Car was smoking this morning and went in and was told it was oil leaking on the engine. Recommended extra work and spent $800. Denied work on struts and battery. Thought work was done on the radiator. Sent me off with a toasted radiator I thought was fixed. Blew my engine. Simple miscomunication but expensive and very frustrating for me. Hopefully I can just replace the radiator.

Took our Lexus in for muffler work. Very impressed with great personal service. We love supporting locally owned businesses as well. Work stayed within estimate and work was done promptly. Will definitely use this business again!

Needed my car alignment done and Midas had the best reviews. Made an appointment online, I showed up early and they started work. Took about an hour. Quoted me for brake work for the future. Quick and friendly service!

I went for oil change and they got me right in and of course they let me know about regular maintenance issues. Overall I wasn t pressured into anything else they were very nice and pleasant to work with. Good people that work here.

Great experience twice! First visit to replace spark plugs that were in a very difficult spot to get to. One wire got jiggled loose next am. I took it back immediately they re connected & I was good to go. Second visit replace windshield washer tank that was cracked & stripped wiper arm gears. So far so good! They are a busy shop so make an appointment if possible or come prepared to wait if necessary.

I have never felt welcome at other mechanic shops. But Midas always goes above and beyond to help me out when I have trouble with my car. I always really appreciate the time they take to explain everything and recommend the best options for me and my vehicle. They even stayed open late to wait for me when I had a flat tire and needed help.

Called to see if I could have truck aligned they said yes we can get it taken care of by the end of day. End of day rolled around and it was this and that about finishing in the morning.... I work 2 jobs and need my truck, I made that clear and was told it'll be done by 9. I show up at 10 and my vehicle is on the alignment rack, a mechanics counting money no one working on my vehicle. My inquiry was met with some passive aggressive response acting as if I'm so how out of line or Impatient... when in reality I was told this would be done yesterday was relying on it being done yesterday then sold on a false idea that it would be. They have now passed the eta twice and don't seem to care. Super slow costing me time and money. Don't recommend it's now 11 and I'm still here with no clear finish time very disappointed.

I called looking to get my alternator replaced, I asked if they had the part on hand and if they could get it done that day, I was told yes over the phone, and in person when I asked again, I proceeded to wait for over an hour and they didn t have the part and couldn t fix my car until three days later. Go elsewhere if you want a reliable service.

I have been taking my cars to this Midas since about 2009 and never anywhere else. Always very friendly, honest , and top notch service. I miss seeing Steve but the new management is doing an excellent job and maintaining the quality of service we depend on. I recommend Midas to everyone I know. Took my vehicle in with a flat tire and was told it would be $25 to fix. It turned out I had ran over a power driver socket with a 1/4" shaft. They tried to fix it with 2 regular plugs but the hole was too big so they ordered an oversized plug. That didn't work either and they had to dismount the tire from the rim and put a patch on the inside of the tire. The whole process took about 2 hours. When I went to pay they told me there was no charge and wished me a Merry Christmas. I will definitely go back for future service needs and highly recommend you consider them for your service needs also.Jack Van Every

I took my 2021 Dodge Charger to get the oil changed...I got my tires rotated and they did alot of additional checks like my battery, my brakes,my electrical system,suspension,steering and transmission plus my exhaust...I recieved a written report on everything they did. I was charged less then 50$ for everything..They are very friendly and courteous.I recommend everyone to go there..I will definitely take my car there from now on. Thanks You Midas

Midas is a great and reliable company to use. As a young woman I have to worry about getting scammed by car shops and dealerships, but I have never had that problem with Midas.Every appointment they take care of exactly what I need, they don t overcharge me or take advantage of my inexperience, and they take specific time out of their day to explain exactly what is going on with my vehicle and they always give me solid advice.I recommend Midas to anyone who I overhear has car issues.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

On my pickup 2013 GMC Sierra, I used my $29.00 coupon and they charged me $50.00 more because they said I needed 1 more quart then what was on the coupon. Which i think was rediculous. When a quart of oil shouldn't cost no $30.00 a quart. ????? And tried to tell me stuff was wrong with it thats not even wrong with it.

When faced with an unexpected problem and delay in repair completion time due to a defective part that was sent to Midas, they swiftly obtained another new part and completed my repair, compensating me with a cost adjustment for the inconvenience caused. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient.

