Was in for first service appointment. A very good experience. Friendly, explaining every aspect of service, and show of appreciation for my being a customer. Six months of doing business with Nelson Mazda and all positive experiences. Each department that I have dealt with has been spectacular.

Beware!!! I went to buy a pre owned car it broke down in less than 30 days. They added they could not do anything about it. Now I m stuck with a pre owned car that I have to fix, on top of the loan and insurance I have to pay for.
