We went into Landers Dodge in Norman today, and the service we received from Nathan and other management was top-notch. I will recommend them any day of the week. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy! We had the best truck buying experience ever! I highly recommend Nathan! We asked specifically for him from another persons Google review and we are beyond happy we did!! He is an amazing person and a wonderful salesman. He was beyond patient and kind the entire time. Make sure you ask for him as you will truly enjoy buying a vehicle from him! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and truly has given us the best customer service from the moment we walked in all the way to helping us clean out our old truck and putting everything in our new truck! Thank you very much Nathan! We appreciate your dedication in making sure our family had the best truck to fit all of our needs!

Nice Dealership and SA, my only issue was their inventory to choose from. We went to other Jeep/Dodge dealerships nearby had more options. All-in-all, it was still a great experience. Everyone appeared to be friendly and was offering my little ones popcorn, water and candy canes. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great experience, dealership was fair in trade value and sale value. Finance experience was great. Not pushy, informative and remained professional throughout.Sales team took the time to answer questions, provide info over the phone and I had questions on the underside of the car and the team took the time to put it on the lift and send detailed images and videos.Honestly this was a great experience and i am glad I was able to purchase my car with them.

We are very pleased with the purchase we made on 3/16/24. Our sales Rep (David) was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Our only minor complaint is how long it took to get the second key fob and spare tire, but that may not have been under Landers control. They were finally received on 4/18/24. All said and done we would do business with Landers CDJR again.

I live in Texas and was looking for a specific make and model vehicle with certain specs. I ended up finding a match at Landers in Oklahoma and reached out to them. Nathan helped me from the very beginning to the end. Since I was out of state I wanted to get some extra videos and pictures of the vehicle before I made the trip up in person. He did all this and sent it to me right away. All throughout the next week he was very quick to respond back and answer any questions I had. I ended up making the trip up and ultimately bought the vehicle. Everything was just as he had described to me and was honest about everything with the vehicle good and bad. I would definitely recommend this Dealership and Nathan as a great salesman and easy to work with. I didn t feel high pressure or like I was being taken advantage of that I ve felt at other dealerships. I also dealt with Michael in finance (both before I made the trip to Oklahoma, and when I bought the vehicle). He was easy to work with as well. I would definitely be a return customer if I was closer or if they have a particular vehicle I m looking for.

10/10 would recommend this dealership. The truck has a pretty strong smell of cigarettes I wish I noticed more before leaving with it. While that is mostly on me, I would have wished it was taken care of before delivery. That said the team was great and the store looked good. It was the fastest, easiest auto buying experience I have had to date. When it s time for the next vehicle Landers will be my first stop.

How about an appointment for an oil change and show up for it and they shared we don t have the oil for your service. If you can wait a few hours we can have some here to finish the job. How disrespectful is that? What kind of dealership has no oil for an appointment made a week ahead? It s easy to ask someone to wait for your poor planing but are you willing to pay for my time? Having many choices of where to go this place will be way past last. Thank you for the great experience of what one doesn t want in a dealership. Two thumbs up for disappointment.

Our salesman, Cameron, was fantastic. Not too pushy, very informative and helpful, kind, and easy to work with. The dealership offered us a fair market price for the used RAV4 and made the purchasing process easy. No hidden fees or required add-ons. I will do business here again for sure.

I had a pre approval so my deal should have been easy. The problem was after the sale. It was extremely cold and the heater wasn t working on the drivers side the day after the sale. I called the dealership and talk to my sales person. He was incredibly rude and told me that I bought a $15,000 truck, so what did I expect. The vehicle was for my son. I talked to the sales manager and he asked us to bring the truck in and they would look at it. My son sat there all day Starting at 7:15 AM, which was the time I told him to bring it in only to get an estimate for over $4000 Saying that it needed the radiator replaced and a whole bunch of other things. This is after they gave me an carfax and told me that they did a vehicle inspection before delivery and everything was in good working order. This was the worst customer service after a sale ever. I do not recommend this place at all. They are not reputable.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Landers that I feel compelled to share as a warning to other potential customers. I purchased a used vehicle that was purportedly inspected to ensure all components were functioning properly. However, within mere days it became abundantly clear that either these inspections are incompetently performed or non-existent.The windshield wiper fluid did not work when I test drove the vehicle. The salesperson, Sam Nicholson, assured me this would be quickly repaired if not simply an issue due to cold weather. Yet after repeated unreturned contacts to follow-up, I learned he no longer works for the dealership and the issue still has not been fixed. I spoke to Braxton Stoneking in the service department twice about this issue and he has also failed to provide resolution.Moreover, in just the first two weeks I've had to pay over $2500 to replace a faulty radiator, battery, and oil cooler. The fact that major issues arose so quickly makes it very difficult to believe this vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to purchase as claimed by the dealershipIn summary, I cannot recommend Landers after the misrepresentations I experienced about the vehicle condition and extremely poor, dismissive service since purchase. It is clear customer satisfaction is not a priority once the sale has been made. I urge others to take their business elsewhere and hope Landers Jeep learns that providing dishonest sales tactics and disrespectful customer service will only lead to losing future business.