It s not often that a visit to an auto mechanic reaffirms your faith in humanity, but after a visit to Midas I can testify that it can happen.After telling my tale of woe about visiting several places with no avail and ended up with invalid answers to a minor car issue. Nick and Cody solved the mystery and helped a single struggling mother with a common tire issue. Thank you!Again today, Joe helped with a minor problem. 2-12-2024Great staff! You gained a customer. $163 per hour for welding is high for a muffler shop. A 4 to 5 inch weld on an exhaust does not take 1.5 hours, other local shops will install and entire exhaust for the $263 I was quoted for a tiny weld, not a full 360 degree weld, not a complicated one, a basic and easy weld. This shop tried to take advantage of peoples ignorance or naivety, to make a ton of money for a tiny amount of work Would NOT RECOMMEND this shop!

Took my car there August 10th to get my input speed sensor fixed they suggested I replace both so I did them I pick up my car they trying tell me I need oil change and new carbon air filter and another filter if u look on my window it shows it was already serviced just trying get more money out of me. The next day my check engine light came back on said something about my clutch actuator they cleared it looked at the clutch saying it was fine. Now less then 2 months later my transmission light came on and check engine light ran a machine it said my output speed sensor something they was supposed to change I towed my car back and now they trying tell me I need new clutch after they said it was good I would never suggest anyone to go there. I felt bad recommended 2 other people and they tried to rip them off. Do not ever recommend them to no one ever again very unsatisfied.

where do I start with Steve!! Now I see why everyone is singing praises about him.. He is truly a God send. Honda dealership recommended some services and charged ridiculous fees for them. Steve said with confidence that he'll beat those prices in a heart beat and sure enough he did more than that! the customer service was above and beyond. you won't regret taking your car to midas with Steve. got a lifetime customer and will definitely recommend!! I had an oil change done and the next morning noticed a puddle of fresh oil on my garage floor. I took the car back and they said it was leaking from the oil pan plug and just needed another washer (no charge). The next day, I saw more oil on the floor; not just small drips, but a puddle 3" in diameter. By now, I didn't trust them and wondered what they'd done to my car since it had never leaked a drop of oil before. Being retired military, I took it to the auto hobby shop at Tinker AFB and put it on the lift where I saw they'd installed a new oil pan plug with a very cheap plastic washer which was leaking profusely. I pulled the plug out and it was a standard SAE 1/2" plug when it should have been a metric plug. Fortunately, the threads in the oil pan were ok and I bought the correct metric plug at the Hyundai dealer. Also, when I drained the oil out to look at the plug, it seemed really dirty for being only a few days old and then I looked at the supposedly "new" oil filter and it was very dirty........like it had been there a while. I'm quite certain they didn't change the oil filter either. In a nutshell, I've had to pay for the original oil change, buy another oil pan plug w/washer, buy five quarts of oil and oil filter from Walmart, and pay the Tinker auto hobby shop for the use of their lift - twice, all totaling about $125. Unfortunately, I have no recourse and can't prove they lost my original oil pan plug or that they didn't change the oil filter. How do you screw up an oil change? Well, this is how. Guys, if they did it to me, they can do it to you too. Think hard before bringing your car to this Midas store.Update:My oil pan plug continued to leak and after several attempts and no success in stopping the leak, I took the car to Hyundai where they discovered that the oil pan plug hole threads were stretched and fractured due to severe over-torqueing. They ended up replacing the oil pan at considerable cost. Much to my surprise, a regional manager from Midas saw my original review and contacted me and promised to cover my expenses and make it right. He was true to his word, reimbursing me $614. My time, mileage, gas, and inconvenience are worth something, but I didn't make an issue of it and was satisfied to receive reimbursement for repairs. While I won't be returning for more oil changes, I'm very pleased they stood by their work and made things right. In the end, a new inexperienced guy probably messed it up and I'm sure Midas management has had some words with that store.Service: Oil change

I have been going to this Midas for oil changes and car repairs for the last 12 years (3 different cars) and I've never had a bad experience! They are so professional, honest, efficient, and always take good care of my car. My parents have been going to Midas for years as well and have also always had a positive experience :) 100% recommend! !

I love the team here at Midas on Lindsey Street. I always receive great service, and I always feel like I get a reasonable price. I have been getting regular car maintenance here for a several years, and I have never had a bad experience. They are upfront with me about the issue and the work that needs to be done. I trust that the work they are doing is good and that I am getting a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!
