Great service when went in looking to buy an auto part. Had the best price around for the specific part I was looking for. Store was clean and organized, and employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Multiple times now I ve ordered a part and was charged extra after it came in and the owner got very angry with me for asking what the extra charge was for, one of the times it was shipping and I was not told that it would be a whopping $50 when I ordered the $90 part! - this is the final straw

I went in to see if I could get some help tightening the ball on my new RV stabilizer hitch. It takes almost a 2 inch socket and needs 450 pounds of torque. They put it on for me for free which was a big relief and very kind. We will be doing future business with them. Thank you NAPA!

I ordered a couple parts, paid for them and the freight in store on a Saturday. The salesman said the earliest we ll see it is Thursday . They took my number and said they would call. I never got a call. I showed up the following Saturday and they said they shipped the parts back. Pretty upset because they didn t call and only held the parts for less than 2 days. I asked for a refund for the parts and was told no. Pretty ridiculous. They were paid in full by me, they had no right to send them back 2 days after receiving them. I will never do business with NAPA ever again.

I went in to get a hydraulic hose rebuilt after hearing they can get them done quickly and reasonably priced. Tyler quickly rebuilt the hose but charged almost 3 times more than there competitors. I asked for my original hose to be returned but he wouldn t. He called there competitor to check and see the price of the exact hose. It was $65 compared to $155. Huge difference. He complained that he has already made the hose so he came down some in price. I suggest always getting at quote before having Tyler do any work for you. He will over charge given the opportunity. Very unprofessional. Not how you get return business.

NAPA has a beautiful new well laid out store with the best staff ever. Every time I go in they have products advertised as just the right price.Don't be afraid to ask them to find something or look it up for you. They've got cross-references other auto parts stores can only dream of.

Vary knowledge able staff. Need a 1 in hydraulic hose. They made us a new one while we waited and gave a vary fair price

We operate a mobile mechanic business and this is by far our favorite place and people to work with!They're so helpful, so knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, when we need it. Could not recommend them more!

Extremely helpful. They went above and beyond.i just needed a fluid refill but they were fast and courteous like I was the only customer. Even offered to let me wash my hands after working on my car.

This particular Napa location has a massive amount and variety of inventory. This is definitely I made your convenience. Customer service is top notch but, the prices are a bit on the high side.

The salespersons here are always very helpful as well as knowledgeable. I'm handicapped and they always carry anything of any size or weight out to my vehicle. Great place and great prices!

NAPA is in my opinion the best auto parts house in America. They sell the highest grade replacement parts and in most cases if you desire some less expensive parts you can buy them there as well. My thoughts.....my once and done. Love NAPA.

Well if they say they are going to help put in a headlight bulb in for me , they should be honorable, but I feel after the purchase it changed.Tell the truth I would have purchased anyway.

Absolutely terrible service, called multiple times with no answer and even a couple hangups. If you need to know if they have the part you need don t even bother calling might as well just drive there and check in person.

They were horrible we ordered a tool they said it would be there the next day by noon we get there and they said it was never ordered then they tell us it was ordered under some company name we don't even know then they tried to jack up the price it was a horrible experience all the way around

Was absolutely a horrible experience and do not suggest anyone shopping here the workers are rude and are not helpful at all they claim to do military but they lied I ordered a part and was treated horribly and will never be back
