Horrible experience tonight at this store off Lindsay st in Norman. Worst customer service by not one but two folks working this evening. I came in 30 mins prior and came back to return an item I paid for via card transaction and they wouldn t refund it for a different bulb clearly I had gotten the wrong one. I ll be sure to let folks know to go to another auto parts store and I will return these to another store that wants to treat a paying customer right!!! Get better!! I m myself a business owner and could never even think of treating customers this way!!

I ve been buying parts from these guys for years. For the last two years they re starters, alternator s, gearbox s that I have purchased have all failed. Multiple returns on the starters and alternators.. Altima.. garbage. Being lifetime warranty these parts are only lasting weeks. Went to return another today to get a replacement and I was told They no longer wanted to replace their lifetime part. I got my money back. Long story short their customer service is as good as their alternators.

Lukas did an incredible job of helping me. Replacing a brake light in my daughter's car should have been simple, but it was not. Lukas took his time to install the bulb with great care. He is also very personable. I normally come to this OReilly location, but will continue to do so knowing that Lukas is an employee. Thanks, Chris Elledge Norman, OK

Shawn (or Sean), not sure of spelling of his name, but he was really great! He helped me with a battery terminal issue, took care of everything, and provided excellent customer service. He was helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. My battery died and was pretty corroded. When I first came in they were extremely nice and more than willing to help in any way possible. After getting the battery, Mr. Loren came out to switch the batteries. It was an absolute mess, but he continued to work way longer than most people would. Without Mr. Loren and the O'Reilly team, I would not have had my car up and running that day. I am beyond grateful. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

I think Lonnie helped me with my battery tonight and did an amazing job. After working all day coming out to a car that Barry started wasn t what I wanted. But he checked and replaced the battery for me. Thanks for your help.

The staff at this location were very friendly and extremely helpful. They had everything I needed and where able to answer all my questions. They even when as far as to look up a chemical disposal facility for me so I could dispose of some old antifreeze. I am from out of town and not familiar with anything here and they helped me as if I was there neighbor.Thank you I appreciated it.

Best place to listen to grown people make silly noises and try to describe their vehicle issues when they should just see a proper technician. Wanna get advice from someone who isn't a technician but wishes they were? How about one who was but probably has really bad personality and clashes with most people? They're at every single one. But they'll get the part at a decent price. And they inspired Black Sheep's company. At least I like to believe that.

If they dont have it, they will get it, usually same day. They almost always give me veteran s discount without my asking for it. Helpful people, and it is close to home.

I came in 5 minutes before closing. I was needing new windshield wipers. I received prompt service to tell me which wipers I needed and a recommendation as to which brand to purchase. Then the 2 gentlemen working each replaced 1 of my wipers for me. This is the best service I have ever received at an auto parts store and for such a cheap purchase. I left feeling like a VIP with a smile on my face. Praise the Lord Jesus for such a wonderful business with excellent customer service oriented employees willing to go the distance to make me feel like my business was valuable to their company.

I have gone here many times for parts. Also for them to mix paint. Every time the staff is courteous, extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Paid 200% of online prices to try and keep it local for shocks and struts they don t even carry a wrench or device to assist me in loosening my trailer hitch nut? If I must purchase or carry all the items necessary for the process why would I ever come here again? (You should probably think about grabbing one to keep some customers in the future.

I came in here with my sister to have them test the battery on her car and check her air filter. The gentleman that helped us was very professional and friendly. He did not sell us anything we did not need. Many people would test the battery and tell you that it is going bad just to sell you $120 battery. This was not the case with this guy. I wish I would have got his name so I could complement him properly. He was glad to change her air filter. He was also very friendly just to chat with in general. Everyone I have encountered that works here has been very professional and courteous. I would come back here for any auto part need. Keep up the awesome work guys.

After the ice storm we just had, I purchased my first chainsaw from Lowe's. I called this store in advance to ensure this store had chainsaw bar and chain lube. The older gentleman on the phone assured me they had plenty and "hadn't sold any for 3 months until today." I then asked the gentleman if he thought they would still have it by the time I got there. I drove the 20 minutes from Moore to their store. Upon arrival I inquired at the front desk if they had any. The young guy at the front counter informed me they hadn't had any for hours... Thank you kind sir for wasting an hour of my time.

Okay most know O Reilly Auto Parts has a decent selection if not can get it within hours from their extensive warehouse. Not all but, most counter-staff are nowhere close to being educated on their own products, applications & automobiles in general. Now, if you need wiper blades, a check engine light code or perhaps a battery installed find the female counter-person as she will know more and work harder.

You did a mama's heart good today and gave me a big piece of mind. My daughter is in Norma at college. She had car trouble yesterday and we sent her with our spare care back to college. She got up this morning to a car that would not start. She was able to get it jumped and made it to the store and Jevin was amazing. He had her on the road within 20 minutes. Thank you gentlemen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While long distance traveling, our boat trailer tire lost FOUR lug nuts. It was almost closing time and Branden said he stay open for us if we were a little late, but we made it! He helped us find the right size, then helped with getting them on and suggested a different size that worked out fantastic! Gave us suggestions for fixing the issue that lost us the lug nuts, just a wealth of knowledge.He was absolutely a gem to work with and de-stressed a very stressful moment for us.

The folks here are very helpful. They're able to get your parts very quickly and get you back out on the road very quickly I'd like some of the larger corporate competitors.

Growing up, i always worked on my own cars but my cousin would help me. Side note- I can t remember everything i learned because memory loss is a side effect from the chemo.- Two months ago, he passed away. When i went to get parts and run the diagnostic check on my truck, it felt like Robert was with me the whole time. Not just that one time, I ve returned quite a few times with issues and every time, I m treated like family!!!! It s super important these days more than ever. My skin tone shouldn t matter anywhere, but some places it does. Not there. Thanks everyone for treating me as an equal and getting me back on the road!

I have rarely gone here and they not have what I need in stocks. And then, they can usually order it and have it here in 2-3 days.

Went for a battery check. Guy tells me battery is no good and he can sell it to me a battery not install it. I ask why and he said because of the corrosion. No tips on how to fix or anything. Needless to say I won't be back

My family and I had broken down and I had a friend of mine take me to get the parts that we needed. Brandon and Kyle where so patient and helpful! Very kind and understanding. I will definitely use that location in the future! Thank you guys so much for everything!

The best thing about O'Reilly is their reliability. If I need a specific part for my car, I know exactly where it is and that it'll be in stock. Unlike competitors, I have never walked out of this store empty-handed.
