I came in with tires with less than 20k on them. No warranty. Wow. I've done business with several tire dealers. This is the second time I've had this experience with you. Never happens anywhere else. I've also noticed as I sit waiting for service how magically so many people come in and you always have an excuse for why there will be a huge charge. You recently recommended me replace the run flats on my Mercedes. Took it to your sister store. They put it on a rack and said it absolutely did not need tires. You have lost my trust as well as 4 other family members.

I was told my rear shocks were leaking, so I checked them myself and there is absolutely no sign of leaking on them, they look completely fine. Even worse is that I replaced them a year ago as they told me they were leaking then too. This place lies to make money off of ignorant people.

Been Hibdon fan for decades! I've been using another location but this one had the exact battery I wanted and could install asap. So we went. The young man at the desk was just hopping with customer service. Never did he show any negativeness when bombarded with customers and me. lol. That young man deserves a huge Kudos and a raise. We had to wait to find out the warehouse sent the wrong battery. So, again, we wait. The huge wreck on the interstate didn't help getting the right battery faster. That would be my only complaint, the time it took to get, install the correct battery. And they need new chairs, and a working soda box. And Water! And the coffee area was hit by a twister. Again, tho, this Hibdon was busy busy busy .. that door swung like a sheet in the wind. I think this may be my new go to store. But I will schedule an appointment online first!

Absolutely great experience. Had minor accident in my truck, they were able to get it on alignment rack within a few hours and repair everything. Helen was a rockstar behind the counter, she deserves a good star and a raise for providing great customer service and attitude. Overall very impressed, typically going to a repair shop is dreadful, this was anything but that!

We brought my 2014 Dodge Charger in to get some work done and we noticed there was still a problem and we brought it back in to find out there was more to it than originally. Steven, Ron, and Ty stayed after hours to fix the problem and did a phenomenal job. They promised me and kept that promise and I appreciate that very much! Thank you guys

I use Hibdon Tires Plus for business and my personal vehicles. The service provided is always top notch and quick. Helen is super friendly and very helpful with scheduling services and contacting me as soon at the vehicles are ready for pickup. My experience at Hibdon s is always very pleasant and convenient which is rare in the auto service industry.

They did my Purple Camaro SS . They stayed after hours just for me to get my car done! They didn t take the car on a joy ride or anything like that. Nothing but kind people the entire time you guys just got yourselves a long time customer at this rate !!

Thought the problem was my struts. They diagnosed the problem as my rear shocks. In just a couple hours they were done. Counter lady was knowledgeable and willing to help. Good overall experiance. Thank you

Lack of notes from mech. describing work performed. Sheared off bolt during alignment resulting in an additional $224.99 for 'parts' on my invoice.The part as described on the invoice "2606758 lateral link" is nearly double the price of any OEM replacement parts I could find.I was told the lifetime alignment was on sale for $119.00.I was charged $209.99

I brought my car in for a front end alignment. They returned my car as finished. It is still pulling to the right and a simple test drive would have told them so. I returned to Hibdon and offered to leave it over night. They insisted that they would get it fixed. About 1.5 hours later, they still didn't have it fixed and I wasted all that time sitting around only to leave it over night, as I originally suggested.This is not an uncommon result at any Hibdon's I have used in the past couple of years. I am moving my business to Discount Tires - unfortunately, they do not yet do alignments. I cannot wait until they do. EVERY time we have used Hibdon's in the past couple of years, they screw something up. It's almost a comedy at this time. My family and I have 8 vehicles and unless absolutely necessary, they will never see another Hibdon's. I also have spread the word of truth. I truly miss the great service I used to get at your stores.

My husband took my charger in for a new tire. He gets a call saying the air filter is dirty, ask if he wants a new one.He asks why tf they were under the hood when that wasn't why he was there ("due to teslas running off on their own it's procedure to disconnect the battery"- it's not a tesla or even an electric/self driving car, but ok ).So he gets home & the wipers aren't releasing fluid, because they disconnected the fluid hose. So screw you for sabotaging cars to get more business

My mom (Kathy) took her car to Hibdons and Robert took really good care of her! He was very nice and made sure that the reason she took it in for was addressed and fixed. She said she will always use Hibdons for all her tire issues! Thanks Robert!!

Went in to have my dually tires to be rebalanced and a trailer tire patched. Walked next door for lunch and before I was done eating they were done with everything! Fast and friendly service - what else could you ask for?

