The service guy seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. It was a slow process and took awhile to process the paperwork. Overall I'm just glad my tire was fixed and that Sam's replaced it with a new one.

I've been using Sam's Club tire service for years and they've always been great. I work in Moore and after the May 2013 tornado I constantly had to get tire patches (free) from driving through disaster areas and rubble. They were always fast and helpful. Recently one of my new tires needed replacing and the warrantee covered it completely!

This is a terrible place, please keep reading and you will notice how these people care nothing for their customers, and only want to avoid taking responsibility when they do something wrong.My mother-in-law and I brought the car past year to change the four tires. When we returned to get the car with the tires changed, we noticed something was wrong. The front and back right side hubcaps were not positioned correctly and they were cracked on multiple places. Further inspections revealed that the back right wheel had the wheel's rim bent in the same place where the hubcap's cracks were present, so they tried to cover whatever happened by pushing the hubcap. In addition, the tire pressure sensor light was on, and air was barely holding on the wheel as a result of this, which made driving her car dangerous.We came back and spoke with the managers, who entered and spoke with the employees to figure out what happened and plan what to say to us in group. All of them came to the car and looked at the car eluding their responsibility by determining the origin of the issue to be previous to the tire change, and that they had nothing that could cause that. Not satisfied with our interactions with the shop's crew, we contacted Sam's managers, who in turn did not solve anything either.We have multiple pictures of the wheels (new and old) where you can see how the wheel that they replaced had marks of being forced for removal using a long metallic instrument as a lever exactly following the rim bump.We had to bring the car to a different tire shop (Discount's tire), were they were able to unbent the rim at NO COST in 45 minutes... I only feel shame for Sam's Club Tire & Battery and their crew. I can understand that there is place for human error, but I don't allow people being negligent, specially when my mother-in-law could have had an accident due to the low air pressure...

This is for another Sam's - I guess I don't know how to navigate the site. ;( Anyway, we just got gas at the Sam's club in MWC. There was a very congenial worker out there - even washed our windshield!! He said he can tell how old people are by their reaction. "They either say. I've never had that done, or they say, That reminds me of the old days." He's quite a character. Hope he gets a raise, or a bonus.

It took 3 trips to get tires mounted correctly. They also stripped 2 different lugs in the process. Definitely would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Sam's used to be a great place for tires and batteries. All of there staff have turned over.They have locked the door, so now you have to come in the front door and walk back to automotive.

If you are a member this is a good place to buy your tires and while you are waiting go get a hotdog or a slice of pizza..the staff are very nice and the store is clean.
