I had used these guys multiple times in the past to repair my vehicle with no problem. I tried to do this again but had my own new part this time for the broken one and was turned away being told they don't use outside parts. It seems that you cannot pay for labor unless you also purchase the parts at this location if you are looking around for automotive shops.

i have been getting my car serviced at the dealership for years and got tired of leaving there feeling robbed of both my time and money. my experience at Master Tech was the exact opposite, quite possibly the most pleasant car service experience i ve ever had. everyone i encountered was friendly and sincere. i look forward to giving them my business again in the future!

Everybody was great from beginning until end! I dropped my car off the night before in there parking lot, super convenient. They did a diagnostic which was good because I thought it was my spark plugs but it was my 02 sensor. So that wouldn't have helped l o l. A lot of places would have just done it or would have charged me for a diagnostic. They also quoted me the cheapest for the work they did. Everybody was very nice and helpful I will definitely go bck if needed.

TrustworthyWhat can I say that hasn t been said? I m a single 60+ woman, and it feels like everyone wants to take advantage. However, that has never been the case wIth Chris and the Master Tech Team!!! They are worth every penny. They keep me safe and stand behind their work and word! They are not the cheapest in town, nor the most expensive. They are honest, have integrity and do quality work! I ve been using Master Tech for over 20years! Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. They work hard to keep you in the loop as to what is going on. Very transparent. I've had several times where the bill comes in under estimate. Just a great overall experience every time I have used them.

I moved to Norman over a year ago and have had many car issues since. I went to probably 5 or 6 different garages, with lackluster results, high costs, and additional problems, resulting in a great deal of distrust in any of them. A car enthusiast and mechanical engineer friend recommended Master Tech to me when I had a massive oil leak stemming from poor work done at another garage. I gave them a call, and they provided an estimate that was well aligned with expectations (the dealership estimated the job at over TWICE the cost). Brought my car in and was kept up to date on goings-on, other issues discovered with the car, flexibility with all aspects, and -- critically -- transparency and honesty I have never seen from other garages. A follow-up bit of work is needed for a busted exhaust hanger (given the age of the car, heat just broke it over time and the oil pan replacement just drew attention to it as the exhaust needs removed to access the pan), but this is nothing unexpected and I'm glad that it will be in the hands of a service garage that I trust and that respects its patrons.I recommend Master Tech 10 stars out of 5. They do great work, are affordable and honest and respectful. I'm glad to finally have a garage I trust and will return with any future work I need done. Can't recommend them enough.

Great locally owned automotive repair shop that I recommend to people all the time. I've been taking our vehicles to them for repairs for about 20 years. They're good people & perform excellent quality work with reasonable prices.

Everything went as one should expect.Diagnosed the sound problem,Then Let me know the price,And fixed it in a very timely manner.( The Hub assembly and water pump)They were friendly the whole time.I Would recommend them. (And trust is a big issue for me when it comes to mechanics).

This company is pretty great! Got my college daughters car in quickly. Even took my kid back to campus so she didn t miss class. Kept college mom updated through the entire process. Upfront on costs and any changes that were needed. The only reason I didn t give 5 star is the cars idle is running faster than needed now after throttle switch was put on which caused the engine light to come back on while driving home for holiday weekend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went here to get a second opinion on some very expensive repairs that were recommended by the dealership. They were very honest and helpful, and explained things well. I ended up just paying for an oil change and one small repair. I also liked that they keep things on schedule and can let you know when they are available to do the work and then do it when they say they will. They were very nice guys all around.

Highly recommend. I had been searching for a reliable mechanic for my small fleet of work trucks since I started my company. Other places seemed to struggle to properly diagnose the issues the with vehicles I brought them and would charge an arm and a leg for their recommended repair. Which inevitably, wouldn t actually fix the problem.I was very impressed with master tech. They explained everything they did to fix the issues I was having, they charged a fair price, and they had my truck in and out in a single day. I won t be taking my trucks anywhere else from here on out.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

They are amazing! While no one likes car repairs, they have made the process as good as it gets! Both times I have used them, I was able to make an appointment, get my car in early, then get it back same day. They are very professional, kind, knowledgeable and reasonable. Any questions I have are answered thoroughly. I will definitely be using them again in the future because I appreciate all their hard work!

We moved here from PA and did research on a quality place to get our cars worked on. Master Tech Auto Services was at the top of our list and they did not disappoint. We received friendly customer service, reasonable cost, and quality repairs to our vehicle. I can't say enough GOOD things about this place. My wife's SUV wouldn't start over the weekend, so when we called Monday morning they told us they didn't have an opening for it until Friday, but we could bring it in and they would try and work it in. They called us Monday evening and told us exactly what was wrong with it and the price, we gave them the go ahead to repair it whenever they could get to it. They called my wife EARLY the next morning (Tuesday) and told her it was ready to be picked up. I was so happy they got it done so quickly, I wanted to pay a little extra so they could buy the mechanic lunch, and they basically wouldn't let me. EXTREMELY NICE HONEST PEOPLE! VERY RARE these days, especially in the auto repair business. SO, if you are looking for a GREAT local mechanic shop, GO HERE. I have found my FOREVER auto repair shop.

Called on a Monday at noon. Had AC blower issue. Due to a cancelation they were able to get my truck in and repaired by 430 same day! Great service and a fair price! Have used them for years and always straight forward and honest men of character! Work has always been done timely and correct. Zach and the entire crew were awesome! As soon as my daughter pulled up, Zach came out to help & test the battery. He was thorough to make sure the correct battery was found for her jeep. This is the first auto repair place we've been where it seems like everyone enjoyed taking care of people. Definitely recommend them! Thank you again!

Phenomenal service. Brought in 22+ year-old farm truck that had been used very hard... and then sitting for 10 years. Went through it top to bottom...never thought it would be running again...and back on the road for a fraction of my estimated cost.
