This particular Hibdon's store is clean and inviting, and the staff members are knowledgeable and explain everything without being questioned. The value of the products offered is exceptional. I love my new tires, and I am glad they offered the alignment and that I accepted. The ride is better now, and there is not near as much road noise as before.

I was really surprised. I always go to Hibdon for my car alignment and I know they are busy and expected to wait 2hrs...especially since I do not have an appointment. But they got me in and got me in in record time. It was less than 45 minutes..in and out. Gave me the results and confirmed that my vehicle was out of alignment...as I knew I hit the curb before. So...great job Hibdon. Keep it up. will come back again for sure. People are on it and did not waste time.

Jeff was outstanding! He let me in the store to sit in the waiting area about 30 minutes before opening because the tow truck delivered my vehicle before opening. He ordered the tire I needed and had it at the store at 8:00 opening and got me in and out in 30 minutes. I know others contributed too, but him getting on the ball before opening was a key! I wasn't excited about the new policy of charging for a "tire certificate." That smacks of "doc fees" at the used car lot.

These guys were great. Has screws in a tire on my new car and the tire needed replacement. I had a service contract thr the dealer. They got the tire ordered,dealt with the service contractor and the next day when the tire came in had me in and out in 20 minutes

I have always have had the best service at this location. I have used Lawton, OK, and the Interstate location in Norman the 24th location is the best. I always make the appointments for 8am when they open, it always takes them 3 hours to do the tire work, it makes no difference if I have them do 2 or 4 tires it takes 3 hours.The reason I gave them a 9 this time is that I was told the 2 new tires would be put on the back of my front wheel drive CRV and they were actually put on the front. So communication from store front to tech is missing.

I have had 3 cars serviced here over the years and they always get me road trip and winter ready. Most of the time I wait with my car but my wait is usually no more than 3 maybe 4 hours on a busy day and that's without an appointment. I can only recall having one issue a while back with the caps being left off of my tires but they made it right with me and replaced the caps the same day.Customer service has always been great and they are very good about notifying you of any additional work that may need to be done in the future but they dont pressure you to get anything done. Since the pandemic they no longer have snacks available but there is plenty of food and shopping areas close by. Also, if you ever just need air in your tires you can usually do so without an appointment which is also nice.

Technician by the name of Braeden excessively tightened my Lugnuts after spending over $1400 on new brakes & rotors on my infinity suv causing the studs to strip overtime & tire popped off while driving! Caused brake damage, rotor and also body damage also need new studs of course! So far no word from management. Went in today absolutely no accountability. Instead asked if I had an enemies that would loosen my lugnuts! I refuse to pay for this. Lawsuit ready!Service: Brakes

Nice people, but very slow service. I had a scheduled appointment for 2:00 pm. They did not even START working on my car until an HOUR after my arrival. My car repair was not complete until 3:55. If they had started on my car at my scheduled appointment time, it would ve saved me an hour of waiting.

The guys that work at this location are so friendly and helpful. It was my first experience at this location and I will definitely be coming here instead of any of the other locations. And when I need tires they have my business too! Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!!

Had a great experience. Needed a last minute oil change due to an unexpected trip. They worked me into the schedule and got the oil change done in a timely manner.

This is the only place I trust to get my car serviced for tires. Jeff is the man! His customer service goes above and beyond. I really appreciate being treated like a valued customer. Highly recommend this store.

Jason and his team are great. I just had them fix a number of issues related to my engine overheating and melting everything in the vicinity and the entire time Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them over the few days it took to fix. Jason helped get all the parts needed and kept me updated throughout. Would definitely recommend!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Scheduled a routine oil change a week in advance. They let me stand around for 2.5 hours because they ran out of oil and did not notify me of this delay.

Would give this company a zero if possible no care we used to go by appointment when hibdon owned it but they want you to drop your car off might be 2 days so my husband waited 8 hours for them to put tires on because we like the warranty but he didn't want to take fir his free rotation because of time it takes so he paid tire shop down the street had less then 10,000 miles on tire one is bad aND has started to bounce they won't stand behind the warranty because he had them rotated somewhere else I will never go to hibdons again I will go to a mom and pop that came about there business

They are crooks here, they will massively upcharge you for off the shelf autozone parts. Have them do an inspection and research the recommended parts and you'll see.

Staff was very nice and lobby was clean. However, I came in for a slow leak. Whatever they did made the problem worse and I ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed properly.

Jason and his team are great. I was in getting my tires changed. I over head a guy disrespecting the store employees after getting denied for a store credit card. It's not their fault he has bad credit. To my knowledge no where in the US can you get an alignment done in 10min unless you are in the Indi500.

They were great.. took in my mom's vehicle to get alignment. Even as busy as they were they got me in and out fairly quickly with no issues. Informed me of my tires that were in bad shape without pressure to buy. The girl at counter was a doll. All the guys were helpful and courteous.

I replaced all four of my tires and they're amazing! They have very nice and hard working tire specialists. Sometimes, when you call, they politely tell you to hold. That's because they're talking to other customers in-person and they get back to you when they're done. They have a good system that makes it very efficient for the customers. I highly recommend this place!My only concern is that the tire specialists seem to have to stand all day long, seems like such a pain. I'd suggest a seat for them for the management. Other than that, such a great place!
