Replaced driver seat foam insert and repaired worn upholstery. The seat is now like brand new. I highly recommend OAM. I'll be using them for all my upholstery needs in the future. I'd give the 6 stars if I could. Very reasonable prices as well.

O.A.M took care of the head liner on my MINI and it looks fantastic! They took it and went above and beyond what I thought it was going to be like. I wanted a black suede look and feel. They also fixed a torn seam in my driver seat. I know any other future needs will be taken over to them and would highly recommend anyone to them!

Edited with Response to Owner:-Texting After hours: The "I think the chair is finished" was sent from you on a Friday night. My text checking on the chair correction was sent on a Thursday evening. You had Friday to respond but didn't, YOU chose to respond on a Sunday to open the communication up. Don't play victim here-Patiently wait??? We dropped the chair off in April to be the first customer in July.... It's September... We've waited-I did not tell you how to run your business, if we were there first we asked not to be pushed behind new projects-There was not enough left over fabric to recover the entire chair since none of the fabric you used can be used to fix whats wrong-You used the wrong nail heads and we ordered to correct that, wasn't 3 weeks late. Was after you tried to sneak bronze ones past us.-Pictures: Yes they are of an unfinished chair I am glad you see that now, you told us it was finished in Text message and ready to pick up.-Key here: You never communicated to us: it needed new foam, you couldn't get black nail heads, you couldn't stay within the estimated time frame, and this was out of your normal scope to be able to complete.We are just extremely disappointed with all of this because you guys were nice people and tried to make it personal, its not, I cant leave you a good review if there service you provided wasn't goodIf I could give a negative star I would. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend taking any furniture you need recovered somewhere else. We wanted to stay local to have a very special chair reupholstered (family heirloom with personal childhood significance). What they provided when they said I think we re done was mediocre and something I could have done with zero experience in my garage. The fabric was extremely loose, black threads showing on a light fabric, the wrong nail heads were installed also unevenly spaced and crooked, the back panel was only being held up by 3 nail heads, cording was omitted (no attention to detail or the original upholstery of chair) and staples were exposed. It wasn t just about the quality either; the communication was horrible (blamed the loose fabric on the fabric and foam from fabric selections they provided and instead of letting us know it needed new foam which we would have gladly been open to additional cost to add, they just recovered the old. The 2-3 week quote for turnaround was extremely underestimated or ignored. When we noticed the wrong nail heads had been installed (we requested black), we were told those were the darkest they could get (bronze) and asked if we wanted blacker than that? I was able to find black nail heads online and ordered them while standing there along with a spacer for them to use! They also continued to call the corrections for the horrible work changes. There were no changes or any additional work requests, we just wanted them to fix their work that was done incorrectly and subpar. They told us at this time it would be 2-3 days for all corrections to be made once they had the nail heads. I ordered them myself and dropped them off on August 24th. I contacted them on Sept 6th to check on the chair since we had not heard from them and they had barely started the corrections (had only pulled the wrong nail heads out). After back and forth texting, which was extremely unprofessional and immature, they refused to give us a timeline to complete the chair or guarantee we would receive a quality professional job back and we decided to pick up the unfinished chair. They refused to give us our deposit back (said it was to pay for the fabric, which is useless and cannot be reused by another upholsterer to correct the work). I also found they had broken a bracket screw off in the chair and didn t fix it or say anything about it. Horrible communication, horrible quality and craftmanship, unprofessional and zero ability to manage their own schedule. Go somewhere else.

Amazing place, great service and atmosphere,Their prices are reasonable, and their service is top notch , brought my seats and the pictures speak for themselves when everyone else told me to buy new. OAM exceeded my expectations, I will recommend them to everyone, one thing they do take their time on the projects but we ll worth the wait.Thank you oam

Neil and Angie reupholstered the seats and door panels for my 1968 VW Beetle. They look amazing and the craftsmanship is top notch. Neil went above and beyond expectations and was up front about costs, responsive to questions and phone calls, and professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend OAM for any upholstery needs.

We had a couple of rockers that need some TLC for the cushions so we could get out and enjoy our porch. O.A.M. took great care of us! They suggested marine grade vinyl that would last through the Oklahoma weather and the rebuild is just more than we could have hoped for from our new cushions! Now not only are we sitting in comfort , but in style! Thanks O.A.M. !

This was honestly the best service I have ever experienced in the auto industry. I had a unique situation where I needed to have a car seat removed. When I called he said he would do it and gave me a quote. He set up a time, kept it and even sent me detailed instructions on how to locate his shop. He was kind and friendly. Most important, the seat was NOT EASY to remove. It worked his butt off to get that seat out for me (in the heat). Even going as far to sand something done after he finally removed it to make sure it was safe. He has no quit in him! I would trust this man to do anything he says he could do on my car. This man is a true business man. I wish I could give him more then 5 stars.

Good quality work. They were fast too! Even when they were busy, they knocked out my seats in an hours time. I'm happy with the results! Thanks again you guys. Now my little brother can ride comfortably and proudly again. No more torn seats.

Neil did outstanding work and for a great price. Neil and his son were great to visit with as we loaded my heavy bag and bench cover. I am scheduling a return trip to get my Avalanche seat repaired!

I brought my motorcycle seats in with no padding and just horrible. I come back after 2 days and it has new padding and he just did more than expected. I absolutely love it and I m very excited to get my seats on. I am more than happy with the results. I highly recommend.

I own an expensive bag that was made poorly. The shoulder strap connection at the bag fell apart on one side and was coming apart on the other end. We discussed options for repair. Several ideas were bandied, and then we agreed on a plan of action. A timeline was given. I received a text today that the item was repaired - TWO WEEKS EARLY. The repair was excellent and he had even upgraded the strap connection that we did not discuss. The bag is now constructed to a level that it should have been by the high end manufacturer. I am quite pleased with the quality of the repair. The charge for the work was very reasonable for the service provided. I highly recommend A.O.M.
