I came in with a girlfriend to get her oil changed and too see about the squeaking of her brakes last Tuesday, and all I have to say is WOW! I think the manager was Kimi and the sales woman (forgot her name) were AMAZING!!! Not only were we treated with honesty and kindness, We were able to get fast, friendly service and for much cheaper than we were originally quoted by other companies! We will definitely be back, and would highly refer this shop to ANYONE that is looking for a fair and honest auto repair shop!

Highly recommend. Been going here for about 3 years now. There is no pressure to get other work done. Associates are pleasant and kind, are very knowledgeable, and always helpful. They give you an awesome deal and treat you like family. They go out of their way to help to keep your vehicle running smoothly. Pleasant and kind and have a waiting room with various drinks while you wait. Always a good experience. A+

The technicians here at this facility is always pleasant and professional. They get me in and out in a timely manner. They told me what was wrong but did not try to force me to getting things correct right then, but did recommend their services. The only complaint I have is that on my receipt they said the vacuum the car but it actually was not done,

Went in and they had the best service I ve ever had for an oil change. They were very quick I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Very nice and compassionate people willing to work with you when you might be in panic mode. They identified the problem super fast as well.

I asked them to do certain things to my vehicle to which the guy kept suggesting other services. And I explained the issue I was having and that I was trying to fix. Besides the things I wanted fixed there were other issues that were brought to my attention when picking up my vehicle that were never communicated prior to that. And when picking up my vehicle the issues that I originally took it in to fix are still issues even after the gentleman said that they were not as bad they are actually still the same. I spent $452 and still having the exact same issues

Took my car in for an oil change before work. Afterwards on my way to work I started noticing smoke coming from my car followed by my oil light coming on. I managed to make it to a parking lot. When I got out of my car there was a trail of oil in the parking lot and oil was starting to puddle under my car. The drain plug was missing and all of the oil drained from my car. I called corporate and they told me that this location is a franchise and they would have the owner contact me. The owner has never contacted me. I called the store and talked to the manager and he offered me a free oil change. I told him I wanted a refund and to be reimbursed for what it cost to replace the oil and drain plug. He said he would turn in the paperwork for my refund and reimbursement but that it would take a month for me to get my money. I asked if i could come back to the store & get my refund and the manager told me no. The manager would not give me the information to get in contact with the owner. Every time I call corporate they tell me all they can do is have the franchise owner call me. They could have cost me an engine and so far all they have done is give me the run aroundShortly after making this post, someone from the Jiffy Lube location called and told me to bring in my receipts and they would reimburse me. I told them I would be there before they closed. I left work early so I could get there as soon as possible. When I got there the manager looked at my receipts and took photos and told me that they would send me a check in the mail and it could take several weeks. I told him that I received a call telling me I could come get my refund. He insisted that he didn't know who called me and that he couldn't do anything else. He continued to insist that he could not refund my card but had to send me a check and also told me that the number on my phone that I had received the phone call from was not his store and maybe I should call that number. When I called that number it went to his stores phone. He still insisted that he has no idea who called and that I have to wait for a check. I will never use Jiffy Lube again

The staff is fast, professional, friendly and helpful. They're great with respecting your time and getting your car taken care of quickly! I recommend them!

Went to get my brakes put on after they told me they could do it over the phone. once I got there they said they don t have a lift for my truck so after I leave I get a notification on my dash board that the keys aren t in the truck there is no reason for the workers at jiffy lube to take my keys out and the simple fact that they didn t remember to give me my keys blows my mind

Mr. Anthony,Mike and Mr. Mack were terrific....Manager on Saturday was mean, rude and refused to even apologize after his own staff told him he was wrong. I'd driven 100 miles in total to support his store to receive such un-grateful treatment....to my dismay...Coachable moment for certain!...Blessings.

Ruined my car & didn't even try to come look at it after months of calling & begging for help.Took my car in for an oil change back in June 23'. $200-some-odd dollars & new serpentine belt I didn't ask for later, the radiator hose wasn't properly attached, blew off driving home, over-heated & burned up the engine. Haven t been able to start it since. They refused to help & absolved themselves of all responsibility without ever even looking at what had happened & dodging my calls for 3 mos.I've since heard from several mechanics to never go to Jiffy Lube, but now I know... especially this one.

My truck never leaked oil and since they changed it been leaking. I think they put to much oil in it because in a hurry and no new filter

I was very impressed with today s service. I went in there, thinking I was only going to get a quote and I thought I was gonna have to make an appointment, but not only did I get a quote that was less than what I thought it was going to be, I drove away with new brakes in about an hour or so.

After leaving AAA with them doing NOTHING to help me (I pay membership for AAA!) The fellas at Jiffy Lube showed me where exactly my oil leak was, took pics for me and topped off my SYNTHETIC OIL for no charge.Every employee there (Stephen, Josh and rest of fellas) kept smiles on their faces while being incredibly polite all this while it was BLISTERING COLD outside. I can't give them enough praise for restoring a little bit of faith in mankind for me. Couldn't have asked for better treatment! Thank you guys again. Hope all of you have happy holidays!

Well, good and not so good. My car was tested and the comp said oxygen sensor was having issues. Got it changed and 255.00 later my car is still doing the same thing. The techs were nice though.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

They never reset my oil. They did not put my sticker on. They left a piece of plastic in my differential oil for my rearing that they topped off.. I was not happy..

They charged me 100 to get my oil changed, said they took 30 dollars off like it was a favor then lied abt vacuuming my car, overall too expensive not worth it, will never go there again
