Norman automotive was so helpful and sweet! I brought my car in on a Monday and it was ready to go by Thursday! They called and let me know what was wrong and had it done within the hour! Thank you so much Norman automotive! I will definitely be back when need be :)

I highly recommend this shop! My mom has used them a couple times and they do great work! Yesterday, I was stranded at Walmart because what I thought was my key fob dying was a larger problem. Jimmy found the issue, ordered the part and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back, same day! They are honest people and do great work!

They did a great job! They replaced the shocks/struts on my 2009 Mazda 6 as well as my cv axles since they were beginning to leak grease for $2000. There wasn't pressure to have anything unnecessarily done and were professional throughout the process. They even gave me a discount on the labor. They also take checks with ID so you can save the 3.5% debit/credit fee without having to get cash.

The owner, Jimmy, is the sweetest, honest and most genuine man. I don't think these guys will ever understand how grateful I am. My dad was a mechanic for over 35 years and he passed away from a sudden heart attack. I am healing from his death and not only deal with the waves of grief but I lost my personal mechanic for everything car maintenance. Mechanic shops take me back too.. the smells and sounds but Jimmy is running an excellent business. The office environment is clean, welcoming, and organized. His staff are always friendly and can get me a quote quickly. Jimmy is great about working me in even with odd requests like pulling off my back seat to get it cleaned! They do honest work too! Excellent small business with great people!I will not trust another mechanic (except my dealership until my car is out of warranty booooo) but then I am freee hahah I am SO so thankful to of found Norman Automotive! Thank you all so much!!!

Working in Oklahoma about 45 miles away from Norman. My Brakes went out on my 2001 Ranger and there was no way I could drive the 300 miles home to get it fixed by my mechanic. I found Norman Auto on the internet with very good reviews. I called them on Friday and was able to get my truck to them on Monday. They texted me on Tuesday saying it was ready. They were very reasonable and did not try and upsell me on anything. Fixed what was broken. Would highly recommend and will use them if the need arises again while I am working up here.

New to area. Saw the reviews for the shop and decided to try them. Had a burned out window motor and they replaced it. I felt the price was just about where it needed to be without being too high and they were friendly and polite and appreciative of the business. Will take our vehicles back there in the future for sure.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff that took my finances into consideration and dealt with what needed to be done. After a long sit, the car is perking back up! Only problem is, the place can get busy. Call ahead!

Truck died in their parking lot, they were super nice about it. Fixed my transmission, were very patient with me. The whole household goes here for our automotive problems, will absolutely recommend. Norman Automotive is hands down the best shop in the metro to have your vehicle worked on. They are fair, honest, and offer a great value. I had issues with a wheel bearing that they quickly resolved.They were extremely polite and professional from the very start. In fact everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional.This particular job was done in the same day.Will def return for future issues.

Excellent work and great staff!I had taken my car to another mechanic to fix my AC and they failed, despite charging me a lot of money.The excellent mechanics at Norman Automotive not only got the AC working, but found mistakes the other mechanic had made and also found things they had missed.If you want your car fixed right the first time, bring it here.Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning
