This place was a GODSEND. We were traveling for work and our van broke down. Someone at a local place recommended Johnson s. Billy truly was the man. He was so helpful, worked through pricing with us, AND had a quick turnaround. My dad is a mechanic, so I always call him to see if people are ripping me off, Billy even spoke to my dad on the phone and broke it all down. A stand up guy and a great business owner. Thanks again guys!

Called on the phone to get a quote for a slightly dinged rear quarter panel. And they told me to email them pictures, no response. Went in person, lady was rude and had a very short temper, got frustrated when I asked any questions. This was almost 6 months ago and it was so memorable from how bad I was treated. Cherry on top is that I m still waiting on any responseTerrible service, terrible paint work based on cars I ve seen leave this shop. Do not recommend

I was in a wreck back in December. A friend suggested Johnson's so we had our Jeep Wrangler taken there for repairs. The damage to the actual body was fairly minimal as the man who hit me hit my tire, which messed up the axle. It took two months for Johnson's to fix our axle and minimal body damage. The insurance company had fully paid out the claim within the first week of repairs and I had to call every week or so to get an update. There was no communication unless I initiated it. I'm sure the insurance company was as fed up as I was as they had to pay for a rental car for the length of the repairs. Now, when we drive it, the axle pops. The paint job isn't great (there are new scratches where they scraped the car taking off the hood, for example, and the paint around the Jeep symbol looks like they cut out a piece of paper and painted over it then pulled the paper off, not caring what it looked like). It is now missing the mesh cover for the slats between the hood and windshield, which keeps leaves and water out of the engine. We had also left the key for the aftermarket rims in the glove box for easy removal since we knew they would have to work with them and the Jeep was returned without the key. When asked about this, Johnson's said they did not find the key in the glove box but we could come to their shop and borrow their key if we needed it. The bill was about $7,500 for a 2001 Jeep Wrangler, which seems extremely excessive for the poor job they did on it. I'm just glad we didn't have to pay this expense out of pocket. I would not recommend this institution to any person for any job. Yes, I am aware they have been in the community for a long time. That does not mean they are a good, trust-worthy company. The included pictures are of the damage before repair, which took two months to fix. There was no other damage.

Always above and beyond. Even when extremely busy the owner will always deliver customer desires and needs! The office is also very kind and helpful.

This place took the time to get my car right again. Jeff, the lead on my extensive repair did a fantastic job of getting the car back to 100%. The paint is next level, far exceeding my expectations.

Someone hit my car and ran while on a delivery, leaving the back smashed in so bad I could barely even drive it. It sucked, especially since I barely even had it a month, new tags and the whole nine yards. Luckily I had full coverage, but I was stressing real bad, as my job as a delivery driver fully depends on having a car. These guys not only fixed my car, but they did such a good job that I didn't even notice I had been in the accident. Not only that, but they even allowed me to use the loan vehicle while it was in repair. They had me back to delivering in no time flat, and were always informing me on anything they could about the status of repairs. These guys are amazing, and friendly, too, and seemed more than happy to help. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for the awesome customer service they provided, and more than fair pricing for the work they did.See these guys for your car's needs, you won't be disappointed!

Billy is amazing!! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and they did an amazing job on my 2014 Dodge Charger. We will be talking him our pickup soon to get the hail damage repaired. We will definitely recommend him to everyone we know.

I dropped my car off here about a month ago after a wreck. The only reason it is taking so long is because of issues with the insurance adjuster the claim was originally assigned to. I had a lot of issues trying to get ahold of him as well for my medical claim. Not only has Johnson's updated me every time there's a change, they've also let me know when there's no change, and somehow they got the insurance company to transfer my claim to a different adjuster so hopefully everything can be taken care of faster. Excellent customer care. I have yet to see the bodywork, but I was referred here and that person's repairs look great.

The replacement bumper and paint job looks awesome. They even made my headlights look new again. As a person who had never had car damage repaired before, it was confusing and there did not seem an effort to make it easier.

Don't waste your time at this collision center. I stopped by their shop over a week ago to get an estimate, the mechanic wasn't there so pictures were taken of my vehicle and I was told that I would have an estimate "tomorrow". Well tomorrow came and then a week passed and they still haven't sent me over the estimate. I'll be taking my vehicle to a different shop for repairs, and you should too. I've tried calling multiple times since I went in for the initial estimate and they won't even answer the phone, this is a classic example of how you should not do business. Hope this helps.

Immediately got my car in so I could get into my rental and did great work. Made things as easy as possible and helped me as much as they could. Will definitely be back.

If i could give this a negative star I would. This place did not repair our car like they were supposed to. They put my family and I, in danger. I highly recommend not going to this place. I had to spend over $10,000 of my own money after they "fixed" my car. When the mechanic was repairing my vehicle he told me the damaged parts were still there and repaired with duck tape. Please do not take your vehicle to Johnsons.

Second time we have used these guys and will be back again if the need arises. They have done a great job both times and both cases were not just minor repairs. They do a great work and I really think they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Keep up the great work hope to not see you anytime soon. Lol