Absolute Lifesavers.Driving from Oklahoma over Labor day weekend. I had an issue with my car and pulled into Hibdon Tires. The Mgr. Steven and his staff went above and Beyond to take a look at my car at closing time. They stayed late to take care of my issue to make sure I had a safe trip all the way back to Texas. I cant express how grateful and appreciative I am that they were able to help me out of a tough spotService: Tires

After inspection, the technician suggested me to take a car service. I asked him how long it would take. I was told it would take 30 min, but I I ended up waiting there for 2 hours, with stomach pain. I would suggest estimate a more accurate time. If it could not be done within the time suggested, let the customer know so the costumer do not need to wait over there wasting time. Altogether it was more than 3 hours of waiting.Services: Tires, Oil change

My family and I have used hibdons for over 30 years. My father started me on going there to find the best service and prices. Far have they fallen. I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN and I will not recommend to any of my family and friends. I MADE an appt, which they have now gone to and have refused to help us get in for a flat unless we wanted to wait for hours on end of drop it off. Had an 8:00am appointment, I will say I did add something when I dropped it off, so that was supposed to add some time(but was still TOLD no more than an hour 1/2 or 2. I specifically told them I was having someone pick me up, but just for a short time and have my 4yr old with me. The guy checking me in said it shouldnt be more than an hour and a half maybe a little longer, but they should get it in soon! I went back about 10:45am to be dropped off and check on my vehice, almost 3 hours after my appointment, they had not touched my car! They said they were just getting ready to pull it in...did not apologize for the delay or lateness of it being there, did not even try to make it right. Blamed it on me for "adding something" to my appt. when I dropped it off, which was not made clear when dropped off. I was told I would be charged more money but not more than 3 hrs of not being touched. The management and service has been so poor at this location, for years! But I have grown up taking my vehicles here and thought I would try one more time and make an appt, like they had been asking me to do. I think the worst was the way it was dealt with on their side, NO APOLOGY and tried to blame it on me and in general dealing with the automotive service. So dissappointed and will not be back. Willing to spend more money, and have over the years, but will not in the future. I would highly recommend finding a different location, Shawnee has always been super helpful...but this time someone else came to the rescue!

Do NOT recommend.We bought tires here two years ago and lived less than 5 minutes from work and somehow the treads are so low it needs replaced again and we went with the most expensive long mile ones.Also the brand of tire we bought before got "discontinued" so they won't honor the warranty on it. (Note I can find the same brand on the Firestone website )Shady business! Do not go here.

Needed to get my tires replaced and I've been meaning to try some other shops around town to wean myself off going to the dealership, had a few old coworkers use Hibdon before so I figured I'd give them a try. Overall was a perfectly good experience! All of the staff I interacted with were super nice and helpful, both with me and everyone else that visited. I've seen a lot of people complaining in reviews about slow service, but at least when I was there it seemed like everyone was getting pushed through in a timely manner. I had all four tires replaced and aligned and I got out in about an hour. Pricing seemed fair, especially since I'm used to being dragged by dealership labor rates.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Received fantastic customer service when I showed up without an appointment in the late afternoon with a bolt in my tire. Wait wasn't too long and they were able to do an oil change as well. the waiting room was clean and all interactions overheard between other customers and employees were pleasant and polite. The repair was covered under warranty and the oil change charge was very reasonable. Thank you for your stellar customer service!Services: Tires, Oil change

They have been nothing short of incredible to us, especially the last handful of times I've done business with them. They are my go-to shop and Hibdon's location whenever I have to go to an auto shop for tire and general car services!

I'll start by saying that my last set of tires were purchased from Discount Tires prior to today. After a lot of research on what next tire to buy I ended up at this location for Hibdon Tires about 2 weeks ago and happened to meet my new favorite service advisor, Tiffany. She found me the best price for my 35x12.5-20 Falken Wildpeak AT3 tires. She also let me know about they're $100 off discount that started today, so I waited the two weeks to take advantage of the discount. I didn't think to have them ship the tires prior to today though. I stopped in this morning and she ordered them from their warehouse and had them delivered by 2:30 today. I made it there at 3:30 and they had me wrapped up before the end of the day with my new set of tires and an alignment. As a matter of fact the staff stayed late until I left an hour after closing. I love the quiet ride and look of the new tires! I'm hoping to get 80,000 miles out of these as I have heard others have.Hibdon Tires has definitely earned my business back for tires thanks to Tiffany and their staff!

Update!! Steven and his staff are awesome. After speaking with him and discussing my concerns, he educated me on what was actually wrong with my truck. He took great care of me as a customer and fixed the problem I had with my truck. I have to admit, this is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with. If your vehicle has issues and you don't trust your mechanic, take it to Steven and his team and I guarantee they will get you taken care of. Never in my life have I had a mechanic or shop put me first and I feel valued as a scustomer. Great work, Steven and thanks for your patience with me!