If I could, I would give 10 stars to Cameron Horton in the service department. He helped us through towing our Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit for the first time. He was so patient and helpful. The trip would not have happened without his help. Wow...what service!

We recently bought a used car for our 16 yr old daughter. We chose Landers over other dealerships as we knew they would take care of our needs. Purchasing a used vehicle can be a bit scary but we trusted their selection.They have a very friendly staff and a coffee machine worth trying!! After we purchased an extremely clean Jeep Cherokee we noticed the tires were older and had more wear than 1st noticed. I reached back out to Landers several days later. They quickly replied and the next day we had a new set of tires for a 1/4 of the price we would've paid anywhere elseThank you for taking care of us and our daughter.Our next vehicles will definitely come from Landers Chrysler Dodge of Norman.

After a couple weeks of stressful scheduling difficulties on my end, i finally called and got an appointment settled for getting my tires replaced. i manager to get Jordan as my rep both over the phone, which he had amazing service and got me in the next day at cheaper than i was first quoted, and inside when i showed up Jordan was right there asking about me. honestly made it more personal and made it feel like i was just hanging out at a friends while they fixed up my car. Anyway it was raining that day and i mentioned that my windshield wipers were pretty raw, so when i asked about where to get them replaced he added it in to the work order, with a specifications that if it was over a certain price to not do it without checking with me. He made me feel like my worries were his, so i didnt have anything to worry about while i waited about four hours, which was reasonable since the tires had just gotten in that day (thank you again Jordan for getting those ordered the day before), then when i went and checked out we talked about my work and how he could smell the Bar b Que from Rudys on my jacket, really just making me feel at home as thats the first thing my fiance always says when i get home. a perfect service job and amazing employee, i would do everything to keep him on my team. ill be asking for him next time, and if not ill be fine, cause im sure ill get someone just as good, but i doubt it could be more homefelt then having Jordan take care of me. he deserves all the praise i gave him, as a manager, and as a customer and guest.

My experience with Mitchell was excellent, Mitchell was very attentive and helpful. The Ram sold itself, the price was doable Mitchell just made made it happen by the way he treated me like a person and other employees and managers treated me the same. Took my vehicle in for warranty work and when I got it back there was a rattling noise coming from the underbody. The vehicle was rescheduled for service and I figured that something just didn't get tightened back up when the initial repair was completed. The vehicle was dropped off and after two days, I was notified by Service Tech Chad that the mechanic test drove my vehicle, heard the noise and retightened everything they had loosened from the prior work. I was informed the mechanic test drove it afterwards and the noise was gone. When I went to pick my vehicle up, Chad was at lunch and the young lady that helped me advised nothing was found to be wrong during the service visit. I inquired further because thats not what Chad had told me. The mechanic was asked about the repair in which he advised the vehicle was test driven, no noise was observed and no further work was completed. Needless to say, Landers Dodge Service Department is dishonest and I wouldn't believe anything they say or trust them to work on your vehicle.Still in need of a repair that didn t exist until they worked on it the first time.

Horrendously bad! Took our Jeep Compass in as it wouldn t start they told us it was the battery my husband asked them to check the alternator they said it was ok that was $500 with no loaner so my husband had to pay $300 to rent a vehicle. Got his vehicle back same issue took the vehicle back in they said it was the alternator and the cable, charged us $1200 still no loaner for us another another $300 in rental fees. 2 days later, same issue, no one will call to speak with us, insist in just texting, still no loaners nobody being accountable not even trying to help, customer service is absolutely nonexistent!!! DO NOT take your vehicle here for repair. If you do be prepared to have multiple issues and no loaner vehicle. FYI still waiting for a phone call! Just called Mike Evans, General Mgr, I found this number myself I was never given the info, I have left a message for him to call. I will update this review.

This dealership is awesome!! Our salesman name was Ryan he was very helpful and easy to speak with!! At no point in our entire purchase did I ever feel pressured or taken advantage of, these guys were honest and they worked with me at every stone n turn!! Couldn t ask for better people to deal with, mike in financial and management are 2 guys that also helped with my purchase I just want to thank all of you for helping me achieve another goal in my life!! trust me when I tell you I tried other places and came up empty time and time again!! These guys made it happen in 1 day!! If you want a new or used truck landers Chrysler jeep n dodge is where I would be!!

Braxton went above and beyond, our 2023 Grand Cherokee wouldn t start and my wife was trying to go out of town. It was towed to Landers late, 5pm, Braxton and the Tech stayed late (7:30 pm)and got it repaired and got her on the road. Can t say how appreciative we were. We have 3 Jeep/Mopar products and this is the type of service we receive from Braxton and the Landers team every time we visit their service department. Once again we appreciate them going above and beyond.
