotive. I first took my truck to Terry s a couple of years ago when my alternator went out. Terry arranged a tow truck to pick it up from my house and made sure to look after me. I ve been going back to him ever since for any work I need on both my car and truck. I always experience top quality work for a VERY reasonable price.

Took my new Ford truck that I have had 6 months to Terry after I saw oil on my driveway. He had his guys pull it in immediately to look over. Figured out the problem in a less than 5 minutes and had the part in route to repair it. I told him I d come back after lunch to pick it up. Came back to pick it up and was charged $30! The dealer wanted to charge $145 just to look at it!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was in Norman OK looking to purchase a vehicle. When I drove the vehicle, it felt like it stutters when I step on the gas. I took it to Terry's Automotive before committing to the purchase. The owner Terry was very helpful. Terry quickly saw a few problems as soon as he lift up the hood. His staff noticed a few other issues with the vehicle that I hadn't even noticed and Terry hadn't got to yet.After pointing out all the issues, we decided to take Terry's recommendation and decided not to go through with the deal.Thanks to Terry and his staff for the pointers and guidance. Shop is small, but, highly recommend that you visit Terry's Automotive to get their professional opinions before you make a purchase. Will likely save you thousands of dollars and time.

Terry does good work. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is friendly and honest. He doesn't charge me an arm and a leg for services. He is very reasonable. I appreciate his speedy service too.

terry is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. he works with you if he knows you don't have a lot and he has saved my butt on more than one occasion. I have sent multiple friends to him and they are all regular customers now as am I. You can't find a better person or deal. Been my repair shop for 20 years.

My car broke down at the hospital and I asked security who he would recommend nearby. He didn t hesitate to recommend Terry and I can see why! Terry takes pride in his work and will make sure you leave with your problem 100% fixed at a great price. I will be going back to have my timing belt done this month and he will be my go-to for any other problems that arise.

They have taken care of my son's 12 year old car twice now and done great work at a reasonable price. This past time they helped us diagnose a weird problem and didn't even charge me. They know their stuff, are nice and do good work!

Nice guy, just seems unorganized. I went there for a oil leak. He fixed my oil leak, put on new back brake pads, and a serpentine belt. I went to pick up my vehicle and he had lost my key. I waited about 30 minutes for them to look for it. They finally found it the next day. My car is now making a noise in the brakes. I returned my vehicle to him for two more days and they could not hear the noise I hear every day now. They lost my key again on my second visit but found it same day. My car is still making the rubbing noise.

A friend mentioned this man and his automotive. We've taken a total of 4 vehicles since early 2000s. I've passed this place forward to everyone I know. Do you want an honest mechanic doing right by you? I recommend Terry's Automotive!

My car needed towing to the shop due to a bad starter. Not only did Terry and his crew fix my car and change the oil/filter within 24 hours, they also drove me home from the shop and offered to pick me up. I've rarely received this kind of customer service from a mechanic. I am very impressed.
