Jeff and his team provide friendly service and excellent work at a great price. We use him for our family "fleet" of vehicles. I definitely recommend Jeff and R&J Complete Auto Care in Norman!

My truck had been sitting for a while, made things a bit worse trying to fix them myself, R&J got everything sorted out and fixed up no problem. Working with them was easy, clear communication, straight forward scheduling / pricing, and great work!

I returned to R&J, after some years away, with a special-need, two major oil leaks, which I knew would be a major, major repair.First off, R&J outlined a more comprehensive repair than the others from whom we sought estimated, and at a slightly lower estimate.Not only did they repair our car in record time, they saved us money off the original estimate when they found one of the repairs was unnecessary. They then diagnosed a second problem and fixed it. All of this for less than the original estimate.Highly, highly recommend R&J complete Auto Repair. They are honest, comprehensive and great to deal with

Incredible customer service and I am EXTREMELY happy with how much better my car drives. R&J's was able to diagnose and fix all the issues that I had with my car, very quickly! I highly recommend getting your car serviced here, if you are wanting your car to run the Best it has ever run before. Thank you gentlemen for such an incredible first service. I'm looking forward to returning once my vehicle needs it.

These guys are 100% trustworthy and provide excellent auto service. If you re worried about getting messed around, just schedule an appointment with these guys. It might not be the same day, but once they start, it takes no time for them to complete it, maybe two hours tops, and you know you re getting the job done right. It s well worth the wait.

This is hands down THE BEST SHOP AROUND.There were multiple times I had a good talk with Jeff on the phone, they were honest and knew exactly what they were talking about without making me feel as though I didn t know about my vehicle though.There were multiple times they could have recommended something to be replaced like some other shops might have or could have, but they were honest and said that part still had good life left in it. They replaced exactly the right parts that truly needed replaced, all for a good fair wage (which I thought was very affordable), and they did it all while keeping great communication.Very kind, great people to work with all around. The mechanic, Rick, was accommodating. He was respectful of my time and my situation. After he diagnosed my car problem, he called to let me know exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost without the "forceful and frightening" experience that other mechanics use to scare you to fix your car. I recommend that you give them a try.They have the lowest diagnostic fee, and that's always a plus, especially when you are on a shoestring budget. I will go back to them for my future car mechanical issues.

The J part of the R&J name was quite rude. Maybe a good place to get your car fixed, but this guy's attitude caused us to look somewhere else. He made it clear they don't need any business. Would not recommend them to anybody I liked!!

Very safe, clean,professional and very kind. Jeff is an AMAZING person and was very, very helpful. I contacted R&J during the Christmas holidays (23 December 2020) because of a noise under my car hood. The mechanic that l had used for over 20 years had to closed permanently, due to virus 19. I wanted to find a new mechanic near my home so l started looking in the Norman area. I called a couple of shops before reaching Jeff at R&J. Jeff was so pleasant and kind on the phone l had to give him a chance and l'm so happy I did!!! I had the car towed to R&J and they immediately checked it and notified me of the findings with a cost estimate, had the work done. R&J did the repairs in a very timely manner. When picking up the vehicle l found they took extremely good care of my vehicle. As a female, l must say l left with my car very happy and not feeling like l had been ripped off. I plan to continue to go to R&J for all my future car needs and HIGHLYRECOMMEND R&J for your car repairs. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JEFF, you are top notch guy. I had new tires put on at a place that didn't offer alignments. I am not a fan of Hibdon's so I refused to go there. I called 5 or 6 family owned places in Norman and they all quoted me around the same price as Hibdon's. Spoke with Jeff and he quoted a price cheaper than the others. It was close to closing time so I was able to drop off the car the next morning and they text me it was ready within 2 hours. Friendly, fast and reasonably priced!!!

I have been a customer of R & J s for as long as they have been open. They do a great job and take great care of you and your vehicle! I wouldn t go anywhere else and I recommend them to all my friends! They are ultimate professionals! Jeff Nicks is not only a great mechanic, he s also a great guy!
